• Abigail (3/5): - The view and the kitchen The villa hadn’t been cleaned properly and we were told that cleaning would be finished the day after, the pool was really dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The water level was so low that a tanker had to he sent to refill. Someone then came and told us the filtration system was off. The pool was finally cleaned the day after but burned all my daughter’s skin due to the poor condition of the water. Everyone that we came in to contact with said that the pool needed a lot of work. We did book this at short notice but put booking shouldn’t have been taken if the place wasn’t ready. I had great expectations but the place is not what it looks on the pictures. Tan was really nice and really helpful. She was the saving grace for this place.

The manager, Tan, was very friendly and always happy to answer questions or assist where needed. It was also lovely that she came for a chat while we were there. Very approachable and knowledgeable. • Salwa (10/5): Superb stay. Will be back. - Comfortable, private, beautiful views, lots of outdoor seating, excellent pool, fun billiard table. Tan, the property manager, was very responsive. Steep hill but normal for villas with a view in Samui.

• Shan (8/5): Very good - Great getaway from the hustle and bustle. It had plenty of facilities such as pool spa pool table TV had more channels than I've ever seen, no staff to speak of as it was a private villa,having said that the owner Bob was available to help if we needed him and Tan drove me to the mini mart, you would be better off hiring a car or bike as walking is not really possible but Tan could order you a taxi if needed, a group or family would love it. Too far to walk any where

• Kamil (10/5): We come back for more! - This villa is a dream! Placed on a hill with seaview, you feel like a millionaire. Enough space for the whole family or a couple of friends. Master bedroom has direct access to the outside pool so we can swimm just before the breakfast. Jacouzzi has a fantastic view to the sea, also the whole terrace with sun chairs and umbrellas. The villa is fresh and modern renovated. Living room is large and the kitchen has everything you need. In case of rain you can enjoy the 65inch TV with IPTV. The sauna is downstairs also the gym and two bedrooms. We used scooters, but for a family, or group i would suggest a car. Walking up the hill to the villa is possible, but we prefered to drive. Villa is close to Family mart and laundry service. To the beach with the scooter/car it takes just 7 minutes. Bob, the owner, organised the pick up from airport and also the way back. He also took care of our wishes so we had a wounderfull vacations in Koh Samui. I am sure to come back again. Thanks Bob!
• Radek (4/5): Disappointing - Pickup from the airport. Host did not come for the keys, no message. We waited one hour for him. This type of behavior is something, that should not be tolerated. So can not recommend this property.
