- Makondo (10/5): Beautiful! - Clean, beautiful, comfortable and everything from the pictures. The stuff was very nice and patient (give them a raise😂) we enjoyed our stay with my family . Proper packing lot and quality service and appliances . The view of the room was next to the road and a lot of noise pollution! That view of rooms deserve to be lesser because it’s not the peaceful

- Chongo (5/5): Boa - A localização, é excepcional, muito perto do riverside mall o que foi bastante agradável já que fizemos a viagem com a intenção de fazer compras Acho que os funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos, comparando a outros hotéis em que estive na África do Sul sempre recebi melhor atenção por exemplo durante o pequeno almoço sempre notei interesse em aproximar, ver se o hóspede precisa de alguma coisa um chá, um chocolate quente, um café etc mas neste foi diferente nos dois dias em que lá estive faltou este cuidado.

- Lindokuhle (4/5): Disappointing - Location was very convenient and hotel was very clean I woke up at 6am, went to the reception to ask about the time for breakfast so we are not late since we checked in quite late, just to ensure we don’t oversleep. I was told breakfast would be 06:30 to 11:00. I returned to my bedroom and slept a little more. 10:30 we came down to load luggage into the car and have breakfast before getting on the road and a different receptionist told me breakfast ended at 09:00🤷🏻♀️ and there was nothing she could do.

- Jabulane (10/5): A Safe Haven... - An absolutely wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome and making my trip special with thoughtful touches. The room was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with very fast Wi-Fi. Perfect location, only a short walk from the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely return next time... Wi-Fi must be given as soon as you sign in. Otherwise I can recommend this place to anyone, everywhere around the globe...

- Doctor (8/5): Its a great place, beautiful clean room, their staff is great and they check up on you if your fine. - Breakfast was not so great, but the location is great, clean and looks safe, it is just a street away from the mall through the casino. Their fridges are very very slow couldn't get anything cold, that was the downside of it. The breakfast wasn't great, there were school kids who were making a lot of noise in the night...

- Dhlamini (10/5): Mixed feelings 😕 - Staff were friendly and welcoming, location was great, room was neat and tidy and break fast was delicious 😋 I was woken up at 1:30 midnight by security saying that I had a fire alarm in my room, which I didn't she also ask if I had smoked in the room which I found a bit strange because I could have mentioned that on my booking detail. I was also interrupted in the morning after I arrived from running the Elands marathon around 11:30am I took a shower and I napped for a while as I was tired my room was clean and tidy, but I had a cleaner knocking and wanting to dress my room which again was very strange as the room looked like it had already been done. Those were my two not so nice moments 😕
