- Elena (8/5): - Испортило впечатление об отеле сломанная сплит система, спать было совсем не комфортно (((. Дополнительные места для детей стоят космических денег(2 тыс. руб), когда во всех отелях в пол цены от взрослой. Всё бы ничего и закрыли бы глаза на эти доп.места, если бы хоть завтрак входил в стоимость номера ну или дешевле суммы в 690 рублей с человека. Так же удивило, что парковка на территории отеля оказалась платной. Сколько отдыхаем и останавливаемся в отелях всегда парковка бесплатная. Короче за Всё берут денег в этом отеле!!!

- Lyudmila (8/5): Номальный номер, но есть недостатки. - Не плохой отель. Очень жесткие матрацы. Много места, большие телевизоры. Номер показался грязным, как будто его не убрали после последних клиентов. Спа и бассейн оценить не удалось. Думаю там всё круто

- Julia (10/5): - I highly advise this hotel for international visitors if they are looking for a relaxing time. The spa service was wonderful. It is not in the center of the city but its a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute drive to the River. The hotel service was wonderful.

- Maksym (10/5): Perfect "price-quality" option - Well furnished and spacious room. Breakfast quite ok. SPA is also ok. The area is quiet, so don´t expect much night life - take an uber or yandex.taxi via app. Wifi has some problems when you´re outside of the room. Just ask ladies in the reception. Overall very happy with the stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, also they were spacious which was an extra benefit factor.. Definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this hotel!
- Artur (10/5): Дальше больше, чем ожидал! - Очень хороший отель. Уютный. Встретили Отлично. Номер был чистый. Учли просьбу о том, что хочу номер как можно выше. Белье отличное. В номере есть всё, что нужно. Обслуживание в номер моментальное, что удивило. Утром перед встречей посетил СПА-зону (входило в стоимость обычного номера). Встретили, все рассказали. Чисто, римская парная великолепное. Утром то что нужно. Хороший вариант для Ростова!!!

- Verified traveler (4/5): ГОСТЕВОЙ ДОМ С БАССЕЙНОМ - это не отель а гостевой дом!!Не буду писать о салатах и воде в номер, большинству важно это , я о номерах, окна открывать нельзя, потом не закроешь, в душевой кабине отсутствует дверцы( так задумал дизайнер) после принятия душа потоп, кондиционирование в номере кат бизнес почему то не в номере а только в прихожей! женщина на шкафах нарисованные на фото с сайта отеля прекрасны, по факту ужасающи, стены из картона, слышимость дикая, как курящего улыбнуло что можно Кайкос курить!ПЕРСОНАЛ НЕ ДОБРОЖЕЛАТЕЛЬНЫЙ!!!И ЕЩЕ НЕ БЫЛО ОХРАННИКА В ОТЕЛЕ, портье тоже , с чемоданами помоги себе сам ! Вообщем если вам важна не только колбаса и вода включенная в стоимость номера, не рекомендую данный ГОСТЕВОЙ ДОМ!РАЗОЧАРОВАНЫ ПОЛНОСТЬЮ, И ОТДАДИМ СВОЕ ПРЕДПОЧТЕНИЕ ДРУГОМУ ОТЕЛЮ,КОТОРЫЙ НА УРОВНЕ И ГЛАВНОЕ ГДЕ РАБОТАЕТ ДОБРЫЙ И ОТЗЫВАЧИВЫЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ. - Alexander (8/5): - Хороший новый отель,большие номера.Соотвествует категории 4 заезды.Мне не очень понравился район,но на такси до центра 10 минут
- Nadezhda (10/5): Подари себе Релакс! - Отличный Отель со СПА зоной, в которой можно при желании находиться весь день- и еду принесут, и массаж сделают, и помоют, и чаем напоят. А бассейн!!!! 20м!!!- не во всех фитнесс клубах такие бывают.!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Чистота и комфорт на высшем уровне - Аж лучшее, чем кажется на сайте. Район - частный сектор, но добраться до центра можно минут за 15 на автобусе (остановка находится за углом). СПА оживленная, но не тесно, даже в "час пик". С рестораном - так же. Единственное нарекание - полы в СПА очень и очень скольские. Ходите в сланцах. Касательно ресторана, завтрак стоит 400 руб, при желании можно там и наесться на весь день, не будете жалеть. Вечером кушать там получается достаточно дорого. В целом я очень доволен, мои дети тоже. Мы обязательно вернемся.

- Natalyya (8/5): Взгляду приятно. - Отель новый, приятный для семьи и отдыха. Правда, в номере для двоих, оказались все принадлежности только на одного и донести нам гель+шампунь+зубную щетку +тапочки никто не в силах был....вызвали горничную, но ее не дождались (после 20 вечера Обслуживание прекращается....). В остальном - без нареканий.
