- Terry (2/5): Safir RIPOFF! - We run a business that involves extensive travel. (appx. 10 nights overseas a month) and this hotel is a complete ripoff. I booked a room for an employee that was arriving one day in the evening and leaving the next day. Our client wanted to take him sightseeing in Kuwait after he took care of his business (unloading horses from an aircraft) at the airport. When he returned to the hotel he was not allowed back in! They told him he must have a boarding pass to be let back in, even though it was the same day. He had a CONFIRMED reservation and the printout for it showing his flight the next morning, but was not able to get a boarding pass until the morning. He (AND OUR CLIENT) ended up sitting in the airport all night until his plane was to leave the next morning. WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
