• Marie Claire (8/5): I’d happily stay here again as it was ideal for me! - Great location. Great shower. Needed a few necessities; staff was forthcoming and helped quickly and brought me what I needed. Patio was super nice to have except for the neighbours smoking cigarettes. Pool was perfect temperature. Basic kitchen was nice but in desperate need of a new pot for heating milk etc. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of good drinking water available. The construction next door! They were removing a building so a bit noisy and very dusty!! I like the patio doors open 24/7 and there was a lot of dust everywhere! For folks with poor mobility there is no elevator and quite a few steps depending on your room location.

• Corinna (5/5): So so for the Xmas season price - Location and staff. No towels in room, no dishsoap, tea towels or spoons in room. 1 roll of tp per needed... Water didn't work one night all night. No one told me you could drink the water. Bathroom and kitchen basically same area, minus the door. No oven. No water pressure or hot water. Pool closed at 9.

• Enrique (9/5): Mejor ubicación y cuarto privado a mejor precio que un hostel - Ubicación inmejorable, a 1 calle de la playa , en plena zona romántica, aire acondicionado, ventilador, TV y cocina. Agua caliente al instante y muchos oxxos y restaurantes a escasos metros de distancia. Me han tratado bien, me ha parecido muy cómodo todo y me ha permitido pasármela muy bien en mi primer viaje a PV. Solo por mejorar, el colchón podría ser un poco más cómodo (pero eso va a gustos personales) y limpieza de la ducha podría ser más a fondo. No se me ofreció limpieza en los días que estuve pero es vdd que tampoco sentí necesitarla (viajaba solo). Por el resto he estado contento.

• Kelli (3/5): If the room was upgraded & better mattresses without the crunchy waterproof cover it would be a wonderful suite - Location My room was decent. The bathroom window is broken so it captured all the street & restaurants noise. The beds are rock hard & made it a sleepless night along with the noise. I had to check out a day early due to pain & exhaustion. Ripped curtains, no towels, amenities other than soap. The staff was wonderful, but no manager on site when I had to check out.

• Randy (7/5): An affordable, well located accommodation in the heart of the Zona Romantica - Great location and price. Kitchenette and full refrigerator. Good wifi. Helpful and friendly staff. As noted by others, the rooms are old and outdated. Don’t expect modern furniture or decor. You can hear the performances from the cabaret next door all evening. No elevators.

• Jason (1/5): An utterly disappointing and frustrating stay: WARNING to potential guests - I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this place. The pool, a key feature advertised, was completely unusable - imagine my surprise finding it without a drop of water! The air conditioning was non-functional, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was a power outage, and the bottom lock on the front door was broken, compromising my security. The lack of privacy in the bedroom was startling. The window, overlooking the so-called "pool," had curtains so thin they might as well have been transparent. This complete disregard for guest privacy is unacceptable. Furthermore, basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap were absent. This lack of essential items is not only inconvenient but also shows a total lack of consideration for guests' needs. I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. Yet, my ordeal didn't end there. For the past nine days, Booking has been trying to contact them for a refund, but to no avail. Their unresponsiveness and lack of accountability are utterly frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was a complete letdown, and I strongly advise against booking here. The management's negligence and the property's poor conditions are red flags for any potential guests. Stay away from this place to avoid a similar, aggravating experience.

• Hector (3/5): Poor - It is very close to the beach and restaurants, the front desk guy was very polite and helpful The first night I got a double hed room even I booked a single bed one. The bathroom had water coming from the roof but they didn't change the room until the second night, I had to ask for extra towels and a mop to dry the area. The second room was a single bed but there was AC only in the bedroom so the common area was too hot. The place could improve a little and it will make a great difference
