• martin (10/5): SÚPER RECOMENDADO Y PRECIO JUSTO - Es perfecto por qué está al lado de una estación, con eso puedes moverte por todo Roma rápidamente y volver a tu habitación súper rápido, limpio, grande como un hotel y con servicios extra como la cocina, mesas. Lo que más me gustó fue que el dueño fue muy amable y comprensivo, me apoyó y guardó mis cosas todo el día , incluso después de la hora que le pedí, no cobró nada y guardó todas mis maletas un día entero, me quitó una preocupación grande. Y el precio es muy muy justo por la calidad de la habitación , LO SÚPER RECOMIENDO 20 / 10

• Draghici Alexandru (4/5): Raport calitate-pret slab, servicii de cazare incomplete si de slaba calitate, nota corecta 5,5. - Pozitia fata de mijloacele de transport si gazda amabila. Usa catre balcon este de foarte slaba calitate, chiar si cu jaluzelele exterioare inchise se aude traficul din strada de parca ar fi deschisa. Lenjeria de pat a fost incompleta, doar cearsafuri, iar cand am cerut pilota, aceasta a fost adusa murdara si fara plic, ceea ce mi s-a parut total neigienic, iar curatenia generala merita mai multa atentie, pe jos era mult praf. Unitatea de cazare este de fapt o camera intr-un apartament cu 2 camere unde fiecare camera are oaspeti separati dar holul si bucataria cu frigiderul sunt la comun, deci nu puteam lasa nimic in frigider desfacut sau inceput, nestiind daca umbla sau nu cineva la ele.

• Jesús María (7/5): Semana Santa en Roma - La ubcación está muy bien comunicada. Está a 5 minutos de la estación de tren de Tiburtina, de la estacíón de autobuses y muy cerca de la boca de metro que te lleva directamente al centro. La zona realmente no tiene más interés que sus comunicaciones. La habitación que en principio contraté era cuádruple y nos dieron una triple. Afortunadamente solo íbamos dos. Lo mejor de la habitación ha sido la comodidad de la cama. El baño tenía una ducha pequeña y la cisterna cargaba muy lentamente y se oía el goteo. Las vistas dan a un patio interior y es muy oscura. En los alrededores solo hay algún kebab y una pequeña pastelería, Gastronomia, donde desayunamos todos los días y el personal es muy amable.

• Zhenia (9/5): Comfortable stay for a family with small kids. - We enjoyed our stay, the studio is functional and practical and we were comfortable. Good location close to the metro, a very nice supermarket next door. Lots of reviews say the elevator is old and felt unsafe but it was just fine, just make sure to close it properly on leaving or it won't work for anyone in the building until someone does. No hob or dishes (just coffee cups and saucers and some cutlery), but we knew that in advance. Very little functional clothes storage (hangers and one shelf) for a family.

• Sonia (10/5): Appartamento in ottima posizione - L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è dotato di ogni comfort. La camera quadrupla è davvero spaziosa con un piccolo balcone. In camera è presente anche un microonde, frigorifero e lavello per preparare la colazione. Nell'ingresso c'è una macchina del caffè con le cialde messe a disposizione dall'host. La posizione è perfetta, 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Tiburtina sia Metro che Treno. 6 fermate di metro B e si è al Colosseo. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio in strada la prima sera e non abbiamo più ripreso la macchina fino alla partenza. Il check-in è stato semplice.

• Silvia (8/5): - Struttura Fedele alle immagini. Appartamento curato e pulito. Posizione strategica per spostamenti, essendo ad 1 minuto dalla stazione Tiburtina, dalla metro e dai bus. Possibilità di scaldarsi qualcosa di pronto se non si vuole sempre cenare fuori. A mio parere, la posizione comodissima per girare non è proprio il massimo se si rientra tardi a casa, data la vicinanza alla stazione. Da tenerne conto, se si viaggia da sole.

• Marcu (9/5): Am avut o dezamăgire inițial dar ne-am obișnuit cu locul șiam apreciat comunicarea cu proprietarul care a răspuns prompt - Poziția față de obiectivele turistice a fost după cum au spus si ceilalți turiști, una convenabilă. Curățenia zilnică este de asemenea un lucru important pentru turiști. Zona și blocul în care se află camera sunt foarte decente. Consider ca bucătărioara existenta se poate dota cu câteva vase și tacâmuri mai multe având în vedere ca este o cameră pentru 4 persoane. Două cești si câteva tacâmuri sunt insuficiente. Dulapul de asemenea nu este potrivit având în vedere capacitatea camerei. Un raft și câteva umerașe nu sunt de ajuns pentru toți.

Не хватало элементарно кухонных принадлежностей. Нет стиральной машинки. Было шумно. Так как кондиционер направлен прямо на постели и мы его выключили на ночь, но было жарко и мы открывали балкон. А с улиц шёл шум... Но это все сгладило отношение хозяина, чистота в комнате и очень удобное местонахождение.

• Marja (10/5): A convenient stay in a clean room Virginia views steps away from Tovurtina station. - The location was perfect, a 5 min walk from Tiburtina train station. The host was very attentive and friendly, he prepared my room for early check in and allowed me to leave my bags after check out, that I could easily pick up right before my train to the airport. Important to know that this is not a hotel but a guest house in an apartment building. For check-in you will need a phone that works in Italy so your host can call you or you can call him when you are checking in. At other times, texting on the booking.com app and using google translate worked well and the host always replied immediately. It’s not a fancy place but the room had all the basic needs and it was clean, and they offer to clean the room every day. There’s a shared kitchen that I shared with one other guest. You have a private bathroom. I had a balcony with nice views. Some of the old reviews talk about construction in the building - there is no construction now and the place was quiet, with some normal sounds of traffic and other people living in the building, which added to the charm of knowing you are living among everyday Romans. Overall pleasant stay, and I felt safe. Everything was fine.

An apartment has been divided into two separate places to rent out...you can hear all the sounds from the next room, even whispering....plus there is no heating and you are supposed to use the AC for heating, which was not possible...worst place l have ever stayed...l am even surprised it is in Booking!!!

The owner was nice and helpful. Although it is only 3.5 km from the city center you should consider 30-45 min with public transportation. The elevator is old. But it was working.

• Naderi (4/5): Disappointing - It is a very old building with an old fashion elevator, there is no dish or any eating facilities in the room, The area is not silent and in the early morning, other guests were trying to make coffee at the common place between two flats, I woke up at 6 am because the people were talking loudly and you could hear them clearly, I don't recommend this place Not being calm, no dishes etc in the room,an old and dangerous elevator

• Maksim (10/5): The room is very comfortable to stay. - We were given a room not in a hotel, but in an apartment building on the fifth floor. There is no reception. We were met at the entrance to the house by a man who led us to the apartment. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle. There was a small window in the room, tightly closed with shutters. Even during the day it is very dark. It seemed to me that I was in a basement, deep underground.
• Karolina (5/5): Might be OK only for a very short stay - Location was pretty good, close to the metro station We couldn't sleep in the morning, from very early hours - drilling was waking us up. Furthermore outside construction was going on and windows view was completely blocked. I felt like living in the basement. Also sanitary conditions wasn't so good,- toilet wasn't completely clean for example shower handle. Constant leakage of water from the shower was formed as a molding spot. Bit disgusting. Apartment is made as a part of splited bigger apartment. Second one is parted with a very thin wall, we could hear everything what other tenants do. It is especially disturbing when someone leaves very early or comes back very late. Too less privacy for me. Also almost there is almost no kitchen - person can't cook or even make 'dry' breakfast. No plate set, no cubs. There is only microwave and small cattle, no stove. Fridge was very loud. Overall I find it way too expensive for this conditions. I could recommend it only for a very short stay. Lack of light made me feel bit depressive. Overall I couldn't rest in there at all.

The host was amazing and he showed us great hospitality. The apartment was pretty clean and equipped with the basic things that is needed. Special thanks to the host who allowed us to keep our luggage for extra hours. Nothing.

I forgot my iPad the day I left and the host helped me to recover it, really appreciate it. The shower was a little bit loose so it can be improved.
• Elena (2/5): Overpriced and nasty - Location. The room description wasn't accurate. We booked a quadruple luxury room with 3 beds. It was supposed to have a room with a queen and another room with 2 twin beds. And we got a small room with a double bed and a folding bed. Definitely not quadruple, and no less luxury. Additionally, the room didn't match at all with the pictures in the website. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The building was all under construction or remodelation, full of dust and dirty. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Extremely expensive.

• Priyesh (6/5): Good price for a stay in Rome if you are planning to go there just to sleep at night. - Location is good as it is located next to the station in Rome. It makes it easier in case you need to case an early train or coach. Metro M1 goes through the station and connects to all other major attractions in Rome. The area might not be totally safe, so better be cautious. The lift is very small and unsafe - had a difficult time for 3 persons to get in and out. Rented room (in a apartment of 2 bedrooms) had one common entrance living space, which could be accessed by anyone in with the entrance code. Even though the door to the room had separate key, still could hear some people coming in or in my case, 2 persons came in and drop their luggages. Really had no issue but better be quiet in the common area and would not leave any valuables there.
