- Yui (8/5): - Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, few minutes walk from the heart of the city and what a wonderfull park just in from of the hotel! We were given fantastic help and information for visting Tours and got supportive help to chose the castle to visit within our stay. Highly recommended place! we will return for sure!

The park across the street is really beautiful and is a wonderful shortcut on your walk to the town centre.
