• Simone (7/5): Geweldige locatie een zeer ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers - Geweldige ligging in hartje Pisa en nabij luchthaven Betaald parkeren (08.00u-20.00u)is mogelijk aan de overkant van de brug Hygiëne op de badkamers Badkamers zijn zeer ruim en voorzien van voldoende badhanddoeken, wc papier en shampoo. Zelfs een nieuwe föhn aanwezig op beide badkamers. Alleen echt heel jammer dat er schimmel in de douchebakken en douchewanden zit. Dit is heel simpel te verwijderen en te vervangen. Het stapelbed kraakt enorm. Prima voor kinderen maar ik sliep er met nog een volwassene dit was 's nachts zeer storend

• Jesica (1/5): LA PEOR ESTANCIA DE BOOKING - La zona es céntrica. Estaba sucio. El mobiliario viejo, los cabeceros de las camas de polipiel se caían a trozos. El baño súper pequeño y muy lleno de hongos. La cocina con enseres sucios, congelador lleno de hielo sin poder usar, la tetera de agua llena de cal con trozos que caían al servirte y una cafetera que no funcionaba. Las instalaciones de aire no funcionaban. El edificio en una cuarta planta con un ascensor que no caben más de dos personas. Y en los pisos de abajo todo el finde semana fiesta de niños gritando que no dejaban dormir.

• Lukasz (10/5): Pobyt w mieszkaniu był bardzo udany. - Lokalizacja była świetna- na pieszo można dojść spacerem do głównych atrakcji. Mieszkanie miało bardzo klimatyczny wystrój, było duże, łóżka były wygodne, pokoje przestronne. W mieszkaniu było cicho- pomimo, że w bliskiej odległości organizowana była impreza na dworze, to nic nie było słychać w mieszkaniu. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo łatwy i zadowalający. Jedynie łazienki mogłyby być trochę odświeżone.

• Simone (9/5): Perfect apartment for a family trip to Pisa - Fantastic location right beside the river and close to everything. Quiet, spacious apartment with comfy beds and air con. Lift was useful with luggage. Easy check in. There wasn’t a bowl or plug in the kitchen sink for washing up, but it wasn’t a problem because we dined out at nearby restaurants, so only washing up a few cups and breakfast bowls.

• Klára (7/5): - Az elhelyezkedés és a lakás mérete nagyszerű. Minden közel van, a látnivalóktól kezdve a vasútàllomàsig. Sajnos sok minden nagyon el van használódva, ràférne egy alapos felújítás. A fürdőszobàban penészes a zuhanyzó és nehezen szabályozható a víz hőfoka, a gyerekek nem is tudták egyedül használni. Volt olyan ágy, ami annyira nyikorgott, hogy nem tudtuk használni. Egy kis felújítás után fantasztikus szálláshely lehetne.

• Nora (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable stay and a perfectly clean apartment There were mosquitoes in the apartment, but I think that's to be expected given its proximity to the river (more installed repellents might help). I noticed mosquitoes in other parts of Pisa as well, so it seems to be a general issue in the area
• Makeljana (10/5): Exellent - Due to our early flight and the fact that we do not usually take breakfast we do not have an opinion to this. the location was great, walking distance to everything. We like everything! Location, the home the spacious rooms, everything cleanness. Everything great!
• Christopher (7/5): Great location - spacious, all the things you need in the kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space, a bit dated, the shower drain needed some attention which smelled a lot and didn't get resolved during our stay even after a request by text.
• David (9/5): Beautiful stay directly on Arno river in Pisa - Clean and tidy, separate AC in almost every room. For a group of 6 perfect size. Superb communication and instructions for the stay! Free parking was far from the apartment, paid one quite expensive. This was stated in the description, so we knew in advance. However, it would be nice if they can offer some cheaper parking ticket close to the apartment.
• Gary (8/5): A great central space in Pisa - Great central location on the river but still quiet. The view from the rooms look out the back over many rooftops but its still nice. Did not expect the balcony area which despite having no view was a welcome sun trap in the afternoon. The people in charge of the apartment were quick to reply to any questions we had and it was well kitted out with everything we could need and it was clean. Kids appreciated the big telly and books/games to amuse them. We had grandparents in our party so for us the elevator was a big plus. I'd possibly stay here again as we had a nice time and enjoyed the space. The pretty bad smell from one of the toilets, had to have the window open all the time but we had two toilets. The water temp in the showers can be a bit temperamental but it's is an old building so no big issue.
• Pamela (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect easy to walk to the shops, leaning Tower only 10mins away. Our flight was at 3.30 the taxi had to pick us up at 1.30. We could not leave the luggages in the apartment. Just for 3hrs until we go for bfast and do our last minute shopping. I nice lady offered us to leave them in her store.

• Edith (10/5): A delightful stay. Large,Comfortable, clean in a perfect location .highly recommended,. - Our family of 5 loved the apt. Having lots of space to relax and 3 separate bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. The location was fantastic . Close to lots of restaurants, a gelato shop a few steps away! The leaning tower was a 10- 15 minute easy walk through the old town streets.The train station was 10 mins away as well. Sooo very easy and convenient! It truly felt like home! Nothing.

Easy walk everywhere & short taxi from the airport Beds only had a sheet, no mattress protector - not hygienic. One double bed had broken base which wasn’t fixed during our 3 day stay despite asking. Owners clearly knew before we arrived as new base was waiting in lobby. Water in showers either dangerously hot or cold, mixer didn’t work.
• Daniela (3/5): Would not recommend Lungarno Bellavista ! - Two bathrooms, washing machine and air conditioning No communication from host when our power went off at 2.30 am . Didn’t return any calls or texts. We had no idea how to check power box !!!!!! Was very hot on top floor !!!!! Dangerous and uncontrollable shower temperature scalded my husband and grandchildren as there was no warm .. only boiling or totally cold . No soap , no tea towels , no mattress protector on one bed . Shower was mouldy !!

• Leticia (9/5): Superb - There was a lift, although small is fit for purpose. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect We booked the apartment for 10 but only 7 were able to come due to a family emergency. We would have been cramped if all 10 of us made it. A couple of the double beds can only sleep 1 person because of broken slats - easily fixed. Good to have lots of aircon units in the apartment, but some are leaking. Spraying for mosquitoes before receiving guests would have been helpful.

• Mika (9/5): nice short stay in spacious flat - good location and spacious flat. nice view and decorations in the roof , quiet and peaceful . easy to visit the town on both sides of the river. close to restaurants some troubles with hot water to get right temperature and last day the master bedroom shower did not produce hot water . master bedroom bed had some issue in the frame.

Glad there was a lift. - spacious and 2 bathrooms good for 6 visitors lack of consistent warm water when showering and risk of scalding when got hot but then ran cold. Plus limited hot water for washing any pots.Also could do with more comfortable seating.

• Tania (8/5): Large Central Apartment - Great location. Apartment was huge which was good with 5 of us. Very Clean And tidy WiFi did not reach any bedrooms, you had to be in the main living area. No toaster which was annoying as we all eat toast for breakfast. No towel to dry dishes

Hotels.com henkilökunnan avustuksella sain vihdoinkin yhteyden ja lupasivat lähettää kirjautumiseen liittyvää info-tietoa vielä samana päivänä, jota ei koskaan tullut. Jouduimme siis matkustamaan Pisaan tietämättä onko varaus ok ja miten saamme avaimet ym. Lukuisten puhelinsoittojen jälkeen ollessamme oven takana matkalaukkuinemme - puheluumme vastattiin. Huoneisto oli upea ja erittäin siisti.
