- Shih Ying (10/5): 地點很好、房間舒適、餐點不錯 - 位置相當方便，就在板橋車站的隔壁，停車也很方便。 這次的房型也很令人喜歡，夠大間也很安靜。 早餐用餐的過程中，在地板上發現圖釘，有交給服務生，隨後主管有立刻過來了解跟關心，處理得當。 這次因為帶小孩又要跟朋友聚會，為了方便大家決定選飯店內的餐廳聚餐，東西還算好吃，食物選項也豐富，但兒童座椅很悲劇，很滑，小朋友動作大一點就會移動，雖然小朋友不會掉出椅子外，但移來移去也太方便。然後高度與餐桌有落差，小朋友一個不小心撞到牙齒流了滿口血…

- Adela (8/5): Comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Good wifi and Netflix options. - Convenient location. Walking distance to Banqiao station with access to a variety of shops. The room was a good size, comfortable and had good soundproofing. Ample clothes storage. Wifi was strong and love that the tv came with Netflix. The sofa in the room was quite stained.
- cowlemon (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Location and Friendly Service - Stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban and overall had a very comfortable stay. The location is really convenient — it’s within walking distance to shopping centers and a ton of restaurants (including Din Tai Fung), and the MRT station is also nearby, making it easy to get around Taipei. The hotel itself is nice and modern. The lobby has a high ceiling and feels upscale, though it’s a bit smaller compared to some other grand hotel lobbies. The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. One fun touch: they have a service robot that delivers small items to your room, which was fun for the little ones. I stayed in a Deluxe Suite, and it was very spacious with a separate living area. There’s a sliding door that separates the living room from the bedroom, which made the space feel more private and functional. The room was nicely appointed and everything felt well-maintained. The bathroom was also a good size, with both a separate tub and shower. The executive lounge was decent. There’s an outdoor area, but the weather wasn’t great during my stay so I didn’t use it. The view from the lounge is just okay — more of a city view, but a bit on the grungy side. The food and selection were also just average. That said, the staff in the lounge were very attentive and helpful, which helped make up for it. Overall, a solid and comfortable hotel with great service and a convenient location.

- CHIN NI (7/5): 飯店很舒適、乾淨，但當我們向Labby 的值班人員反應隔壁房音樂太大聲，沒有有效的幫助我們，讓我們去跟其他房客起衝突。 - 房務清潔很進心進力的打掃，讓房間很舒適、乾淨。 housekeeping doing very well, let room very cleaning and comfortable. 1.樓上健身房過12點的半夜後有人在使用，放置器材於地面時，造成聲響，影響晚間時的睡眠。 2.隔壁房客於房內將音樂聲放得很大聲，影響了休息的品質，向Labby 的值班人員反應，沒有有效的流程幫助我及我老公，要我們接受連續的噪音，要我們跟別人起衝突。 1. The upstairs gym is being used at after middle night, and the noise from the equipment on the floor is disturbing my sleep. 2. The music sound plays very loudly from next room, affecting our rest. We reported this to Labby duty worker, but they was do nothing and no effective procedure to help my husband and me, Let us to taken this for 2days.

- Steffen (4/5): - Emplacement Banqiao Plus vraiment a la page et donc rapport qualité prix insatisfaisant : 2 tabourets pour tout lobby, : peu de crochets (1) dans la salle de bain, douche 1 pommeau pas meme reglable, taches sur les coussins du canapé dans la chambre, pas de prises usb/usb-c. ! Pas de jus d oranges pressees frais. Et le personnel de restauration et de desk peu engagé en plus d être peu souriant. Heureusement que les femmes de chambre et la conciergerie sont plus avenants ! Rien de vraiment mal, mais toutes ces petites choses qui justifient ce type de prix dans ce type de chaine... Pas là. Cruel petit déjeuner où passe en boucle le film corporate de toutes les innovations du groupe entre... 1960 et 1980....

- Jane (7/5): Hotel good for business trip. Comfortable with a great breakfast choice. - Breakfast was good with a varied selection. The room was large and bed very comfortable. The roof top swimming pool wasnt as good as photos made out, there was no bar of cafe alongside the pool area. The whole ambiance of the pool area was disappointing. The dinner menu in hotel wasn't great with no clear explanations of food choices in English. but maybe that is just Taipei food.

- EK (5/5): Extremely pricey and poorly maintained room - Friendly front desk Room was not in good condition. Toilet door was jammed on one side, sofa was stained, wall paper was scratched and peeling. Telephone to call reception was not working…

- bicheno (10/5): Very good option for Taipei - Very good location close to Banquiao Station. WE were upgraded to a wonderful Junior suite. Very modern and clean. The breakfast was great. So was the executive lounge with wonderful views and even an outdoor terrace. If only the options for vegetarians were better.

- Tour286596 (10/5): Excellent Stay with Thoughtful Touch for Birthday Celebration! - I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Taipei Sinban! The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially when I requested a small room decoration with balloons for my daughter’s birthday. They fulfilled the request beautifully for a very reasonable sum, which made our celebration extra special. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Taipei!
