• Anja (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll, mit einem sicheren Gespür für Atmosphäre gestaltet. Es gibt einen sehr hübschen Garten, den wir leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Richard ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das typisch französische Frühstück wurde nett angerichtet.

• Eve (9/5): - Richard is a charming host and his place is very clean and comfortable. There is a private bathroom downstairs from the bedroom. The quiet location close to the railway station was perfect for me, and just a short walk downhill into the city.
• Kerstin (9/5): ein beschaulicher stilvoller Aufenthalt - Das Haus von Richard ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Hübsche kleine Details, abgestimmt mit einer schönen Inneneinrichtung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man das Haus betritt. Das Frühstück war stilvoll, ausreichend und lecker. Das Haus befindet sich fußläufig vom Zentrum und Bahnhof entfernt, in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem zauberhaften Garten.

• Heiko At Home (10/5): - Der Empfang war schon sehr liebevoll. Die Ausstattung unserer kleinen Wohnung ist Atemberaubend schön. Auch sprachliche Hindernisse konnten mit Händen und Füßen ausgeräumt werden. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen und diese kleine Oase weiter empfehlen.

Egen ingång och stor lägenhet ett litet minus för att Badrummet låg på bottenvåningen så lite bökigt om man behöver gå upp på natten. Värden är supervänlig och hjälpsam. Rent och snyggt i hela lägenheten.
• Liwei (10/5): Short but great stay - First of all, Richard is an extremely nice host. Warmly welcome from the moment I arrive. Nice and timely breakfast daily, and not to mention that when I checked out, I forgot some of my personal stuff in the room, and thanks to Richard, I got them back. The apartment is well furnished, with a great garden view. The location is great too, with only 5-10 minutes walk from Gare de Viotte. Distance to the local transport is even closer. Everything was great.
• Manuel (9/5): Great value in a good location - Lovely little property in a quiet area of Besançon, about 20 min walk from the city centre. Our host (Richard) was very friendly and professional, providing a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. He also provided help and directions to park our car in the building opposite our flat. Our bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. A small fridge may be a nice addition for those staying more than a couple of nights.

• Pfort (10/5): Wir würden sofort dauerhaft einziehen. - Richard ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Kommunikation in Vorfeld vorbildlich. Der Empfang war herzlich. Wir haben gleich das Auto in die Sparrate Garage gestellt, Vorteil, wir waren auf der Durchreise und konnte alle Sachen im Auto lassen. Die kleine Wohnung ist einfach klasse. Es gibt einen herrlichen Garten in dem man sitzen kann. Das Frühstück war super. Wer herzhaft mag sollte sich ein Päckchen Wurst mitnehmen. Kaffee, Tee nach Wahl oder ein schöner Espresso. In die Stadt sind es 20 Minuten gemütlich zu laufen. Wir buchen sicher wieder. Wir hätten länger bleiben sollen. Ich bin aus Wohnungen leichteren Herzens ausgezogen in denen ich Jahre gelebt habe.

• Suzanne (10/5): Superb accommodation - A delightful apartment, detached from the hosts home, with a separate entrance. We enjoyed the very pretty garden. The old town is within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Richard was very helpful. I suggest considering adding a small fridge.

• Sarah (9/5): Hidden gem. - This is a beautiful, self contained annex to the host's main house. The host was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. We were travelling by motorcycle and Richard was happy for us to put the bike in his garage. We took breakfast in the garden which was delightful. There isn't air conditioning and when we stayed it was very hot so sleeping was difficult.

• SOPHIE (10/5): Retour à la Villa Molina - Toujours aussi bien reçus par le propriétaire qui s'assure que tout va bien pour ses hôtes. L'ambiance est vraiment très agréable et les lieux tranquilles. Également un plus avec les différents espaces à disposition, l'entrée, la petite salle à manger (ou à travailler), la chambre et la salle de bains. Nous avons hâte de revenir aux beaux jours pour pouvoir profiter aussi d'un petit déjeuner dans le jardin.

• SOPHIE (10/5): ne des meilleures adresses de Besançon. - Le propriétaire de la chambre d'hôte est une personne très accueillante qui en a personnalisé le décor avec des bibelots chinés (?), des photos, des bustes et statues... Des informations sur Besançon et ses environs sont à disposition sur le piano de la salle à manger et le propriétaire est prêt à donner de bons conseils et des adresses intéressantes. En haut, la chambre est calme, le lit confortable. En bas, l'entrée et la petite salle offrent un espace supplémentaire appréciable. La salle de bains est pratique et la douche de plain pied. Le jardin doit être magnifique aux beaux jours et y prendre son petit déjeuner est sûrement particulièrement agréable. Mais servi dans la petite salle à manger, c'est parfait aussi. La proximité de la gare est un plus pour ceux qui se déplacent en train (que l'on n'entend pas). Avec toutes ces qualités, il faudra donc qu'on revienne !
