Nende faktorite poolest poleks parenat peatumiskohta ettekujutanudki! PS! Melu sillal ei sega “lärmi” poolest kuidagi! Korter vajaks pisiremonti siin-seal - nt ribavalgustus seinal oli lahti tulnud, konditsioneer oli rikkunud seina magamistoas.
• Jack (7/5): Appartement magnifiquement situé et idéal pour un couple - Emplacement idéal avec une vue imprenable sur le Ponté Vecchio. Toutefois, l’appartement était calme malgré l’emplacement central. Très peu de pression d’eau dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Vaisselle très limitée. Équipements rudimentaires.
• Hassan (6/5): - الموقع مركز جدا ، ويعتبر مركز انطلاق مثالي لأي نقطة، الإطلالة نفس الصور ولكن الجهة الثانية من النهر لا يمكنك أن تراها بسبب وجود جدار بجهة يمين الصورة يحجب مشاهدة النهر . باب التراس لا يغلق بإحكام خطير على من لديه أطفال ، الأريكة قديمة غير مريحة جدا تحتاج إلى تغيير، والنقطة المذكورة سابقا أن الجهة الثانية من النهر لا يمكنك أن تراها بسبب وجود جدار بجهة اليمين يحجب مشاهدة منظر النهر بشكل كامل

• Aleksandra (9/5): Overall, the stay at the apartment was great. - The property was great, right next to Ponte Vecchio. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was quiet in the bedroom at night. The Air conditioning worked great. The washing machine was a great addition. I wish more and larger towels had been provided. A Nespresso machine with capsules would have been fantastic, but instead, we had outdated coffee machines with no coffee available, and we were warned that the espresso machine might not work. The check-in process was challenging. There were to many messages and requests in advance of our stay. Additionally, there are too many keys required—for the elevator, apartment door, and building door. If a key is lost or dropped in the elevator, you're in trouble. The property management company's system was hacked, resulting in fraudulent messages via Booking.com asking for credit card information. Booking.com promised to investigate but offered no protection. The property management company merely apologized and advised not to respond to those messages. I remain concerned about the personal data exposed in the chat.

Would benefit from more cooking equipment, e.g. no chopping board or colander Foot stool in living room unnecessary (& stained)

• Simon (8/5): Lovely place to be - Excellent location close by the Ponte Vecchio and overlooking the Arno. A bit chilly some mornings and evenings even for us who don’t like places to be too warm.
• Andrew (8/5): Amazing, but just a few little things to address. - The view is the most amazing I have ever seen. And having the ambiance of the Ponte Vecchio was an amazing experience. Some minor things, the artwork above the couch was at a badly selected height, my wife hit her head twice and its solid steel. The doors to the balcony kept blowing open. Coffee machine is a little old and difficult to use without the tamper. The lift is a little scary when having to lock the outer door but much better than carting bags up and down. Great amount of space, amazing location and overall one of the best places I have ever stayed.

• Thomas (10/5): The perfect apartment. The nicest location you can ask for. - It does not get better than this location in Florence. With an unobstructed balcony view of one of the most iconic spots in this beautiful town. It’s a 5 to 15 minute walk to everything you will want to see in Florence as well. Easy to get in and out with a parking lot just a few steps away. There are some fantastic places to get groceries, dinner, breakfast and wines; etc all on the very same street. Although you are in the heart of the tourist area the shops and restaurants there are top notch. You will be very happy!

Very well equipped kitchen, including oven, which is rare! Quiet comfortable bedroom. Large walk-in shower. The only thing missing was a long mirror. I could check face and hair in the mirror in the bathroom, but the rest of me was just chance! Haha! A couple more wine glasses.
