- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - the staff wasn’t pleasant enough, they wont help in every way and we try to contact them so many times no one answer except for real emergency cases as they told us , and they took from us extra insurance money without checking out the apartment after we left and we asked them to make sure from everything they wouldn’t do it and told us they will give back our insurance money after 1 month !! and they ask about the bank card number and this is impossible for security reasons!
