• Parthasarathi (6/5): Poor choice, economical but not value for money - Nothing in particular, was nothing great about the place. Food was ordinary, went there on hearsay but the place was very much in the interior. There was nothing great to like about it. The taps were not working properly in the bathroom, towels were stained.

• Tripti (9/5): Good property with a nice restaurant in a good location - Nice tidy and clean property with excellent vegetarian restaurant on property. Their buffet breakfast was very good with enough options on the menu. Staff were friendly and responsive. They attended all the minor requests in timely manners. Property was clean and property is in a good location too.

• Kundan (10/5): Thank you for the amazing accomodation. - Staff was extremely courteous. One of their staff member Taabiz was on his toes and helped to get cookies for my pet dog too. Very professional and quick in addressing concerns. Room and washroom were clean with fresh towel. Recommended for family and couple. Parking was two lanes away from Stay. Everytime if you need to get in car, a staff member will be required to open gate.

• Shah (9/5): Fantastic stay in Varanasi - worth the price specially in terms of food and location - Breakfast spread is limited but good. Food options are amazing and everything was delicious. Staff very helpful and service levels were very good. Enjoyed the service and staff support couple of times service to the room was not the best - asked for towels, etc and those would take a lot of time to come or not come at all.

• Basab (5/5): Good hotel location but not ethical gesture - The property is clean and in a good location. Tha AC was not working through out and no action was taken to correct nor room was changed. I had to seek comfort through the ceiling Fan. The bathroom NO INVOICE RECEIPT was provided despite paying the entire bill to the hotel by cc. I told to collect invoice through booking agency which was a surprise. Not a right gesture by hotel management.
• Sushanth (9/5): Superb - Clean & neat hotel, courteous staff, Clean & spacious rooms, Excellent breakfast Location is away from the main road and you have to traverse narrow streets but connectivity is not an issue. Quite close to the ghats and Kashi Viswanath Temple.

• Apurba (7/5): we had otherwise nice and comfortable stay - Many improvements possible with interior design layout. shower area should have enclosure to avoid flooding of water. wardrobe should be wider & should be inside the room ( not inside bathroom) , hanger rack too high , should add more drawers for storage, separate table for Tea pot, mirror should be wider ( too much space wasted with wood works. Breakfast should have more options for North Indians. interior layout is not up to the mark

• Piyush (10/5): Value for money - The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Breakfast brunch was good and ordered food was great too. The price was bit on higher side but it was value for money.
• Parul (6/5): Good hotel with friendly staff. Make sure the room you get has proper ventilation/ windows and light - Overall good breakfast and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. we took three rooms at the property on 2nd floor. Out of this two rooms did not have any ventilation (no windows) and very dim lights. This made the two rooms very suffocating. Make sure you ask the property the type of rooms you are getting.

• Phill (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very polite. As we arrived very early in the morning, they gave us a room to use free of charge until our booked room was ready for check in. The family room was very spacious and it was actually 2 rooms interconnected with 2 bathrooms. The hotel seemed recently renovated and the room was comfortably decorated. Breakfast was basic but well presented and adequate for the price. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

• Avinash (8/5): - Property is situated in residential area. Hence pollution & vehicles noise level is comparatively much lower which is too high in market sides. One unique complaint is that we had booked two superior deluxe rooms for 3 nights 4 days much in advance through Expedia site. But on reaching there for first day, the hotel manager allotted us one such room out of two rooms which was very small size, had no window, no furniture. Inspite of putting pressure on hotel management, nothing was done on the plea that no other room is available today. However after putting pressure next day also another deluxe room was allotted in the afternoon. So we had to bear inconveniences.

• Arup (8/5): Very nice and pleasant stay. - Extremely friendly staff. Particularly the front desk and the room service and the room cleaning staff were very friendly and prompt . Still like to see them improving on the amenities side. I feel the charges are higher for such a basic room setup.The room is with very basic facilities . Some basic amenity kits which are need to be there were not there.
• Mitun (6/5): Hotel Hari vlllas is over priced hotel with 2 star facilities - the restaurant is serving varieties of food choices. service is occasionally slow but quality is very good cleaning of room takes inordinate delay. It is over priced Travel desk of the hotel provided me car for travelling to Allahabad (prayagraj) . the driver refused to take us to the centre of city like civil line on pretext of tourist cars are not allowed or it is too crowded etc and ultimately we had to agree to purchase peace to abandon the idea to visit the main city

• Apoorv (9/5): peaceful stay, delicious food and full on hospitality. - starting from check in to room preparation to room service to restaurant food to breakfast to check out and cloak room… everything I liked about this property. for dental kit you need to ask them, for using geyser other than in morning time you need to call reception for using it. we stayed in Superior room and there was no small fridge, upon asking hotel said that in Suite only they provide. Location of the Hotel is inside so might be a problem to tell E-rickshaw wala or Rickshaw wala about where exactly to go.

Bring about change in spread. Friendly, but need more professionalism. Less loud talk/arguments between themselves. Room charges a bit expensive. Dirty floor carpet on 2nd floor. Please remove this carpet and let it be a normal floor. Table size in room barely enough to keep a laptop.

I also felt it really wasn't completely finished but that had no impact on our stay. The biggest problem for us is there was really on one person who spoke English. One major inconvenience was that wifi did not work adequately
