- Amie (6/5): Pleasant -
- David (7/5): Good location in city center . Old apartment and barely not basic service inside - Good location. Acceptable ratio price / quality Old apartment , huge stairsin the entrance , Italian tv RAĆ not working
Service not including some basics: kitchen napkins, Washing machine soap very limited . No basics in the kitchen (oil, coffee, sugar,
- Miltiadis (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location and helpful staff Quite loud at night due to the location and old buildings.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Romana (9/5): Cozy stay at a heart of Florenciaš„° - I spend 3 nights at this accomodation and can only recommend it. It is at a very heart of Florecia, walking distance to all historical places you would want to see, surrounded by shops and restaurants and at the same time close to train station with direct connection to the airport. The communciation was very smooth, easy and staight forward and there were no issues. The place was clean, fully furnished and there was nothing we would miss. I can only recommend. Thank you! Not necessarily a con, but good to know the appartment is on the third floor with quite a few narrow stairs so it would not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. Also note that one of the room faces a busy street and there is a bar just down the building so it can get pretty noisy in the evening and at night but this is to be expexted in such a location.
- Olga (9/5): We enjoyed the apartment but it can be strenuous climbing up to the 3rd floor with luggage.\ - The location was very convenient , close to the city center, restaurants, and shops. The bedroom window that faces the street really should have a curtain. There are lights on in the streets that stay on all night making it hard to sleep.
- Teresa (8/5): Very good - It was a challenge for one of us going up and down three flights of stairs every time we left.
- Jessica (7/5): Brilliant location, pity the apartment was cold. - The location was great. It was in the old part of the city, but away from the bulk of the tourist traffic. There are multiple eateries within a few metres, and the Duomo and Arno are both a short walk away. We accidentally locked ourselves out, and the host got us back in within two hours. The apartment was quite cold, and when we asked how to get it warmer we were told "The thermostat says it is 21c, so it won't come on". It might have been 21c in the bathroom where the thermostat was, but the rest of the apartment was around 16c. We ended up having to run the small reverse cycle aircon in one bedroom the whole time to heat the apartment - that took four days to get comfortable. The radiators only came on when the shower was being used, so the alternative was to have really long showers!
- Munton (8/5): Flat well placed to explore Florence sights and restaurants, or to return to, & read, cook & relax - The owner and manager/cleaner were very responsive to my initial emails arranging our arrival, and we were sent good instructions as to where the flat is and where the key was. The double bed was very comfortable, and it was great that my adult daughter had her own bedroom with two single beds (ie not on a sofa). The double bedroom was at the back of the flat looking onto a very small courtyard, but it was quiet which was great. My daughter's bedroom looked out onto the street and was sometimes a bit noisy with drunken revellers. But it was nice and light. Everything worked ie no problems with the shower. stove etc. (we didn't use the clothes washing machine). The kitchen was equipped with only 1 largish saucepan, so another saucepan would have been useful.
The flat is 3 floors up a narrow staircase (the initial information about the flat did say that it was on the 3rd floor). This was fine for us, but might be less good if you had large heavy suitcases, but it did mean that it was quieter.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Nice place. Awesome location. Host agreed to a slightly early arrival, but it was then very difficult to get access to the property and to get the keys. We waited quite a while. Eventually we met someone there and got the keys. After that it was a great apartment.
- Mario (9/5): Superb -
- Elliot (9/5): Great location, good value and an excellent stay. - Had a problem with the hot water but the owner was easily contactable and moved us into a different apartment for our last night. Very friendly and helpful and amazing location. Apartment was clean and a lovely place to stay. Only very small complaint is the pillows were not very comfortable.
- Olwyn (8/5): Very good - Casa deu neri is in a good location close to everything. The host was very quick at answering any queries. It is on the 3rd floor and no lift. The stairs are pretty lethal if you don't take care.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Firenze - The main bedroom had a/c. It had 2 bedrooms, 3 beds. It had a washer. It was very close to Gli Ufizzi.
Nice kitchen. There was a/c only in the main bedroom. The other room was hot. The fan was not enough...The place looks and feels tired and old. Needs some updating.
The steps to the apartment were very narrow and steep..
- Tao (5/5): not worthy. - the location can be good near uffizi. no elevator. the stairs are steep and narrow, only one man width. itās on second floor, so it is difficult to get in when you have luggages. even shampoo not provided. we are also required to throw trash by ourselves without instructions.
- Isabel (9/5): we had a great time and would stay at casa dei Neri again. many thanks - location was great a welcome pack with coffee, milk and water or juice would have been great and soap for bathroom.
- K (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sangita (6/5): Good enough - The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was a bit difficult to communicate with
- Deana (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location! - Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location! Communication with the owner if quick and easy. Great instructions on how to run washing machine and heater/air conditioner. We loved this apartment and would gladly stay again.
- Nattawan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (7/5): Good - Location Bad smell on the street, pretty old cooking pots, scary narrow stairs.
- Sergi (10/5): Very cozy Appartment in a really nice location and a very friendly and helpful host. - Andrea contacted me before arrival and it was very easy to get the keys, we could even enter the apartment a bit before than the official check in as we arrived few hours before that. Nothing, all good.
- Vera (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location. A lot of space for all people in the apartment There were a lot of insects, cockroach among them.
- Alma (7/5): Very well located, near some nice restaurants and shops, great for short stays. - Location was very good. Could have better instructions regarding disposal of waste/recycling
- Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is in the city center. You can go walking to the Piazza Segnoria in 3 minutes.
- Louise (9/5): Great apartment - Clean and very central - lots of bar and food options literally on the doorstep
