• Valérie (3/5): Très décevant - Appartement spacieux bien situé dans le centre de Florence. A proximité des rues commerçantes. Quelques produits de douche mis à disposition. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Appartement au 4ème étage d’un immeuble ancien, accessible par de nombreuses marches très raides. 2 chambres sans fenêtre avec pour seule lumière le soleil qui passe à travers les carreaux de verre des salles de bain. Le soleil se levant de ce côté, vous être réveillé très tôt par le soleil ; il serait bon de prévoir des stores ! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec douche/wc mais accessible par des marches un peu raides. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces mais impossible de la faire fonctionner dans le salon et la 2è chambre; de l'air chaud sort (aucune explication et peu intuitif). 2 radiateurs qui fonctionnaient à notre arrivée (au mois de mai !). Nous avons pu arrêter celui de la chambre mais rien pour arrêter celui du salon ! Une poignée de fenêtre cassée qui vous reste dans les mains ! Gros point noir déjà signalé par d’autres personnes (voir commentaires) : il n’y a PAS d'EAU CHAUDE DANS LES DOUCHES et l'agence ne semble pas se soucier de ce problème. Enormément de bruit dans la rue côté salon, dans la cage d'escalier et dans les chambres car l’insonorisation de l’immeuble est très mauvaise ; on profite de tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement au-dessus (bruits de pas, sonnerie de téléphone, conversations, on entend même le voisin se retourner dans son lit !). Déjà signalé aussi mais non réglé par l’agence : la cafetière fuit (filtre à café percé) et la bouilloire ne fonctionne pas bien.
• Tanya (8/5): Location was great. Walking distance to everything. - We were met at the property so easy hand over. The location was great we were able to walk everywhere and there were lots of restaurants and bars close by in the square outside. We also walked with our luggage from the train station around 20 minute walk. Having 2 bathrooms one in each bedroom was great and also a washing machine was a bonus. There was a lot of noise from the apartment above which could be heard from the main bedroom all night. Second bedroom we didn't hear anything. Otherwise the apartment was quiet no noise from outside. Toilet in the second bathroom ran all the time so this should be fixed but otherwise we were happy with the apartment and the location was great. Stairs... plenty of them .. too many with luggage .. but we did know about this from other reviews.
• Luis (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds, clean, and equipped with an excellent AC system. The apartment is located in the city center and within walking distance of bus stops, restaurants, and Florence's main attractions. Communication with the host was excellent.
• Dan (5/5): Good and bad - - location is amazing, in the middle of the square, close to everything - view from the window is directly in the square - the old vibe of the apartment - noisy, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing because of the old building isolation - no windows in the bedrooms, dark rooms - old building - the host did not help us with late checkout and neither with leaving the luggage free of charge - price is rather high for the conditions - and lastly the small grade is because they charge you 20eur if you arrive later than 8pm and even more if is later than 10pm, this is unacceptable, we arrived at 8:20 pm and we had to pay. Also the guy doing the checkin is not helpfull at all.
• Jenny (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay and loved the location. - The location is very central. Super modern kitchen. Comfy beds. Lots of noise from the flat above. Bathrooms dated. (Bath mat very dirty). No elevator.

• Marcy (9/5): Great unit with very few flaws! - Nicely furnished & outfitted unit. Loved having a washing machine & gas stove. Nice big rooms and interesting layout. Great owner's agent in Melanie! Check in & out was straightforward & easy. Location is fabulous with the very top of the gold duomo from the living room window! Very close to Duomo & Santa Croce. Very responsive Owner. Can hear noises from other units when youre in the bedrooms, especially at night. The climb to the top of the stairs with luggage is tough. The water in the shower runs hot & cool so tough to get a shower completed when youre adjusting temp the whole time.
