- MERY (1/5): Pésima atención y servicio, no apto para familias - Nada. No hubo ningún aspecto rescatable. Desde el inicio hasta el final, la experiencia fue negativa debido a la mala atención, el trato inadecuado del personal y servicios que no cumplen con lo ofrecido. No hubo ningún elemento que justifique la estadía ni que genere una experiencia mínimamente satisfactoria. La experiencia fue completamente negativa. La atención del personal fue pésima tanto con turistas extranjeros como nacionales, sin ninguna excepción ni criterio, ni siquiera tratándose de un niño de 2 años incluido en la reserva. Se negaron a darle desayuno argumentando que era “opcional”, lo cual es ridículo e inaceptable, especialmente para una familia. No es un hotel adecuado para familias, ni nacionales ni extranjeras. La recepcionista tuvo una actitud burlona y altanera cuando se le explicó la situación, demostrando cero profesionalismo. Se negaron a servir los cafés correspondientes al desayuno incluido (si hay dos desayunos, deben ser dos cafés). * La comida es de muy mala calidad. * El internet es lento y prácticamente sin señal. * Las instalaciones no corresponden a las fotos: los espacios son pequeños y engañosos. * La capacidad anunciada no es coherente. * El televisor no es Smart TV y la señal es mala En general, el servicio es deficiente y la atención al cliente es inaceptable.

- Yoli (7/5): No as advertised - The hotel is located two blocks away from the main square and a lot of shops. The staff in the restaurant was super polite. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean, organize and a lobby within each floor. Air-conditioned work really well, the room was noise proof. So you can sleep and jave a great rest. I booked this hotel because they advertise a fitness center. Unfortunately, the gym lacked weights, towels, water. The floor mats were dirty, and the equipment (treadmill, elliptical) did not work. I notified the issues to the front desk; however, I never had a response, much less a solution. I stayed for almost a week.

Jabonera liquida sin jabón y a cambio colocaron un jaboncito que acabó siendo pésimo. No dan shampoo, felizmente llevé el mío. No hay secadora de cabell. Me pasé 10 min de la hr del desayuno y no me pasaron ni ese tiempo. Ya insistiendo me dieron un vaso de jugo. Solo es de 7 a 9am. La piscina ridículamente chica sin espacio para reposar o siquiera sentarse a secarse pq las mesas del restaurante están al lado. Impensable usarla. Gimnasio sin aire acondicionado y a más de 30 grados es brutal.

The property is old, I think it needs some updates.The front desk lady was very nice she gave me a drink of some local fruit, the weather was close to 100 F. The property offers taxi to the airport for free, that was a plus.

From the minute we checked in staff made an effort to translate from English to Spanish our concerns and answered all our questions with a smile we booked the best room they have and yes, it is very nice, clean, spacious, modern luxurious. Our only concern is Tara Poteau does not have a lot of hot water, so don’t think of using the Jacuzzi in the luxury room. L O L.
