- Оxana (2/5): Если ищите дешевое и непритязательны, то сойдёт наверное…клопов вроде нет…но я отель не советую этот отель. . - Единственное, что понравилось, это сотрудник Эркан, который хоть как-то постарался исправить неприятное впечатление от отеля. Принёс сам работающий холодильник. Не советую отель вообще!!! Не понравилось все! Отель видимо в стадии ремонта, все очень старое и сломанное. Район ОЧЕНЬ грязный и ОЧЕНЬ шумный! Звукоизоляции, о которой заявлено в описании вообще нет! Остановились на 2 ночи и все 2 ночи не спали. На улице орут в ночном клубе. Последнюю ночь кричал телевизор и мужчины в отеле. Все, кто ходят и разговаривают в комнатах и коридоре - слышно. Скрипят ступени в коридоре- всю ночь слушаешь как ходят люди. В стенах проходят трубы канализации и водопровода, мы слышали как весь отель ходит мыться и в туалет. Мы засыпали часам к 5 утра. В 6 начинала мусорная машина греметь. Лучше советую переплатить и найти район подальше от этого места и отель посвежее. Постель ужасная, вся комками и подушки и одеяла и матрасы.

Vieta puiki merginoms, kurios ieško proginių ar vestuvinių suknelių: minutė kelio į dešine nuo viešbučio išeini į gatvę kurioje 90 proc. parduotuvių - proginės ir vestuvinės suknelės:) O gatvė ilga:) Kambaryje buvo QR kodas kuriuo pasinaudojus užsisakiau maistą į kambarį - abiem atvejais maistas buvo atvežtas laiku ir buvo skanus. Dar apie personalą- prieš apsigyvendinant registratūros darbuotojas pasiūlė pasirinkti standartinį vienvietį arba didesnį kambarį, už kurį nereikėjo primokėti. Žinoma, kad psirinkau didesnį:) Nepatiko pakankamai stiprus chlorkės kvapas rankšluosčiuose, bet taip matyt reikia dėl higienos užtikrinimo:)

Наш рейс был отменен, но не смотря на загруженность отеля, сотрудник на ресепшен Эркан, любезно предоставил нам другой номер. Спасибо за уютное и комфортное проживание. С удовольствием вернемся к вам снова ♥️

Reception is very helpful and kind. Rooms are very small. Breakfast is the same for the 3 days we were there. We are at 4.floor, and sometimes the water pressure was so weak to have bath. The room has very poor soundproofing.

- Zhanerke (10/5): пяти из пяти - мы пробыли тут 6 дней, очень понравился отель и персонал. завтрак был вкусный, номер чистый, администраторы отличные! встретил нас администратор Эркан, всё обговорили. у меня были проблемы со снятием денег и оплатой, но он помог и оплата была сделана 👍🏻 горничные тоже хорошо справляются со своей работой! очень доброжелательные и понимающие. убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца. завтрак это отдельная тема, это был шведский стол, овощи свежие, хлебы тоже. масло очень вкусное, ела каждый день! свет в номере был немного тусклый, но мы сразу же засыпали как приходили, не могу сказать, что это испортило нашу поездку.

Конечно же огромное спасибо Эркану. Отель расположен в хорошем месте, с прекрасной транспортной развязкой, но к сожалению из за количества туристов очень шумно, хотя для нашей семьи этот вопрос Эркан решил.

- Maxime (10/5): - Séjour exceptionnel au Maxwell Hotel ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été vraiment au top dès mon arrivée, avec une équipe chaleureuse et professionnelle. Un grand merci à Erkan, qui s’est occupé de moi à la réception : très sympathique, attentif et toujours prêt à aider, ça fait vraiment la différence ! La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter d’Istanbul, tout est facilement accessible. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation, autant pour la qualité des services que pour l’ambiance agréable. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour, et particulièrement à Erkan pour son professionnalisme !

The stay was average overall, with some notable drawbacks. However, cleanliness could be improved—while the bedding was clean, windows, glasses, and furniture were not. Breakfast was very limited with poor selection, and the dining area is small and difficult to access. Although centrally located, the immediate surroundings are extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep before 4 a.m., so it’s not suitable for families with children.

El desayuno tradicional turco estuvo muy bien. Por las noches puede haber un poco de ruido dado que el hotel se encuentra en la misma calle que un famoso bar/pub local donde se reúne gente cada noche. Aunque no dificulte el sueño de los huéspedes, en general, las personas con el sueño ligero se pueden ver más afectadas. El hotel, a base de recogida de firmas, está intentando resolver este problema.
- Helga (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Maxwell Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und sehr angenehm. Das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Erkan bedanken, der uns an der Rezeption sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Era sporca , le foto non combaciavano con la realtà dei fati, le lenzuola erano sporche e non sono state cambiate come scritto , la signora delle pulizie non ha mai pulito la nostra stanza . La stanza davvero piccola e sporca, il nostro lavandino nel bagno si É allagato la prima sera ed É stato per noi un vero problema, le pulizie venivano fatte ma non pulivano il pavimento , le foto su Booking sono un po diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato.

Συνεχείς διακοπές νερού στο μπάνιο, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει δυσκολία για οποιαδήποτε χρήση του. Το πιστολάκι των μαλλιών στο μπάνιο, είχε κομμένο καλώδιο, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι επικίνδυνο. Τους ενημέρωσα, και μου έδωσαν ένα άλλο, που το χρησιμοποίησα. Επίσης το ασανσέρ πήγαινε μέχρι τον 4ο όροφο και εμάς μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο στον 5ο όροφο.

It didn’t bother us because we sleep well, but people who have trouble sleeping should keep this in mind. The room was small but enough for a short stay. Erkan was very helpful and small problems were easy to fix. Breakfast was fine, and we could leave our luggage after checkout. The lighting in the room was poor – only one of the several lamps worked. Also, some of the power outlets stick out from the wall a bit, which could be a safety issue.

El recepcionista Arkel me envió un wassap para saber si todo estaba bien cosa que se agradece porque normalmente no pasa.Me dieron una habitación superior al mismo precio. Muy buena atención. Our receptionist Erkan kindly accepted us and gave us a better room, additionally he helped with finding the route to places where we wanted to visit. The room is clean, the water in the shower was hot, the bathroom was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable, in the room were a some pockets tea and coffee, it was so cute.I also liked the location it was near to the main walking street. I also liked the breakfast, it was good, quality foods, good tea and simit for breakfast, i mean i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. So kindly reminding you to stay there) the street is full of bars so at night it is a little bit loud, but for me it was ok, because we also visited this bars. (Just wondering the people with kids)

- Salimine (6/5): - I like the location Great location and polite staff, but several issues need improvement. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the room floor was not well cleaned. Bathroom drainage was poor, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. The fridge was noisy, breakfast lacked variety, and the breakfast area’s AC was always off unless requested. On our last day, the ceiling leaked from the floor above, flooding the room. Hope these problems can be fixed as the hotel has good potential.

- Mitziel's (5/5): Passable - The room is quite small but reasonably comfortable for an overnight stay. Basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, so it's recommended to bring your own. The breakfast is sufficient and a good way to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim shopping area, with plenty of restaurants nearby—even options available late at night.

- Sari (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location amazing staff. They helped us with everything and even gifted us somethings since the night was a bit noisy (but ofcourse it wandered their fault). Would highly recommend this place.
