• Lottie (8/5): - Large, clean, comfy rooms with a small balcony at the front. Host was very accommodating, gave lots of advice for which activities to do at discounted price. Good location to get into the centre. Quiet in the mornings, then a market opens along the street at night so can be quite loud but good value for money.

Granted we went in the peak of the lantern festival and had the smallest room in the hotel but we found it quite cramped with our large suitcases and 3 flights of stairs.

• itarlo (8/5): A nice place to crash after a long day - The place is very affordable. The communication with the owner was great. The check in process was very clear. The room was clean and the location was very close to the center. I received complimentary bottles of water in the room. There is a nice balcony. The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and very steep steps. It was really hard take the luggage up and down. There are no electric outlets near the bed.

• Darya (10/5): Cozy room with a good location - My room was clean and cozy (no ants or cockroaches! but make sure you never leave the food outside the fridge), I had all the facilities I needed. The women working there were always super friendly and ready to help :) Wynn is an amazing host 😍 The room with a balcony can be a bit noisy, but I prefer to listen to the noise of the street than noisy neighbours so for me it’s also a good thing 😅 -

Spacious room, big enough to place a yoga mat and do some exercises. The room also had a table/desk with some chairs and a little fridge. A/C working well and silently. There's a rack with some hangers for clothes. Bathroom nice, good water pressure and hot water, big mirror, rack for towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Location very good and convenient on a main street in a lively area, many nice restaurants around and night market right in front. Staff very helpful and friendly, I could leave my baggage after check-out (until 5pm because reception closes at that time). One of the nicer places in terms of value for money. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if I return to Chiang Mai. My room was on the street side and you do hear the cars and hustle and bustle of the street. But I am pretty sensitive to noise... Still slept well with earplugs though. Will ask for a room on the other side next time :) the floor and under the bed was a bit dusty but otherwise everything else like bathroom etc. was very clean.
