Michelle Myrha (3/5): Pénible - Juste la piscine et le personnel Nous y avons très mal manger, aucun plat n’était correct, ils nous servaient parfois des plats fait la veille et réchauffer, la nourriture trop pimentée et ce malgré le fait qu’on leur demandait de ne pas le faire, nous avons séjourner dans un autre hôtel avant et nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec la nourriture bien que le style très épicé soit de coutume au Nigeria,le wifi n’était pas disponible sauf de le haul d’entrer et au premier étage, à partir du 2e et du 3e pas de wifi, les salles de bain horrible, les robinets etaient vieux et mal fait, les rideaux de la chambre pleins de poussière ainsi que les climatiseurs, ce court séjour dans cet hôtel nous a tous valu de rentrer avec des rhumes.

Rebecca (1/5): Criminal minded staff, watch out and hide your money! - Bright rooms with view. Criminal minded staff. Our things was scattered after room cleaning on our last day, bags had been opened, personal stuff was gone etc. Called reception twice and they told they would send someone to the room, but it never happened. I went downstairs to sort out the matter trying to get a refund due to this. Management was obviously not caring about this case at all, not interested in sorting out the matter. It’s even more disturbing that after we left that night, the hotel cancelled our two night stay after checkout so we were therefore prevented from leaving a review. Had to make a new booking to be able to tell the world about how they operate. They also did not accept the price on booking.com for a deluxe room, we’re supposed to pay 90.000naira for two nights, but ended up after some discussion to pay 140.000naira and then without the breakfast that was supposed to be included. In addition, the door to the bathroom was gone (not so nice when travelling not alone…). And the bathroom smelled of sewerage, leaving the whole hotel room in a bad smelling condition. Stay away from this hotel if you want peace in your mind!

Cleaning was done every day The pool is nice. The structure is quite dated, The rooms are quite run down with worn and old furniture.The wi-fi kept disconnecting and they even had to change our room upstairs to be closer.From the first day we were insisted that breakfast was for one person but the room was booked for two.I asked to resolve this dispute with booking but they continued to offer us breakfast for one The mattresses are terrible and very uncomfortable.

And the hotel is well located, so close to the airport and some nice restaurants around. The bed was creaking at any slight movement. I understand the central heater idea was to checkmate the use of power, but one time, the hot water finished and I had to bathe cold water.

Tasiru (2/5): - The room was dirty, no towel (I had to request for this), the AC wasn’t cooling. Cockroaches in the room and to cap it all, there was no running water in the morning, I had to use bottled water to shower. I was told they’re pumping water but I couldn’t wait because I needed to go to the airport. And the noise from the hotel is almost at the level of a night club especially if your room was on the 6th floor like mine. It was a terrible experience overall.
Daniel (4/5): Disappointing really - They had a lift. The windows open to the world. Could have fallen off the 3rd floor if I was careless. I wouldn't bring my kids there as they could have fallen off. Also the bathroom leaked during a shower and there was no door at all
Chidera (4/5): - Whatever was the image on Expedia was not what I met on ground. The staff were warm and friendly. However, the initial room I was checked into was very unkept. The lighting was poor and the room was very bland. I have to be relocated into another room where the toilet flooded while I had my bath. The sliding glass door almost fell and injured my wife. The service was good but the hotel was not in good condition.

James (3/5): Poor - Doing my business. Security were like feel entitled to a tip all the time. The shower was leaking water under the transparent pane glass panel, toilet seat was broken, fridge is tiny, someone rang to request money for a room, when she wanted a different room, after a shower, in room 107, I could hear the other guest in the other room, it was only a wooded door dividing us.

Yoann (2/5): Avoid this place - The rooms are old and dirty, no internet in the premises. I had a ossue with them and couldnt fix it because the manager wasn't there. This place must be locked down or renovated. I'll never come back there and recommend it. The receptionists need some training becUse unprofessional.
Joann (7/5): I would try a nicer hotel if given the opportunity - I liked the bed my sleep was nice. The shower was ok the sink was ok the restroom had no door however. The workers tried their best but there are not enough workers also the intelligence level of some of the staff is not high so it’s frustrating. I also had to change my room for my own personal reasons but the second building doesn’t look clean in the hallways, the walk to the room in the second building is not clean or well lit. It appeared that people around me In reception also had issues with their room some one complaining of water supply issues. Enugu town in that immediate area in general not very appealing or exciting in my opinion as I am coming from anambra but there are a lot of clubs near by. We had a car so I am not sure how transport in the area is without a car as I did not see bikes. The hotel bars here ant the hotel are cute. I’d imagine if they held something fun like karaoke or something it would be nice for the guests Provided the service isn’t POOR. I didn’t try the gym but it looks decent. The views from my room were not great. With they could work on that some how. But my actual room was clean and well lit and modern looking which I appreciated. Their hallways need more lighting especially at the mirrors. Me and my freind couldn’t take nice pictures due to the poor lighting. Lastly Management could do a little bit better. I waited close to 1hr and 15 min in their restaurant. I eventually had enough of asking where my food was which was (a club sandwich and fries. I left the restaurant and went back to my room to checkout LATE due to them taking so long on my food. As I’m leaving they are chasing me down to pay for my meal. Its 2hours after I ordered and they JUST finished making it. The least they could have done is given the meal for free for my wait/trouble or what i offered of half the price but They stood on their price of 5000 naira.

Gideon (5/5): Ok - Location. Also the customer service received when my mother raised request for laundry service was good. The toilet was not flushing in my mothers room. Also there were no towels in the room. A rolled up bath mat was in the bathroom which initially gave a perception of a towel until used.

The beddings were old and stained. I booked a room for 2 but only got breakfast for just one and I had to pay for the second person

Gideon (3/5): Not the same since my last stay there in 2019 - Location No Wi-Fi connection and Card Payments machine failure due to network issues was happening too frequently. I was also made aware that the management had associated my solo booking with another family booking (Emmanuel Amadi) which I had no link to outside the fact that I knew the family in passing.

THE FACILITY IS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED- THE CONSTRUCTION IS GOOD BUT THE MAINTENANCE STANDARD IS VERY POOR- IT HAS STAINED & DIRTY WALLS WITH MOULDS. I SAW TINY COAKROACHES STROLLING IN THE ROOM.
