Mona (10/5): Perfect location, wonderful hosts, spotless rooms, and a truly comfortable stay — we would happily come back again! - Melania is a fantastic host! She gave us many great tips about places to visit and things to do during our stay, and she always replied very quickly to messages. Anna, who prepared our room, was also incredibly kind and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless — clean in every little corner, even out on the terrace. There was plenty of storage space with wardrobes, many hangers, and drawers for clothes. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The room was located two floors up after entering through a locked gate, which made it feel private and secure. From there, we could easily walk straight out to breakfast places, cafés, and shopping areas, which was incredibly convenient and made the location perfect for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place! We loved everything about this place!

Karen (10/5): Amazing place to stay in the heart of Sorrento! - We so enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo Spasiano! The room was very clean, comfortable with a soothing decor. Melania was very warm and helpful offering free snacks and having coffee creamer in our room, Showing us how to use the fancy coffee machine, and even having hair spray waiting for me before we went to a wedding! She is also very knowledgeable about the area as a local. Very close to the train station, Piazza Tasso, and a taxi station! Perfect location! Loved it! The only suggestion would be to have 2 sets of keys. I felt I could not go out while my husband was running an errand, but no worries!

The location is a little noisy but the balcony doors when shut block out most of it - it's on a busy street but that's the pay off for a very central location!

It's an easy walk to restaurants and shops. It has 3 lovely rooms and a center lounge area with delicious coffee and snacks available 24 hours. It was as if we were in a lovely home. Our host, Melania, was more than fabulous! She was absolutely delightful and went over and above to help us with restaurant reservations, recommendations, and any needs at any time. We travel extensively, and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. It could not have been more perfect in every way.

Beautiful guest house and because it only has 3 rooms and a main entrance you do get those more personal details. Melania helped us out with a very last minute booking and could not have been kinder nor more professional. The room itself was fantastic, first class decor and furnishings. We would definitely stay again. I have a soft bed at home so found the bed a little hard, but this is a personal preference only, not a criticism in any way.

Young (10/5): Perfect property with a perfect host - Palazzo Spasiano is located within a few metres of the main square in Sorrento, Piazza Tassoa. It was perfect for being able to visit everything in the town and close to pick up points for our day trips. Despite being so centrally located, the apartments are extremely peaceful, we could not hear any noise from outside. Our junior suite was beautifully presented, spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The well stocked minibar was a lovely touch. Finally, allow us to share how wonderful the host, Melania, is. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and throughout our break Melania’s warmth and helpfulness were outstanding, the best host we have had on any of our travels for sure. This will not be our last visit to Sorrento, we will be back soon, and very definitely we will stay in Melania’s properties again. 5 star property and 5 star host. Thank you Nothing - Perfect

Melania and Alex were gracious hosts ready to help us plan our activities whenever we needed it. I was really impressed with how quiet the room was considering the busy street below. The only issues we had were with the safe and toilet which didn't work when we got there but Alex and Melania were able to rectify both in short order.

Verified traveler (6/5): Unfortunately not what I expected - Let’s start with the fact that this is not really a hotel at all but rather someone’s home with virtually 1 service staff. The hostess was a very nice lady. However, there was no breakfast to speak of. You got crackers with Marmelade, and days old fruit (that looks and feels it) and no savory options at all. The property is quite maximalist in style meaning that the rooms are filled with things (and unfortunately are very dusty). The worsen the matter, I chose a room with a terrace which furnished but the furniture extremely dusty. To our surprise, we found some woman standing on our terrace having a smoke. Super uncomfortable given its direct by our room. Then there’s the issue of the AC which will keep you up at night as it sounds like a Traktor and will make loud knocking noises every 10 min. Last but not least, parking is an huge mess!! There’s a very narrow entry to the inner courtyard. One spot belongs the other renters in the building and one to this “hotel”. I had to move my car 2x (in myb3 day stay) in order for people to be able to get in or out. Not what I imagined and surely shouldn’t be charged for. I’m super disappointed and would not stay here again :(

I loved how modern the place was and very well decorated. It was very welcoming, clean and spacious. Having Netflix access was a little slice of home. Very thing was perfect!
Clarissa (10/5): - Melania was very responsive to our questions and needs. The junior suite was well appointed and had everything we needed. It had the charm of being in one of the more established buildings and due to it being behind the main road leading to Piazza Tasso, it was nice and quiet.
Nathaniel (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The location was great being nearby to the train and a short walk to the main attractions. The room faces a busy street which can get noisy, thankfully the soundproofing worked well so it wasn’t really an issue.
Stacey (10/5): Immaculate rooms and a perfect base for our stay! - Beautiful rooms in a great location in Sorrento. Facilities offered everything we needed for a short break in a gorgeous setting. Super comfortable beds, spotless rooms. Great host who was super helpful and accommodating of our needs. It was perfect!
Kevin (10/5): Great location and staff were present every morning just like a hotel - Great location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Espresso machine was easy to use. You needed a lot of keys to get in so it was a little annoying to carry around a big keychain. Otherwise great stay!
Jennie (10/5): Fabulous B&B! - The room. was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect and the host Melania was so friendly and helpful. Soundproofing at the property was very good, there was no noise at all from the other rooms. Breakfast croissants were delicious as was the coffee. If you're looking for somewhere central to stay in Sorrento this is perfect...just 3 minutes walk to the train/bus station and so many restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Christian (10/5): A perfect blend of prime location and exceptional hospitality; I can't wait to come back. - The location is superb, situated right in the heart of town and only a brief stroll from the train station. Melania is an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and looked after. Her assistance was invaluable; she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, as well as expert guidance on exploring the Amalfi Coast and navigating local transportation options. I would certainly choose to stay at this property again without hesitation.
