• Jasmina (10/5): Perfekt! So stellen wir uns dolce vita in Italien vor. - Es war einfach perfekt!! Beschattete Parkplätze unter alten Bäumen direkt vor der Unterkunft. Etwas ausserhalb von Como gelegen ist es traumhaft ruhig. Wir haben die Deluxe Suite gebucht und diese ist im Stil des Hauses sehr elegant, sauber und edel eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, das Bad neuwertig und die Lichtschalter, dort wo man diese benötigt. Wir hatten ein kleines Abendessen, das uns qualitativ sehr positiv überrascht hat. Die Empfehlung für die Weinbegleitung: perfekt! Endlich jemand, der zuhört und versteht, was man meint. In Italien erwartet man wenig vom Frühstück, doch auch hier wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht: Frische Erdbeeren, warme Eier, verschiedene Sorten Brot, sehr guter Kaffee und eine äussert sympathische und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Danke für diesen perfekten Start unseres Urlaubs, der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht! Grazie mille!

Leider gab es ein Hygieneproblem: Im Badezimmer kamen Ameisen aus den Fugen bzw. dem Boden gekrochen, ins Hauptzimmer. Außerdem war das Wasser oft nur lauwarm oder es dauerte sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Der Aufenthalt musste leider vorzeitig beendet werden.

The bar and restaurant and quirky and authentic. The bedroom light was broken and we had difficulty turning it off! The shower had quite a leak. Felt that the room was in need of a little updating.

Disappointing stay due to poor room conditions We were unfortunately given Room 20, which already has negative reviews, and sadly our experience confirmed them. This was a disappointing start to our trip. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty to the point that we did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Several things were not working: the bedside lamps, the light near the mirror, and the handheld shower head. The bathroom was in very poor condition. There was visible mold both inside and outside the shower. I did not feel comfortable enough to shower. My partner tried, but when the water started running, it looked like a dirty film came up from the shower floor. The overhead shower also kept dripping loudly for a long time afterwards. We informed the staff about the bathroom issues, and they mentioned there was a known problem with the water and floor that would only be fixed after the weekend. The staff themselves were friendly, and breakfast was okay, although our water glass and cutlery were not clean. Additionally, despite the claim on Booking that the walls are thick and soundproof, we could clearly hear children from another room. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.

• juan ignacio (4/5): - Viajamos en enero hacia frío (-5º) como es lógico y cuando llegamos a la habitación no estaba puesta la calefacción hacía un frío que tuvimos que estar con el abrigo puesto no había más de 5 grados en la habitación . Creo que eso estropeó nuestra estancia ya que no era bomba de calor, eran radiadores con lo cual tardo varias horas en subir los grados.

Obwohl das Restaurant dienstags geschlossen hat, bereitet man spontan doch noch antipasti, pizza oder Lasagne zu. Da wir früher abreisen mussten, hTte man uns extra eine halbe stunde vor dem offiziellen frühstück schon das frühstück gerichtet. Sehr liebe voll mit allem drum und dran. Sehr familienfreundlich und lieb!

Я с трудом нашла такси, чтобы добраться, искала такси 1-2 часа, а стоимость была завышена ( опиентировочно 40 евро за несколько километров). Также когда нужно было возвращаться обратно, такси тоже не приезжали, мы пытались вызвать примерно 2 часа. Автобусная остановка очень далеко и тротуара нет( нужно идти с чемоданом по трассе) С трудом мы добрались на попутках, но вероятно люди думали, что мы дамы легкого поведения, когда мы пытались остановить авто на трассе. Поиск транспорта занял очень долгое время. Поэтому если у вас нет личного автомобиля, добраться до отеля может оказаться большим стрессом. Последнее фото добавила случайно

• Andrea (8/5): Posto piacevole in cui mi farà piacere tornare, suggerendo una colazione un po’ più ricca, è un peccato considerando il - La struttura si presenta come un casale in cui rilassarsi e godersi il relax, a un passo dalla strada principale, ma riparato e ben tenuto. Ogni camera ha il suo parcheggio assegnato. Facilità di check-in e check out, buona qualità anche del bar interno. Qualcosa da ridire sulla colazione: e consuetudine offrire ovunque ormai una colazione continentale, sia dolce che salata, ma variegata: al bancone erano esposte sia crostate che torte molto invitanti, mentre nulla di ciò e stato offerto purtroppo a colazione, in cui c’erano solo tre mini croissant, tre paninetti salati, due uova sode, due marmellata e piccole. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma la scelta era poca, rispetto alle consuetudini.

• Ingelore (7/5): Freundliches Personal aber das Zimmer war sehr unsauber - Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel und ein gutes Frühstück. Im ersten Moment waren wir von der Größe des Zimmer begeistert, doch auf den zweiten Blick waren wir etwas erstaunt wie unsauber alles war. Dicke Mücken an der Decke wo man nur hinsah. Das Bad benötigt dringend eine intensive Grundreinigung. Leider war am Abend niemand vom Personal anwesend sonst hätten wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, das war sehr schade.

Mais heureusement le personnel a été réactif ils nous ont reloger dans un autre hôtel à 3 km L autre hôtel était très bruyant route à côté de la chambre sinon l hôtel était correct. Nous avons dû déménager nos affaires dans le noir à 10h car nous étions aller manger en ville et mon téléphone était déchargé brusco room n arrivé pas à nous joindre.
