• Christian (6/5): - Wer zum Zrce Beach reist und eines der Unterkünfte im Noa Island Retreat/Noa Glamping Resort bucht, dem sollte bewusst sein, das die Unterkünfte einen hohen Durchsatz haben und scheinbar damals so schnell wie möglichberrichtet wurden, da es Größtenteils eine Holzhütte ist und dementsprechend gab es große Spannungsrisse in jedem Fenster! Zudem war der Pool auf Kniehöhe gerissen und daher floss das Wasser immer wieder an der Stelle raus. Außerdem hatte das größere Schlafzimmer einen riesen Haufen toter Ameisen und Holzwürmer die teilweise auch jeden Morgen in das Bett gerieselt sind. Zu beachten ist außerdem, das eine Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 500€ (Bar oder per Kreditkarte) zu hinterlegen sind und man erhält gleichzeitig eine lange Liste die bezahlt werden muss, wenn man selbst etwas beschädigt. Ansonsten war weitestgehend alles in Ordnung. Wer aber immer noch glaubt, man kann in Kroatien günstig Party machen, der sollte den Gedanken ganz schnell wieder vergessen. Es ist sehr teuer geworden.

• ammar (2/5): - The property was shut by the police as they don’t have a valid licence 2025! So we were all instructed to leave the area in 15min. It was a very bad experience disappointing and disruptive especially in that hot summer day, as we found ourselves out with no plan and no accommodation. Booking another place in the last minute was also very expensive. The police closed the glamping resort and put a notice. In the other hand the management of the property are not responding (no phone or email) but they are still advertising on instagram about their future summer festival and tickets are for sale. Thanks for Expedia for their Support and quick reaction. Now we are still trying to reach the Noa Management for our Deposit back! The property itself is fantastic, the Villas are nice especially with the private pool. Direct access to the private beach, for those looking for parties noa beach club is directly next there but just a bit expensive. If you are planning to go, please contact them first. Don‘t go to that place unless you have a confirmation that they are open and cleared all problems with the Croatian authorities.

• Saed (1/5): There was nothing good i can mention - Photos totally different than reality, staff was not professional and was having bad attitude. They enter room without permission, when i was checking out i asked to use toilet in the reception the lady there reply in a very bad attitude to go use the public one which is one for people coming for music festival you can enter this one from smell and dirt in the ground. They made me sign for every single thing inside the villa with price under each as its a palace and most of the villa was broken from before from floor to everything, very noisy 24h you cant sleep.

• Anita (9/5): A really nice surprise - Pefect stay for visiting clubbing scene at Zrće. The fact that we stayed at Noa was a game changer! The villas are cozy, the pool is sooo nice to have, it wasnt loud at all, it’s safe and the staff was really nice. You have a nice cafe at the beach for breakfast and coffee, altogether it was really nice! The villas could use some work, but this are details and nothing that would change our minds to stay again!

Beach is nice. Almost everything was really good, one thing which can be better is service in bar and club at the beach.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Sympathique pour jeunes fêtards - Séjour agréable, les petites piscines privatives permettent de se rafraîchir toute la journée étant donnée la chaleur estivale. Ambiance très sympa pour des jeunes amis voulant faire la fête. Le personnel est sympathique. L'état de l'appartement reste cependant à désirer (porte extérieure complètement rouillée et défoncée par d'anciens occupants, nid de guêpe sur la terrasse, invasion de fourmi à l'intérieur). Il n'y a pas grand chose à dispo (aucun chiffon pour faire sa vaisselle, pas de table à proprement parler dans un appartement 2 places, 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes pour la totalité du séjour, etc...) Au prix du séjour, dommage que tout soit fait pour faire dépenser plus.

• Daniel (6/5): - Alles in allem war es gut, die Villen sind die einzigen Unterkünfte in laufnähe zu ZRCE BEACH. Aber der Zustand war eher naja, und bei dem Preis eig. ein Unding. Viele Beschädigungen und allg. die Substanz der Villen war nicht die beste. Dennoch riesen Liste was welcher Schaden kostet und 500 Euro Kaution, die wir aber komplett zurückerhalten haben. In anderen Fällen habe ich gehört das die Kaution für durch vorherige Gäste verursachte Schäden einbehalten wurde. Der VIP Vorteil von Expedia (Moet Flasche) bekommt jeder, egal wo gebucht. Also nicht wirklich ein Vorteil. Die Villen sind zu empfehlen wenn man Party mit seinen Freunden machen will und das die ganze Zeit, da eh rund um die Uhr laut und laufnähe zum Zrce Beach. Ansonsten gibts besseres für den Preis in wenigen Autominuten entfernt.

The location was amazing and the cabin itself was superb. The only small gripe was that only 1 room had AC. The other room was very hot.

• Reto (6/5): Aller Guten Dinge sind drei... - war zum dritten (und wohl letzten) Mal im Noa Glamping Resort. Die Lage ist natürlich optimal zum Strand und der "Festmeile", aber die Anlage selbst ist nur mittelmässig gewartet. Bei uns war keine Soundanlage vorhanden wie angegeben, das Licht am Kühlschrank fiel am zweiten Tag aus und trotz mehrerer Kontaktaufnahmen mit der Reception wurde das Licht bis Ende unseres Aufenthaltes nicht ersetzt. Beim Anreisetag war der Pool noch schmutzig, auch das wurde erst 2 Tage später instand gestellt. Spinnweben unter den Betten zeugt einfach von zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung oder Wartung der Anlage, Duschtücher wiesen noch MakeUp Flecken auf und rochen nach Fritten. Beim Pool war eine Zierleiste schräg und die freigelegten Nägel und Schrauben boten Verletzungsgefahr. Der Taxiservice (10-23h) mit dem Buggy von der Anlage zum nahe gelegenen Parking ist dafür lobenswert. Am Strand kosten die Liegen selbst für Gäste des Resorts. Nachtruhe ist von morgens um 6-12 Uhr. Wer also nachts schlafen möchte, ist - besonders in Strandnähe - falsch hier.

The villas are a bit “old” they have dilapidated and worn equipment. The shower is small and leaking and water is not draining.

• Franziska (8/5): - Our stay in bamboo valley villa was great. We really enjoyed the pool and the AC. The beds were the most comfortable I ever slept in. Why not 5 stars? Because there were several things broken or not working well when we arrived. When we had addressed the issues, someone came to take a photo or video for the reception and said it would take 5 minutes to someone to come and fix it. It usually took way longer than that (20mins ) but most of the things got fixed. All together the staff was super nice and you usually didn‘t hear a thing about the parties closeby when the windows were closed. We would definitely recommend for a group of party people.

• Gillian (9/5): Perfect accommodation for attending festivals at Zrće beach. - The apartment was great, just the right size and each one has its own small pool which is perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Staff at reception were on hand to give lifts in the buggy when we came back from town with shopping or if we needed clean towels etc. When we got a taxi back from town with shopping as we done all our own cooking because the food on Zrće beach was terrible (not part of noa glamping) and we had special dietary requirements, tge taxi was only allowed to drop guests at the top of a steep hill as there was barriers that they would’ve had to pay €10 to get past! Guests coming in a taxi should be allowed to be dropped off at reception. One taxi driver obviously knew the staff and got his ticket validated at reception so we did get taken all the way down once. A toaster wouldve good.

• Dylan (5/5): A lovely place with a great location. Prepare to be infested by ants. Proper airconditioning would have made this place - The location was just next to the beach so we didn’t have to get the bus to and from the festival. We could also go back to our room whenever we wanted as it was 2min walk from the beach There was ants everywhere and we got bitten alive. It took 4 days of asking the staff to sort this until they brought some insect repellent and left it in our room. We had to ask several times for sheets/towels to be brought to our pod. Lastly, we had to sleep on the pull out couch as the bedroom had no air conditioning and was well over 40 degrees. My girlfriend slept in the bedroom one night and got heat stroke and was I’ll for a few days.
• Cem (2/5): Be prepared to be Ignored and shouted at - The location was excellent Well firstly we were greeted with hostility say we come back later that’s all the information we were given. Then we have been here for over a week the beds haven’t been changed once after 6 requestes No cleaning was done after again over multiple requests and we have had 2 batches of towels after many many requests daily for new ones. Staff are rude and miserable they just throw things at you and expect you to know that you have to take all the rubbish out. Yet we were never given any bin bag so not sure how that works. All in all the location and setting it’s fantastic but I think prisoners get treated better

The houses are beautiful, big and comfortable, people are young and it’s a party but also chill - The houses are incredibly beautiful, comfortable and perfectly equipped The atmosphere is very chill and perfect for young people, especially single ones and those loving music and parties

• Manjinder (10/5): Hideout - We came for the hideout festival and the location was perfect. The resort it self was amazing, have everything you need to seld cater if needed. Downside is during the hot season there are a lot of crickets. I wasn't a fan but its nothing they can control.
• Ashleigh (6/5): - Noa is great for a party holiday and unfortunately, not much else. The concept is great, lots of individual cabins with private 'plunge' pools and close to the strip of clubs along Zcre beach. If you do not want to party until 5am - do not stay here. We stayed here for Hideout festival so of course joined in the partying when it started but two days before the festival we stayed here and the music til' 5am was intolerable. The vibrations can be felt until the early hours no matter how you try and drown it out. The actual place itself is positioned great for the festival/clubs but terrible for convenience. The only shops/restaurants they have there are fast food (pizza slices and chicken wraps) - bar one good restaurant next to Kalypso club. If you want groceries the only place to get them is either a 20 minute treacherous walk to the next town along in Gojac OR a taxi to Novalja. There's a petrol station about a 10 minute walk away but again, no pathed route. As for the actual cabins, they appear fine at first. We were happy with our limited space as expected in a two person cabin but as the trip went on we experienced water seeping up from the tiles, the shower head adjuster didn't work and we had ants/flies infestation by the end of our trip. Overall we enjoyed our trip but definitely consider staying in Novalja if you're looking for some peace as well as party. If you're looking for a wild nights the complete stay - this place is perfect!
