Traffic noise was loud, but understandable since it was directly next to the interstate. The complimentary earplugs and water bottles in the room were well received.

We were greeted very personably by the front desk ladies and quickly checked in. Our room was spacious and scrupulously clean everywhere. We were very pleased to see that the top sheet & comforter were SEPARATE, so one could cover up with the lighter sheet if preferred. Everything worked well, including the lights, TV, and A/C. The bathroom was well supplied with good quality hygiene items. It was very clean and well-lit. Although the hotel was right on the highway, the noise of the trucks & traffic did not bother us. We got a restful night's sleep. The morning breakfast was great! Many options for however one wanted to enjoy it. Everything tasted very good. We would be happy to return to this Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis if we're traveling again, and we would not hesitate to give it our highest rating and recommend it to all.

- 136bent (10/5): Good hotel with a great staff - The young lady at the front desk was polite, friendly and made us feel at home. We arrived before check in time but she checked us in anyway. The hotel is clean. They have on site parking and offer a free breakfast. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage and various typical breakfast items. The food was as good these hotel free breakfasts get. I have nothing negative to share. I highly recommend this hotel.

Also, our bathroom didn’t seem to be as spotless as I would like a hotel bathroom.

- Amanda (10/5): - The breakfast was awesome! We were very impressed with the options there were. We were just passing through and stopped for the night. We were exceptionally pleased with our choice. Initially are AC in the suite was not working so they happily changed our room to another with the same layout as the original. The AC was working great in there. The gym was very nice as well and you have plenty of options to get a nice workout done. The staff throughout our whole stay was so accommodating and welcoming. One of the Best staffs we've encountered in our many stays. I say the staff because it was all of them, truly a well put together team. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a short stay or even a longer stay. Very close to the freeway and also the casino. We are ever passing through the area again we will definitely consider making this hotel are stopping point for a rest. The only reason it has four stars on some of the items is because the AC was not working at the time but they did do very well and accommodating for that.

- Kristen (6/5): Under renovation - Only one regular coffee thing. Discovered at 5 am. Please be sure two people can have caffeine. Shower was scalding or ice cold. Hotel is currently being renovated. On the up side, the people were very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

- Mark (2/5): - The shower head was inadequate for my needs they were not reach far enough the shower had no non-slip material in it and I almost fell and killed myself I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that is handicapped or otherwise cuz they obviously don't care about anybody the manager did not even apologize
- stephaniemX4521AW (10/5): Weekend stay - The breakfast was delicious and the variety was superb. The ladies kept the food well stocked and everything was clean and hot. Excellent breakfast selection Saturday and Sunday. Their customer service was awesome! This is a wonderful hotel.

- Carleen (8/5): Holiday Inn West Memphis - The front desk person was not very friendly when I walked in. That can makes such a huge impression. Our room didn’t have hot water so we had to move rooms after we had settled in. The new room had hot water but the faucet had to be turned just so to turn to warm. The breakfast was great and the women working in the dining room were sweet and personable.

- Andrea (8/5): - Great customer service. The noise from the freeway was loud so it took quite a while to fall asleep. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Quick trip right around the corner for coffee in the morning.
- 宏 (9/5): Superb - As an old man, I like the hot food and the fruits. There are two problems in my first room. I find the table light has no cable and the bathroom basin was blocked. I told the staff. He changed another one at once. Anyway I was satisfied by the new room and his service.
