To najlepszy wybór w Gruzji pod względem jakość-cena, spodziewaliśmy się dużo gorszego standardu, jednak hotel pozytywnie nas zaskoczył :) Pan na recepcji miły i anglojęzyczny, co nie zawsze jest standardem

- Zsófia (5/5): - Close to everything Cheap Location is a but sketchy, we didnt feel safe walking home at night It was not clean, the sheets and towels had stains I asked about airport transfer in advance and got an offer for 50 lari. At the hotel I wanted to book it and the guy at the reception said 70 lari. When i mentioned that i got a quote for 50, he immediately said ah okey then he will call if we want it We ended up calling bolt and paid 25 lari so we felt like he was trying to cheat us

- David (5/5): Centre ville, standard. - L emplacement. Ils ont fait un effort sur la décoration, même si je n’ai pas aimé. La chambre fait 17m2 et non 25 comme j’ai réservé. Mauvaise isolation! Matelas à remplacer! La chambre semblait propre au premier regard, mais le ménage est superficiel : moisissures dans la douche, calcaire, rouille et contours de fenêtre sales. Les chambres ne sont pas refaites/nettoyées pendant le séjour, même pour plusieurs nuits. L’accueil a également été décevant : le jeune réceptionniste ne disait pas bonjour et semblait peu concerné. Le matin de mon départ, personne ne répondait à la cloche de la réception et j’ai dû monter et descendre les étages trois fois pour chercher un employé. Après environ 15 minutes, on m’a demandé de laisser ma valise à côté de la réception qui était vide. J’ai dû insister pour qu’elle soit placée dans une pièce fermée à clé et on m’a répondu, « qu’il le fera plus tard ».. 😱

- christine (1/5): Imposible dormir - Solo la hubicacion, que es céntrica. El colchón de mi cama está con los muelles pasados, de modo que es como dormir en una cama de clavos. No he pegado ojo en toda la noche, el colchón es de lo peor que he visto nunca, incomprensible para un hotel.

- Pierfrancesco (4/5): Economico ma a rischio di non dormire - Posizione centrale e prezzi molto contenuti. Per due notti di fila sono stato svegliato dal rumore nelle altre stanze: una notte litigavano ad alta voce nella stanza accanto, l'altra sera un gruppo di uomini ha fatto casino fino a tardi. La verità è che le camere non sono insonorizzate e i muri molto sottili, per cui armatevi di tappi per le 18 orecchie se volete dormire qui.

Alcune delle camere presentavano un forte odore di fumo, il soffione della doccia era pieno di calcare, alcuni asciugamani bucati o pieni di macchie gialle, i cuscini, sotto la federa, erano molto sporchi, ma la cosa peggiore sono stati i materassi: vecchi,sporchi, scomodissimi e, 3 su 6, erano bucati, con dei ferri che sporgevano pericolosamente fuori.

When we got there at night there was no one in reception even though it says 24/7 and we had to wait because they were in another room and didn't hear us ringing the bell many times.

It is located in a beautiful street behind the main market in the centre of kutaisi. So for a quick stop.over it is fine Ligting is stark. Sound proofing is not great. Fixtures all tired

- vincenzo salvatore (4/5): Non ci sarà una prossima volta - Posizione e prezzo Le camere (e ne abbiamo usate 6 diverse) erano impregnate di odore di sigaretta, con materassi vecchissimi e scomodi. In alcuni vi erano dei ferri sporgenti che hanno graffiato due di noi. Nei bagni i phon sono collegati alle prese in modo improbabile. Gli ugelli delle docce sono piene di materiale nero. L'ultima sera il personale stesso faceva schiamazzi e, nonostante siamo usciti più volte dalle stanze per lamentarcene, nulla è cambiato.

- Ibrahim (6/5): - Good location and decent enough considering the price. The room itself was a bit run down and dirty. I had a bug on the bed and the sheets gave me an itch i had to sleep in my clothes.
