- Rassil (10/5): - We stayed for one night at Louis V hotel at one of their suites on the 15th floor (amazing views). The property was very well-maintained and spotless. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the suite was advertised as fits 3, but it turned out that the sofa did not become a bed, so it in fact does not fit 3 in its current form. When we informed them that we are 3 and not 2, they asked us to pay an additional $30 for the extra person. When the bed did not become a sofa, they brought up an extra bed for us quickly. One last comment was that we wish there was a curtain of some sort to cover the main area of the bathroom for some privacy. Other than these two small things, everything was really great. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the ABC mall where my wife and I walked to for dinner. Our room was very spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We would definitely stay at Louis V again!

- Armen (10/5): - In a country that is going through a difficult economic and political crisis, the Louis V hotel was a comfortable oasis. The hotel has 24 hrs of power, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and good clean facilities. I stayed in early August (the hottest time of the year), and the AC in the room and lobby was excellent. There is a dining area which serves the same menu as room service. The menu has a lot of options at reasonable prices (the chicken soup is delicious). The lobby is great area to chill and hangout with a coffee. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you need info on stuff around town (where to change money, renting cars, etc.) they will point you in the right direction. Overall a great experience.

However, we had to call the desk several times because our room wasn't cleaned on time and there wasn't enough shampoo. The underground parking is limited and very tight, and many guests didn't park correctly between the lines, further limiting the availability. But overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I used my reward night to pay but my card was charged for the total night amount. I called customer service today and they couldn’t solve the problem. The hotel staff didn’t treat me any special. They didn’t even allow us to do a late checkout even though Lebanon is has a curfew and there are no tourist. I only saw one other guest during my stay. We were supposed to get a breakfast for two but it was too small, smaller than a breakfast for one in the UAE. I booked a very expensive room. 560 AED, a price I would pay in Times Square, I was supposed to use my reward night which the app did a glitch, logged me out, according to the agent, and didn’t tag the night to my account and I was charged full amount. The room was nice but too small for a suite

- Atika (4/5): Not a five star hotel - To start with it is definitely not a five star hotel 1- very far from the sea you can nearly see the sea from a long distance 2- reception is very small like B&B 3- view fro motel lobby and rooms is only houses and done run down houses 4- The only dining area is like B&B style 5- breakfast is no buffets as advertise and no breakfast menus you can order with continental or Lebanese and even that was not fresh at all cakes were dry and hard Sonos the cheese , the jam was only liquid with surgery but no taste 6- Hotel lobby is tiny with a couple of sofas only 7- room was comfortable as we booked a suite But the shower had Luke warm water only and it was a tiny shower The toilet was in funny location that you have either to keep the toilet door open to get in or squeeze in 8- the hotel is over rated and will never go back to this hotel 9- I think k it is a budget 3 star hotel not more
