• Justyna (10/5): Idealna willa blisko wszystkiego. - Super wyposażona willa, wygodne łóżka, piękne widoki, bardzo czysto, lokalizacji, przy głównej drodze, 5 minut do marketu, 7 do plaży, jest idealnym miejscem wypadowym, Polecamy z całego serca! Nam zabrakło małego kącika do zabaw dla dzieci, w momentach kiedyś byliśmy w domku. Mimo to chętnie wróćmy!

• Gary (9/5): Really lovely property in a great location - Location is excellent. Great shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk. Fantastic outdoor grill! Great pool. Pillows were a bit lumpy but Katerina supplied more for us at very short notice. It can also be time consuming waiting for the bus to Chania.
• Karen (10/5): Absolutely perfectly placed and stunning villa. - The villa was perfectly located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants (literally a 2-3 minute walk). There is an incline to the villa but it’s only for approx 50 metres. There was everything you could possibly need in the villa and it was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was enough for our needs. It would be too deep for young children though (approx 4ft 10 deep both ends). The pool man came twice during our week. The view was spectacular and we spent hours just relaxing and admiring it. Katerina was very attentive via what’s app, checking in from time to time and had fresh towels delivered to us during the week. There was a welcome basket with treats and water when we arrived which was a welcomed touch. We could hear music from the main roads restaurants but it wasn’t too loud and was quiet by about 10.30-11pm. Overall a lovely villa, which will tick all the boxes (and I’ve been to quite a few). This is one we will be returning to 😍 It’s always the same complaint from me. Lumpy pillows. But that’s me digging deep to find something I would change.
• Aodan (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Villa Katerina in Agia Marina! The pool was perfect for the kids, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday.
• sandra (10/5): - The villa was lovely. Just off the main "strip" but quiet. The sea view is superb. The pool is small(ish) but well kept & great fun for the kids. Plenty of poolside sun beds & 2 large parasols. The upper balcony is shaded & comfortable. The outdoor furniture is very clean & well maintained The entire villa was clean & comfortable. The hosts are unobtrusive but made regular contact to ensure we had all the support we needed. The pool was cleaned during our one week stay & we were offered clean towels, if required. The beds are comfortable. There were complementary toiletries & both bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper. Basic condiments were also provided, as well as a an unexpected welcome pack. Overall we had a great holiday. The villa is lovely, the location is great (literally a 5 minute stroll to the beach - which has plenty of sun beds & bars/restaurants) & the hosts were great. I would definitely recommend Villa Katerina. Nothing.

This villa met all our needs - spacious, good facilities, lovely outdoor areas and fantastic location. Katerina was an excellent host, very accommodating prior to our arrival - she arranged our Airport transfer (thank you Polly for meeting us) - and the checked in throughout our stay. Thank you, we intend to return. There was nothing to dislike

• Marek (10/5): Wonderful place!! - This was by far our best vacation. The house is wonderful, even nicer than in the pictures. The hosts are very welcoming and took care of our comfort in every way. We definitely recommend and will definitely return there.

During our stay it was private as the villa next door was not occupied Air conditioning in bedroom only worked intermittently also the same room had a cockroach infestation. Sink downstairs plug was stuck in therefore could not fill as no drainage. 5 days into our stay were contacted the by the owners regarding the air con we were asked to pay 90€ climate tax which had not been mentioned before. This was to be paid in cash

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect villa - Stayed in the last week of August in this amazing modern villa, which had everything we needed for our holiday. It was perfect to get away from the crowds (more important than ever in these times of covid) and enjoy family time swimming in the pool, eating in the shaded table area and sitting on the balcony with a beer with the sea views. It was ideally located for the beach, local restaurants and there was a supermarket in spitting distance for essentials. Great communications from the owners who were on hand to help and give local advice. Loved our stay and would love to return
• Sabine (10/5): The most fantastic villa... - Villa Katerina is the most amazing place ever. Newly built and made for comfort. This house became our home away from home for the 9 days we were there. A beautiful pool made us enjoy nice evenings after the beach and a wonderful barbecue. Katerina and Vassilis are perfect hosts and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The location of the house is perfect, close to everything, Chania old town, Falassarna, Souda port, airport and other activities. When in Crete we will never stay anywhere else. Thanks for this wonderful vacation in your wonderful place!
