- Nini (10/5): The room was phenomenal. The best room I’ve ever stayed in while visiting Myrtle Beach. I will definitely be staying her - I liked that the property was clean and everything was accessible The guy that works in the hotel restaurant was rude in the way that he speaks to guest. It wasn’t what he said, much rather his tone of voice. Other then that everything was perfect

THE SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE ROOM CONSTANTLY WENT OFF WITH THE USE OF THE OVEN!!! Even if I was preheating the oven with no food in it AS SOON as I opened it all 3 detectors would go off which made it hard to cook meals.

- Tomecka (6/5): Would not recommend - The unit was not clean. I wasted ice on the floor and wiped up the water and the floor was filthy. Hair and an eyelash in the bathroom since who knows when. I had to wash my own towels at the coin laundry which was requested by the staff. For a 4 days stay and 2 days of towels for 2 is insane. Bed uncomfortable. Pool was inoperable in our tower. They drilled on the pool all day long.

- lesley (8/5): Have stayed here two years in a row, and will stay again! - Location is perfect! Easy access to the beach and close to the main strip. Rooms are good sized and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is great and full stocked with whatever you could need! Renovations were being done so a handful of pools and hot tubs were closed, making the ones that were open very crowded.

- Wilhoit (2/5): Unsafe. - The few pools that were opened. Felt so unsafe. I am a single mom to a 8 month old baby and travel alone often times. There was no way to tell if the door was actually looked when you’re in the room which made me feel so uneasy the entire time. There was a chain on the door but that only does so much if someone tries to get in. At one point someone came banging on my door and I was scared that they were gonna be able to get in. In the field I work I do not answer the door when someone knocks unless I know you’re coming because people can take advantage of you opening the door and trying to be nice. Point is, I’ve never felt so unsafe staying somewhere. Will not be returning.

When I returned to the room after out for a while there was white ceiling paint/materials all over the bed, floor and my clothes. Also, the water pressure of the showers was bad, standing outside in the rain was more water pressure than in room 0808

The kids liked the free dvd rentals and we used the promos for a free ticket to Wonderworks. All the pools at our tower were closed for renovation, which made all the other ones extra crowded. The stove had a burner that didn't work. The kitchen really needed a sponge or washcloth for cleaning the dishes.

The refrigerator was rusted, window seals rusted, the chair had stains all over it, the kitchen burners were lifted and looked old. The pool was dingy and the lazy river was dingy as well. This hotel is very outdated. Once entering, I looked for somewhere else to stay. I was unsuccessful due to it being spring break. Also, the reviews on booking weren't the same as the ones on google. Thankfully, it wasn't cold because I slept on the balcony in one of the white plastic chairs. I'm very upset and 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

There was mold buildup on the outside of the tub, the tub did not look cleaned up at all and still had hair in it as well as some water (like someone took a shower and it wasn’t wiped out), the pull out sofa bed’s cover didn’t fit correct so it kept shifting, and the bedroom was hard to walk through as the dresser was way too close to the bed. We had to lift our suitcases over the beds :/

Pillows very uncomfortable. Even though this was a smoke free facility the hallway on the 8th floor smelled like cigarettes. There was also a skunky smell in the hallway that I am assuming was weed. - Annette (4/5): Loved the location, not happy with the accomadations. - We loved the location, and the restaurants were amazing we had great meals. The view from our room was amazing. The beds in our room were horrible. We tried all three of them. The two in the bedroom sagged in the middle, so we spent all night hanging onto the edge of the bed so we wern't rolling over each other. The murphy bed in the living room was a bit better, but had a plastic bed cover on it so we sweated all night. We couldn't swim in the pool or hot tubs as they were always packed with children playing. We wished the pool in the Northern tower was working.
