Vicki (4/5): - Location and views were great. Local restaurants had great variety, great food, and reasonably priced. The shower and toilet position was very tight. The shower was not exactly clean either. The furnishings were cheap - the bed hard - the digital system was difficult to use and the TV in the bedroom had to be manually controlled - finally, the walls in the bedroom were not soundproof as we heard the neighbouring room's guests having what we could only conclude was sexual intercourse.

Suze Baxter (8/5): Modern unit in great location - Excellent location, well equipped modern apartment. Staying 2 nights 4 people - 4 coffee pods ? Expected more for the price. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Unit looks directly out to high rise apartments next door. Lacks privacy.

A shared space caused a few issues that were very quickly resolved by the very helpful staff. I would not choose a one bed apartment with this layout in the future but would recommend this property

Vella (8/5): Relaxing, comfortable well located apartment. - Had a slight issue when we checked in, addressed it with front desk staff & Dale & her team were very quick to correct it & be sure not to inconvenience us. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend it to either couples or families. Booked an apartment through Booking.com that was advertised as having “Ocean Front View”. However, upon check-in, I was informed it was only a “Partial Ocean view” . When I asked the front desk about the discrepancy between what we booked & paid for, the concierge staff said it was an error on Booking.com’s part. It’s still unclear which side was responsible, so it’s something to be mindful of. In the end, the staff did upgrade us, although that may have been due to an issue with a musky smell that we pointed out in the partial ocean view room we were initially given. Not particularly a great way to start but the staff were very professional at managing it & it did not take away from our fabulous stay in the end.

Mishay (5/5): Great location. Pretty basic accommodation. Could be better maintained and better customer service required. Consider of - The pool and bbq area were nice. Good central location close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants and cafes. Generally the building felt a bit rundown and dirty. It was pretty disappointing to book a place that advertises having a gym, pool and beach across the road yet supplies no amenities to use them. We were provided one towel each for the entire trip - which isn’t even enough when you’re washing your hair - and when asked for a towel for the pool we were refused, saying we could purchase a towel for $25. One lady on the front desk was apologetic about it but the other one was rather rude and remained this way throughout our stay. I would be addressing this issue moving forward as it cheapened the whole experience. The other thing worth noting is that there is construction going on towards the back of the building - large cranes and loud machinery operating throughout the day. Understandable that this cannot be controlled, however this really should flagged when booking as it would have influenced what room we booked to try and avoid. It meant the entire trip we had to keep all the doors and windows closed to block out the chaotic noise.

When we arrived there was a clump of hair on the arm chair in the bedroom and another in the ensuite. Easy enough to pick up however given the cost of the accommodation you would not expect to see this.

Eigentlich waren wir der Meinung, dass wir den Code für Nachtsafe per E-Mail (so wie es andere Unterkünfte machen) bekommen. Hätte alles viel einfacher und sorgenfreier gemacht.
