Later asked again, answer I will check. Going down a ladder during the night to use the bathroom was unacceptable. No help OR ANSWER about changing to a bottom floor. This was a typical hostel with shared facilities which was fine but the lack of service/ answers was very poor souring the whole experience

Een fijn, ruime kamer met leuke zithoek met uitzicht op de Honcho 2 street. Fijne grote badkamer. Leuk boven een café waar we ook ontbijt kregen. Het ontbijt mag wel wat diverser. Iedere ochtend kreeg je hetzelfde ontbijt en er was geen keuze uit een andere optie.

- Esteban (10/5): - Una experiencia única dentro de mi viaje por Japón. Vale la pena por la buena ubicación y partir la mañana viendo una de las postales mas lindas del monte Fuji en fujiyoshida. Habitación con ambientación única, lo que hace disfrutar desde otra perspectiva el lugar.

Itens de cozinha com chaleira elétrica, café e chá de cortesia. Funcionárias atenciosas. Localização muito boa, bem próxima a pagoda Chureito. Recomendo com certeza. Nada.

- Floriane (10/5): - Un rêve ! Ce logement a largement dépassé nos attentes ! Nous avons pu dormir dans 2 chambres différentes lors de notre séjour à l'Hostel Saruya, les deux étaient très agréables, propres, avec des lits extrêmement confortables. Le personnel était disponible et attentif. Nous avons apprécié les espaces partagés, notamment la cuisine et les canapés pour se détendre en fin de journée. De nombreux thés (et café) sont en libre service ce qui est très appréciable :) Les douches et WC sont propres, bien entretenus, et nous avions le sentiment d'être dans un hôtel plus que dans un hostel compte tenu de la qualité des prestations. Enfin, le logement est idéalement placé (dans LA rue avec de nombreux commerces et vue sur le mont Fuji) et le café à deux pas est probablement le plus agréable de tout notre séjour au Japon - spacieux et lumineux ! Nous reviendrions avec plaisir ! Les vélos peu confortables.

- Jennifer (10/5): Unbedingt die 56m2 Zimmer buchen - Es war alles perfekt! Man hat einen super Blick Richtung Fuji, noch besser und ohne Menschen von der eigenen Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer im neuen Gebäude ist wirklich riiiiiesig und wunderschön. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls riesengroß. Genau darunter ist das Restaurant, wo man sehr leckeres Frühstück bekommt. Der Kaffee war hervorragend. Das Personal sehr nett. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Restaurants und Shops. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und würden es immer wieder genau so machen. -

Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. La mia camera, benché fosse la più piccola nella struttura centrale, aveva le giuste dimensioni. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

- Grégory (9/5): Au delà de nos espérances !! - La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel La situation géographique de l' hôtel proche de tout le nécessaire. La chambre très spacieuse de style japonais avec des lits futons très confortables. Un espace commun avec café et thé à disposition que nous avons pu utiliser en arrivant, avant l'heure prévue d'enregistrement, pour manger notamment. La possibilité de prendre pour 1500 yens par personne, un petit-déjeuner dans un café à côté de l'hôtel. Rien tout était parfait...!!
