- Yelverton (10/5): 10/10 Would stay here again! - My kids and I loved our room. It was spacious and very comfortable. I liked the personal touch of having my name displayed on the t.v. I liked how fully stocked the room was with essentials to cook just in case I didnt want to eat out. The bed was comfy and the room was well decorated. The entire hotel looked beautiful and very inviting upon entry. I loved the location and all of the food/entertainment options nearby. No complaints except parking but there is an overflow lot across the road.

When I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room, the staff responded quickly and offered me a $50 refund. They also sent maintenance up to fix the clogged sink immediately. My room was not very clean upon arrival. The couch was not clean and when I opened the pullout sofa you could see food stains down the sides of the couch. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had crumbs on it and was dirty. I had several clean towels that had stains on them. Even when we went to the pool, several of the towels had stains on them. My bathroom sink was clogged/slow draining.

- Deborah (10/5): Excellent Stay!!! - We stayed here overnight for a concert. Staff was great, even told us about a 10% discount to the restaurant next door. Room was super clean and modern. Location seemed like an up and coming neighborhood but our car was safe in the adjacent parking lot. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing thru this area!

Complimentary cookies and water along with coffee in lobby is a very nice touch and appreciated! No real coffee maker in room- just the little pod thing that is close to useless. A real coffee pot in room would be great so I can use my own coffee. Breakfast should be available for an hour or more than it is.

- Walden (10/5): We had a very peasant stay. - Checking in with David was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast selection was impressive. Checking out with Peta was amazing. I could not find a personal item in the room as I was packing up. I went to Peta, described the item, and she said she would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it. Imagine how delighted I was when she call me to let me know they found it! To me, that is going above and beyond. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant experience. I really can't think of one thing that we were unhappy about. The hotel and our room met all of our needs.

The gentleman at the front desk was less than friendly and that was the start of a highly disappointing evening at a hotel that we quite enjoyed our fist time there. Our bad and pillows were so uncomfortable it was near impossible to sleep. Top that off with two dog barking throughout the night in the room next to ours it was enough to say we will try the hotel next door next time we come down. What a bummer compared to our first time there.

- Mcvey (4/5): Disappointing - Night one is excellent until check out other than that I will never be back due to staff The room the first night second one was same but dirty and not well put together like the first experience. Cleaning staff on days was very room and disrespectful on day shift on the first around 1030 to 11. 3 were sitting on the bench talking with one about board the elevator as myself and sister in law and niece walked by I said excuse me because we had to walk between them as they talk about personal and unprofessional matters on the ground floor. The cleaner in the elevator said excuse you extremely disrespectfully. I am both a nurse and I also plead I was also raised with manners in the show everybody respect regardless of what they are doing or how they treat me. I hope you choose to address this matter because of that I will never stay here again the only reason I did tonight was out of necessity the night before wonderful experience the morning after and my second night here terrible. The Concierge seemed very tired which I understand but it does not permit you to not professionally do your job it was the staff on the morning of July 1st and the evening of July 1st that will ensure I never come back here and for over $220 a night I would expect at least some pretty respect professionalism and a smile it's not that hard I've had the worst day but I still chose to treat people with courtesy.

Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave, and the ceiling fan made for great sleeping conditions. Exercise room was very hot and uncomfortable, but the machines were well-maintained. The drains for the tub and sink in the room didn't work well - the traps needed to be cleaned. We removed them for the duration of our stay.
- Katherine (10/5): An excellent stay with wonderful staff - A nice hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, a large variety of options for breakfast that could fit a variety of diets, a full fridge/freezer/kitchenette that was a surprise, close to fast food and grocery options, overall an excellent stay. Not enough parking, but options at the parking lot across the way, and the light/fan was controlled by remote, but didn't work consistently, although that could have been user error.

- EStreetPoet (10/5): Clean, spacious, convenient - My friend and I booked a 2-bedroom 2-bath suite which was immaculately clean and spacious. Self checkin and checkout were seamless using the app. The free breakfast was better than average (regular and veggie sausage, breakfast taco bar, assorted pastries, and more) and even included take-out boxes which was a nice touch. The room was super quiet, and having our own rooms - each with a big TV, full bathroom, and individual thermostat - let us have privacy while still sharing the living room and well-equipped kitchenette. Lots of restaurants nearby and a big Kroger within walking distance. Finding the hotel was slightly tricky and we both ended up going around once or twice before figuring out where the entrance was, but not a big deal. Most importantly the a/c was icy cold in the middle of a dreadful heat wave! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

I threw them out of the pool and they sat on the side of the pool for 2 days before I finally got sick of seeing them and told a staff member who tossed them in the trash. There was also a full set of fake fingernails poolside that I threw out. Clearly, the staff does not pay much attention to the pool area which is sad because the rest of the property was impeccably clean. Loved the location but there is pretty loud music at night from surrounding bars and restaurants but they all quit around 10 pm.

- ElizaGN (4/5): Bad stay - I’m staying here right now. I’ve called about the people upstairs pounding and running. It’s endless. So rude. The person at the desk, Erin, said she would call. Nothing has changed. The hotel is a bit old. Faucet came apart. The door looks like someone tried to break in. Just a bad experience. Staff isn’t very helpful. All this would be ok if we weren’t paying $300 a night. Keep in mind the cost when you book this very $170 a night hotel. Rip off.
- Krista (10/5): Nice Overnight Stay - This was our first stay at a Homewood Suites and we were impressed with everything from the friendly employee checked us in (forgot his name!), to the overall cleanliness of the facility and our room. We had a suite and it was super comfortable and had every amenity one could ever need. We will definitely stay at one of these properties again! Parking was very limited and we ended up parking across the street where there is a restaurant and movie complex. It was still close enough not to be a deal breaker though!

- Wanderer42093064260 (8/5): Great hotel, comfy beds and pillows close to everything - Out of towner here In Cincinnati for the first time. Son organized trip to take me to the Zoo for my birthday. Suite was booked, price seemed a little average but overall, good service, comfy beds and pillows. Clean. Large room. Son stayed on sofa bed said it was comfy. Only complaint is they need another chair in the room. The chair they have leans back and I almost fell sitting into it. Had a kitchen. Needed more coffee packs but they have coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was really good and so many options. It was very clean and Food was prepared well. Liked they had to go boxes , we did that after the first day. Lots of fruit different choices and the waffles were great. Free bottles of water which was a very nice added bonus. Even had beer and wine you could buy. Overall I would definitely stay there again! Swing shift front desk employee was not friendly and gave my son dirty looks everyday but the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Didn't get any housekeeping service during the 4 days we were there??? Don't know why. Had to ask for a big garage bag as our breakfast takeout and other garbage was piling up. Housekeeping was happy to help with that. Would suggest larger extra bags in the kitchen area. Garbage disposal had something in it so I didn't use it, reported it to the front desk. Close to movie theater and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was a quiet hotel too. We took Uber everywhere and it didn't seem to far from the city. Free parking and internet. Didnt use pool but checked it out. Pretty small and so was the exercise room. Definitely recommended!

Breakfast was very good and even had cans of pop available. I have never seen that before in any of my many hotel stays. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies throughout the day. Not too loud nor busy. Very updated and clean. Only downside was the pool was a tad cold and there isn't a hot tub. But the pool is heated as I could feel warm water through the jets. Very clean though. And workout room was nice. Even has a peloton bike. Would stay again if in the area.

- Andelyn (8/5): Very good - The staff was amazing...breakfast was really good...the breakfast staff was also incredibly nice and helpful Our room was a freezer box to start with and we couldn't figure out how to change the temp however they sent someone up in 2 minutes and got that straightened around... our sink kept clogging up in the bathroom plus the swimming pool was unavailable... we did get to go next door to the Marriott for the girls to swim which saved us from a lot of disappointment on their part...all in all even the little frustrations we're not that bad 😉
