• Felice (5/5): Deludente. Fortunatamente è durato pochissimo. - Forse in estate la parte esterna sarebbe stata buona Struttura molto umida e con cattivo odore. La pulizia lasciava davvero a desiderare. Vermi che sui pavimenti e insetti vari. Stoviglie sporche. Se non fosse che era molto tardi ed eravamo con bimbi piccoli, avremmo reclamato all’istante. È inaccettabile pagare tale cifra per alloggi simili.

• Claudia (1/5): - The location We rang the late to inform that we were on the way, that we would be checking in 2 hours late. Arriving at the property ( my God)... the house wasn't clean ( toilet papers all over in the bathroom), strong smell of urine when we opened the door at the property. Bedrooms not dune even though we checked in 2 hours late. I rand the late to make a complaint about the situation, instead of apologising, she said ( the cleaner) forgot to clean the house. You guys can go around and make some time, have a coffee, and come back in 2 hours. I complained and said that that wasn't professional, while i was explaining my situation, without letting me finish my sentence, she said to me ( i can't do anything about it i told you that someone is coming to clean the house then bang the phone on me. It was so rude when i paid the amount fully. I was super disappointed and frustrated as I had my 3 young children. We were coming from Porto... a road trip to that situation. It was horrible. I wouldn't go back, and I do not recommend it. Plus, pictures online look better than what it is in real life. She was a Portuguese lady. Immediately I rang booking. Com and reported the issue they asked me to take pictures of the property and send to them etc etc.

• Justin (9/5): Near Lisbon Treat - Lovely Chalet, there were so many beaches in this area, My wife, daughter and I stayed here for 10 days with plenty of room, the outdoor space is decent sun trap from 9am to 5pm, we had a car and you need one to fair, perfect retreat after visiting the many beaches in the area..We went to a different beach every day. There is a bus service along the main road and Uber are supposed to be reasonable apparently. Would definitely go back, really loved our stay in the chalet and the area is peaceful relaxing... That I didn't stay longer...!!
• Maria (6/5): Nice location and apartment except for the mold and smell. - It was a good-sized apartment in a nice location. There were great local spots to eat, and it was away from the busyness of Lisbon. The apartment had a strong moldy smell and felt damp. My son immediately experienced allergy symptoms. All the cabinets had the same smell, and even the blankets were affected.
• PAUL (8/5): Buen alojamiento algo lejos de Sintra. - La casa está muy bien, muy cómodo y muy limpio y hay parking gratuito delante de la casa. Hay un par de restaurantes cerca para comer o cenar. Está algo lejos de Sintra si ese es vuestro destino. Nosotros usamos un Bolt para ir al Palacio de Pena y nos cobraron 11€, mucho mejor que llevar el coche.

• Dounia (4/5): Could be great but the humidity and mould let it down - The property was present, the outdoor space was nice The property has a humidity problem, the bedding was damp and even with the air con on hot, we were cold and feeling wet. Woke up in the morning to the smell of mould.

• Špela (9/5): Superb - We only stayed one night but we liked that check-in was very smooth although we came after midnight. You need a car but if yo u have one, everything is near.

• Fernanda (10/5): Ótimo apesar de longe do centro - O chalé do descanso é uma casa recentemente renovada e equipada. Antes da nossa chegada a dona, Andreia, se preocupou em saber a que horas chegaríamos e nos deixou um pequeno mimo na nossa entrada. A casa não fica localizada próximo ao centro de Sintra, mas se vc vier de carro, não terá nenhum problema para se locomover. No redor da casa existem muitos restaurantes e pequenos mercados, acessíveis de carro ou até mesmo a pé! A casa é perfeita para até 4 pessoas, pois possui 2 camas de casal. Adoramos a nossa estadia e certamente seria uma opção para uma próxima vez!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bel appartement tout de même - Un peu isolé des attraits touristiques mais la beauté de l’appartement et l’extrême gentillesse d’Anna nous fait oublier ce détail. Seul petit soucis : le chien du voisin de derrière jappait du matin au soir. Sommes toutes, excellent rapport qualité/prix.
