- Nicole (2/5): Oplichterij. Gesloten hotel - Met dank om ons oordeel te vragen. Dit hotel is reeds gesloten sinds november 2018. google maps bracht ons ter plastse. Daar stonden we om 17u. Voor een grote gesloten poort. Niemand ter plekke. Het bijgevoegd telefoonnummer werkt niet Wij zijn toen begonnen met het zoeken van andere ingang. In de omgeving was niemand die ook maar gehoord had van dit hotel. Alle mensen waren extreen behulpzaam. Om 9u. 's avonds terug op internet gezocht en daar stond een ander hotel nl eco villas turrialba met een ander telefoon nummer maar met dezelfde foto's.!! De dame aan de telefoon vertelde dus dat het hotel gesloten is en zij niets te maken had met de boeking. Daar sta je dan! Hoe kan het nu dat hotels. Com goede reacties krijgt van een gesloten hotel, hoe kan het dat wij een reserveringsnummer krijgen toegestuurd? Dit brengt de geloofwaardigheid van boekingssites in discrediet. Wij alvast boeken niet meer bij jullie. Wij hebben ook een officiële klacht neergelegd bij de politie in Turrialba. Wij wachten nu ook op confirmatie of er effectief geld van de rekening is gehaald. Gelieve dringend dit hotel van de site te halen.
- Ana (2/5): - Mais uma vez decepcionada com a Expedia, no endereço informado no site não havia hotel, no telefone que constava na internet ninguém atendia. Fiquei por mais de 30 minutos sozinha com a minha filha no meio da estrada a noite sem saber o que fazer.

El número q est registrado no es el de la recepción. No hay recepción, lo que hay es una señora q lo resiben a uno. Reservamos una para 3 personas y tuvimos q compartir la cabaña con la señora q cuida el lugar. La reserva decía q había tv y no había nada. El señor q atiende el número q esta registrado no es muy cortes. El lugar dice q desayuno disponible pero no hay restaurante o algo parecido. No volvería. Y tuvimos problemas para pagar
