Xin (9/5): location, location, location especially it's your first time in Medellin - love the location and the service provided by Nahir The room I had face the main intersection, the room had little sound proof from the outside, so noise travel as if there are no walls. From car honking, high rate of vehicle, and street vendors, you can hear everything. not so bad during the day, weekends its very lively late into the night. I was travelling alone so I didn't mind it too much. Not an ideal room if you are looking to sleep without noise.

Jens (9/5): Great location to explore Poblado, very friendly host - We had a perfectly sized and well equipped apartment for a couple like us. Everything was clean and all appliances were working. Ivan had sent us all necessary information the day before, welcomed us and explained everything. As mentioned by other guests, Casa del Reloj is at the corner of one of the the main roads and one of the party roads (those are blocked for cars, so pedestrians only) so it can sometimes be noisy outside. But our bedroom was behind the kitchen/living room so it didn't bother us at all. We used the advantage of the location, walked out a couple of times each day to explore Poblado and came back in-between to enjoy a coffee or tea or take a nap 'at home'. Nothing

Dennis (8/5): Excellent location, nice rustic environment, and friendly staff. - Great location that is close to all the activities in Poblado. Nice and spacious apartment. Clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They offer daily cleaning and free laundry service. On a main road with a lot of traffic noise. Yes, the windows have outer shudders you can close to quiet it down some, but if you wanted to have some of the Medellin breeze in, you had to deal with road noise and horn honking.

Leonel (3/5): Dirty, abandoned and unsanitary - The location It was dirty, poorly cleaned, the room didn’t correspond to the originally booked and saw in photos, but thanks to the mess and a handful of hair clogging the shower drain, we were moved to another location. The fan above the bed had some water leaking onto the light bulb from the ceiling above. Overall the place dissapointed when we notice how bad is the current condition of the place
Brian (9/5): Lots of space and good value in a great location. - Excellent location walkable to everything a tourist needs in the El Poblado neighborhood. The apartments in the complex share windows to a common atrium, and any music or loud talking in adjacent units can be heard. If you are staying here on a weekend night, be prepared for neighbors to be partying until the early morning hours - it's simply the nature of the neighborhood you are choosing to stay in.
David (3/5): Very noisy, avoid the patio apartment - Good location, giant television, full size washing machine and dryer We slept very poorly because of the noise. We had an apartment with patio: the bedrooms are at the patio with flimsy doors that do not insulate sound. We could hear everything from the neighbors. It is right in the party district, so people came home very late and woke us up. After a few bad nights, we decided to leave early and just book another hotel.

Staff is super attentive and helpful. Personally I would have preferred a bit less crowded area. House is next to a big road and walking distance to the clubs. It you’d like that: go for it!

Wesley (10/5): Perfect! I hope to stay here again one day! - My stay here was amazing. Everything was incredibly clean and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. There was a nice basket full of snacks provided, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, the host was nice enough to let me stay a little while after my checkout time.

The location is excellent for bars and restaurants, but it's a long uphill and downhill walk to and from the Metro, so be prepared to take Uber or taxis. They are very inexpensive.

Location is great -- very close to everything, but off to the side from noise and activities. Restaurants/shops are less than a block away. The space was great and very unique.

Apartment was very spacious and it felt like a home away from home. Dates of travel May 1st-May 9th 2021. Anyone traveling here definitely look this place up. I will definitely be staying here again. Verified traveler (10/5): - This place is amazing. I dont think there is another property in the area like this. Doesnt feel like a hotel or condo. More like your own little castle. Location is great, close to the night life, but not too close. It is in the perfect location for anything you need. The rooftop jacuzzi was amazing. Eleana and Ivan were great at helping out with any minor issues we had. I would recommend this place for everyone and I will be coming back.
