The cabins are brightly colored and set amidst lovely gardens. The front desk staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, featuring delicious local products. The shower needs a little TLC to prevent water from accumulating.

La tranquilidad, las vistas,la vegetación, la perrita Miel, la atención por parte del personal fue estupenda, sin duda repetiriamos y lo aconsejamos a todos los viajeros. El tener que marcharnos.

María (10/5): - Fuimos con mi esposo, viajamos desde Pasto-Nariño para conocer este majestuoso paisaje, quedamos encantados con el hotel, las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy típico de la región, muy bien cuidadas, la atención del personal excelente, súper amables y con mucha calidez, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. Nuestro caso era especial ya que nuestro vuelo de regreso era a las 9am, motivo por el cual debíamos hacer check out súper temprano para alcanzar a llegar al aeropuerto, el personal muy amablemente nos preparó y empacó un desayuno viajero. Excelente servicio, sin duda lo recomiendo. Próximamente queremos volver con nuestra familia

Inès (9/5): Logement idéal pour séjourner à Guatapé à proximité de la Piedra - La localisation est idéale pour avoir une jolie vue sur la Piedra et s'y rendre à pied en 20min ou en tuktuk en 5 minutes. Le personnel est très accueillant et sont venus nous chercher en voiture là où le bus nous a déposé le soir sous la pluie !

Hermoso lugar, la vista a la represa, los paisajes desde la habitación, la vista a la piedra, el desayuno delicioso, el personal amable, las áreas del hotel con sus flores y plantas hermosas. Sitio muy tranquilo. Contratamos la cena con ellos y delicioso nos pareció. Del hotel nos fuimos caminando hacia la piedra, así que la ubicación es muy buena. Del hotel a guatape está a solo 15 minutos en carro o moto. Volveremos! Como nos gusta hacer ejercicio nos cayó bien estar subiendo y bajando una pequeña lomita dentro del hotel y también subiendo y bajando unas pequeñitas escalas, no hubo inconveniente en ese aspecto para nosotros. jean francois (5/5): Not very comfortable but close to the Penol - The view from the room was beautiful, over the reservoir and the Penol. It's very easy just to walk up to the Penol from the hotel. It's just next door. It was a lot more rustic than we were expecting. The bed was extremely narrow, hardly even a double size and so hard ! We had booked 2 nights but ended up going elsewhere for night 2 as it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Also be aware that it's a little way out of Guatapé town: you have to get a motochiva to get there. Although that's always fun.

Li (10/5): Superb location for a scenery enthusiast - It is so beautiful whether you look at the giant rock rising behind it or the beautiful lake stretching out in front. It is particularly enchanting during the early morning and evening hours, when the courtyard is filled with the sound of birdsong and the fragrance of flowers. Simply wonderful! The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and even helped us arrange a shuttle service for our arrival. Furthermore, the freshly prepared breakfast was delicious! The room setting is basic. Shower water is not very warm during our stay. Considering the hotel's value for money, it is totally acceptable for us. However, for those seeking a truly luxurious experience, this might not be the right choice for you.

Renske (10/5): Geweldige plek met een prachtig uitzicht en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel - Prachtige plek op te verblijven. Veel mensen doen dag tripjes Gautapé maar dat is echt zonde! Je kan hier echt veel beter een paar nachtjes blijven. Er is veel meer moois dan alleen de 2 toeristen trekpleisters!

Borderguy74 (8/5): - The view and location where great. Cute little bugolws. The view of Guatape rock is amazing The free breakfast was also delicious, great homage hot chocolate. They even organized a few tours for us. The only problem we had was no hot water. I ask the staff about it and the young man that worked the late shift pretty much just told me " OH well, I don't know what to tell you ". We didn't shower for 2 days. They need to make sure all showers in the bungalow have hot water as it gets chilly at night in that region of Colombia.

Franck (9/5): Génial - Tout est magnifique. En plus ils m'ont donné la chambre le matin. Le personnel est top, le petit déjeuner est très bon. C'est juste à côté du rocher on a une vue magnifique. Il faudrait un chauffage dans la chambre. Si tu viens pas en voiture c'est pas très pratique car il faut monter jusqu'à la réception avec les valises

Chloé (10/5): Paradisiaque - L’emplacement est magnifique, la vue est incroyable et l’hôtel très beau! Le lieu est idéal pour visiter la Piedra avec possibilité d’y aller à pied. Les cabanes sont spacieuses et confortables, le billard est un vrai plus en bas pour animer la soirée. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Rien!
Felix (10/5): - Realmente me encantó, no sólo el Hotel en sí, la ubicación estuvo fantástica muy bonito todo y el desayuno parecía de un Hotel cinco estrellas, hay un señor que es el chef, un señor venezolano, que es una persona formidable, y para mí es muy atento y preparaba unos platillos deliciosos🙏🙏 Lo único que me hubiese gustado es que el supuesto Cafe que pone en 24 horas, me hubiera gustado que en la madrugada estuviese caliente😞

Orsolya (9/5): - Lovely place just next to the rock, beautiful view to the lake. Staff is really nice, we could enjoy the breakfast in the terrace, or good dinner. Biliardtable is a big plus. We didn't have any problem with that, but it's up on a hill, only taxis can go up with you, tuktuk only when they are empty. So walking upwards can be a burden. For us it was a good sport!

john (7/5): Regrese peroooo… por favor cuiden de los clientes que regresan ya que ellos siempre serán la mejor publicidad - Es un lugar mágico pero…… La ubicación pero me sucedió que el colchón de mi cuarto habitación 15 familiar está llena de ácaros por lo cual terminé en el médico con medicamento y hasta una inyección para evitar el picazón, qué lástima era mi segunda vez que me hospedaba pero en realidad cambiar un colchón por algo digno que nos merecemos al viajar no cuesta nada y los juegos de cama, me duele colocar esta reseña per es una crítica constructiva ya que el personal es súper amable y por ello regresé, espero lo mejoren

L'acqua della doccia non scendeva normalmente lasciando i piedi sommerse dentro l'acqua. La luce nella camera era supremamente fredda, colore bianco intenso. Toglieva completamente la sensazione accogliente che le camere insieme alle caratteristiche della struttura potrebbero dare.

Gerardo (10/5): Bello hotel y cabañas junto a La Piedra - Está ubicado justo al lado de La Piedra. Puedes dejar tu vehículo en el hotel y ellos te llevan a la Piedra sin costo adicional. Estuvimos en la cabaña 5 con excelente vista y muy amplia. Abundante agua fría y caliente. Todo muy limpio y cama deliciosa. Tiene un pequeño refrigerador y una terraza con mesa y 2 sillas. Buen parqueo muy amplio. Incluso si te gusta caminar puedes hacerlo desde el hotel hasta La Piedra. Tienen restaurante bajo pedido. Desayuno delicioso y suficiente. Está ubicado a 10 minutos de Guatapé en carro. Personal muy atento y servicio las 24 horas aunque llegas a tu cabina en forma independiente

Villa (10/5): Es waren ein paar sehr entspannte und wunderschöne Tage. - Der Ort ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr sauber und auch mit eine schöne Aussicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personal- sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bereit, uns bei alle Fragen zu helfen, die während unseres Aufenthalts aufkamen.
