Communication with property owner was very good with quick answering. I would highly recommend this property and would surely look for this place when me and my family visit again in the future.

Vi hadde med bil, og parkerte i gaten rettt utenfor gamlebyen merket P. Det kostet lite og fungerte veldig fint med appen moBILET. Anbefaler dette overnattingsstedet på det varmeste!

View on the main square was awesome and walking distance to everything. The host even booked a parking space for us and was willing to book other accommodations if needed.

- Andrea (10/5): - Myself, husband, and two young adult kids utilized apt. 8 (the medium sized one), which was on the 4th floor. It was a perfect location, walking distance to most areas. Adrian was extremely helpful in providing airpot transfers and last minute reservation. There was air conditioning also. Note: the stairs are fairly steep and if there are any folks in your party that have mobility issues perhaps this apt is not for you. Otger then that Id highly recommended this apt.

- Laura (10/5): - Great time in Krakow and would return to this apartment. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. Perfect location for shopping, food, and the free walking tours. Absolutely recommend but do know there isn’t an elevator/lift so be prepared for stairs. Adrian was great and even carried the heaviest bag up, gave restaurant recommendations, money exchange location, and overall very helpful. He was also accommodating with our schedule which was greatly appreciated.

For everything else that we needed - adaptors, umbrellas, suggestions for places to visit weather appropriate places etc, Adrian was super fast in responding. Highly recommend !!!

He coordinated airport transfers to and from, provided restaurants, massage deals in the room, and decorated the room with balloons and a cake for my husband’s birthday. Rooms are enormous and clean. There is no lift so be prepared to walk up flights of steps. Apartment is right in the center and it was easy to walk around and explore. Grocery stores are all around. This was an absolute fantastic stay and would stay again.

The owners are fantastic at staying in touch and responding to any needs you may have, including suggesting places to eat and booking excursions. Please bear in mind this property hasn't a lift and is accessed by a steep, spiral staircase. It's not ideal for those with mobility problems or families with young families that have a buggy.

Our studio apartment was amazing, decorated beautifully, clean and with everything you need. The location couldn't be better. - MEKALA (10/5): Amazing ! - My husband and I booked the apartments for a long weekend in Krakow. We enjoyed our stay at the apartments so much - the service was excellent and so was the apartment!! Adrian (from the apartments) contacted us the day before to ensure we got to the apartments ok. We arrived very early but he asked us to leave our bags there while we went for our breakfast. Within a couple of hours, he texted us to let us know the apartment was ready. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. Adrian was very quick to answer any of our questions and even gave us a map with suggested restaurants. The location of the apartment is very convenient as its within the old town - lots of cafes, restaurants and bars round. Adrian also helped to provide our airport transfer - ontime and comfortable. The MR3 apartments really delivers!

They are located right in old town and are literally steps away from everything. If you have mobility issues take note there are lots of stairs and no elevators. Inoltre ha tutto quello che serve in un appartamento compresa una cucina attrezzata con anche forno a microonde. Unica pecca le due camere non sono indipendenti: gli occupanti della seconda camera devono passare dalla prima camera per andare ai servizi o in cucina, per cui se non è una famiglia, serve affiatamento tra le due coppie.

- Petri (10/5): MR 3 Apartments - MR 3 Apartments is located in the middle of the old town in an old beautiful house. The location is excellent, everything is within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are modern, clean and in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Note, that the building is old and thus the staircase is a bit steep and there is no elevator. Therefore, if you have problems with walking this might not be the best place for you but for everyone else MR 3 is highly recommended.
