• Agnieszka (8/5): wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru - Genialna lokalizacja, wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje Florencji w zasięgu spaceru, blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny, rekomendował miejsca, dopytywał o komfort. bardzo dobra i czytelna instrukcja wejścia do apartamentu w dniu przyjazdu. pokój duży, wygodny i przestronny, łazienka trochę wymaga odświeżenia, ale czysta i wygodna, choć brakowało podstawki na mydło pod prysznicem. łóżko wygodne. Choć się tego spodziewaliśmy, ponieważ czytaliśmy wcześniejsze opinie, niestety nad ranem nie dało się spać. Apartament w ogóle nie był dźwiękoszczelny i słychać było absolutnie wszystkie dźwięki z ulicy, szczególnie śmieciarkę, która opróżniała kosze tuż pod apartamentem punktualnie o 6.00 rano. dodatkowo wyposażenie kuchni można określić jako dość minimalistyczne. Wierzę, że gospodarz uzupełni wyposażenie, ponieważ mu to zgłosiliśmy. nie ma zmywarki z powodu braku miejsca w bardzo małej wnęce kuchennej.
• Herrera (9/5): Wonderful - Good location and great place It was a little bit noisy at night, the garbage trucks and the out loud people, it would have been nice a heads up.
• tzvetkov (7/5): Perfect location in the heart of the city! - The Location is perfect! The communication with our host was easy and smooth, he was supportive and ready to help with every issue. :) The window frames are almost from the Medici Times :) and there are three different waste-collectors coming very early every morning - 04:30, 05:20 and 06:30, so the good sleep was hardly possible. And all guests must be advised that in Florence there are power savings Policies, so the maximal temperature set of the heaters is 22 degreees, which might be not enough for everyone. For us it was a bit cold in the room :)

• Minar (7/5): - The room was nice and host was good However we struggled with the check in process and not easy to access the code but host texted me that the key in locker after using code. There is no elevator but we had to walk upstairs (3 rounds) when we were carrying our luggages up :(
• Or (6/5): - Great location, but overall not a good value for the price. The place is extremely noisy at night — even with earplugs it was hard to sleep. For what’s charged, I expected something more comfortable and better maintained.
• SYLVAIN (6/5): Idéal pour des sourds - Parfaitement situé, quartier touristique, culturel et pas très loin des lieux d’animation en soirée Beaucoup beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit vraiment mal insonorisé ! poubelles qui passent à 23h30 tous les soirs et les poubelles qui passent tous les matins à 6h30 juste sous les fenêtres. Nous avons trouvé des bouchons d’oreilles, fournies par l’hôte , au début, sans savoir à quoi ceci servait, mais après indispensables ensuite pour dormir !
• Susie (9/5): It was a short stay but with Duccio’s help we really maximised our experience. - Location was amazing- easy walk to everything in the centre of Florence. Our host was incredibly responsive to our requests for suggestions and the recommendations he provided were great. We were aware that the street could be a little noisy, and this was the case, but our host did kindly provide earplugs.
