• Victoria (4/5): - Apartamentul are un design placut dar este comparativ mic. Micul dejun a fost bun, in stil italian. Paturile erau comode, dar nu prea mari. Baia nu a fost conform așteptărilor, totul este fragil si se desface chiar de la o apăsare ușoară. Ferestrele dău spre o stradă largă, destul de zgomotoasă. Noaptea, ambulanțe și mașini de poliție trec pe acolo cu sirenele urlând.

Was really nice to chat with him. He gave me brilliant advices regarding places to visit. And was preparing amazing breakfasts) The room is spacious, clean. There is everything you need. The bad and bedding are really comfortable. The district is nice, the flat is close to the subway, the entrance of the house is elegant.

Stanza pulita e confortevole con interni curati. Il condominio in cui è situato è sembrato tranquillo. Le pareti trasmettono un pò di rumore dagli appartamenti circostanti. Il bollitore lo preferirei sul tavolino anzichè nell'armadio a scomparsa.

Camera dotata di tutto il necessario e anche alcuni extra come cialde per il caffè, tisane e acqua nel frigo bar a disposizione gratuitamente. Ottima colazione con paste fresche del forno sotto casa. Quartiere molto tranquillo, centro facilissimo da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato anche per chi vuole assistere a spettacoli tv perché situato a due passi dagli studi televisivi.

• Carla (10/5): - Desde la decoración del B&B hasta la atención de su propio dueño estuvieron perfectas. Daniele no solo es un buen anfitrión, sino también un increíble ser humano que está pendiente de cada detalle para que tu estadía en Milán sea una grata experiencia. Nada de qué opinar por aquí. Todo estuvo por sobre mis expectativas.
• Elvira Schaefer (7/5): - Der Betreiber ist ein herzlicher Mensch, hat mir sehr schön über Mailand erzählt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich habe gut geschlafen, das Bett war bequem. Sauberkeit ist Mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Staub und Haare der Vormieter in den Ecken. Fenster und Rolladenkasten sind schlecht isoliert, man hört nicht nur die stark befahrene Straße, sondern es zieht auch. Bad riecht ziemlich muffig.

• Eric (10/5): Well-connected and great-value place to stay with excellent hospitality - Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, shower worked well, great to have access to fridge and electric kettle. Excellent breakfast, with fresh bread and homemade jams being a highlight. Daniele could not be a more wonderful host, thoughtfully providing a fan when the air conditioning was not working in our room and always promptly responding to any questions we had. Less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station and less than 10 minutes to a grocery store. Soundproofing could be improved, as some noises could be heard from other rooms.
• Vasil (10/5): Excellent room with good repair and everything a traveler needs. - The owner of the apartment has good aesthetic taste - the rooms and objects are decorated in a unified light green and white color scheme. The owner takes into account the guests' wishes for breakfast, personally preparing and setting the table. The owner gives valuable advice about staying in Milan. The water temperature during showering arbitrarily changes from cold to scalding hot. It is impossible to fix the supply of consistently warm water.

The room was well-kitted with toiletries, extra pillows and blanket, and a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. 10/10!

• Zubryte (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. If someone used a bathroom, the pipes would make some noise. But it wasn't for a long time.
• Hale (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was really beyond my expectations. The host was really kind. The location was good, only 5 minutes from metro and a couple minutes to the bus station. The room has everything one may need, including a mini fridge which is really useful in the hot weather of Milano. Cleaning was definitely not bad, but I think it requires a little more special attention. The room is basically one of the two rooms inside a flat and the toilet/flush noises coming from the other room are loud. But I got used to it and didn't bother me after a while.
• Clive (10/5): A real gem - The room is spacious and clean with nice touches such as a kettle, espresso machine, a Japanese loo and a monsoon shower. Breakfast is fabulous - fresh bread from the bakery downstairs, croissants, meats and cheese, homemade jam and lots more. Daniele is a most charming host. Check-in was straightforward, and he lives in the same block, so he's available if you need anything. The location is great for the metro, and beautiful Parco Lambro is five minutes' walk away Great value and service all round. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was fairly cold during the night because central heating is switched off between 11 pm and 6 am. However, Daniel, the host, provided a heater so eventually the problem got solved.

Exceptional breakfast with products purchased and prepared on the same day. Nothing really to complain about. If anything for some reason the rain shower couldn't supply hot water for too long and didn't have great pressure, but the handheld shower had no problems and was more than adequate. Just a note, and not a complaint.

Room is clean and comfy; bed is perfect firmness; only a few minutes of walk to Subway station which connect you anywhere in Milan city... Definitely will stay again, especially if you work or need to stay in this area!
• sesglbm (10/5): A Fine Place To Stay in Milan - See my reasons for rating the b&b as highly as I did. The only thing that makes for a less than perfect rating is the somewhat cramped breakfast space. Everything else about Linea Verde was top notch.
• fabricap0 (10/5): Fantastic - Great place. Clean, spacious, firm bed, with great shower and Japanese VC. Located just steps from the metro (which takes you everywhere in Milan) and Linate (10 minutes by taxi). Breakfast is very nice, with spectacular croissants coming from the oven below the apartment, and home made jam. The host is extremely responsive. Internet speed is above 200Mb/s (higher than any hotel I have ever visited in my life). Can't ask for anything better in Milan. Highly recommended.

Very good location, close to metro station, very good breakfast and also very important for Turkish people, toilet with bidet nozzle is available. You feel like home. Nothing to complain about. • carlmT9610NL (10/5): Excellent Bed and Breakfast in Milan - This is an excellent small (2 bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 common dining area) bed and breakfast in an apartment building in Milan along the green-color-coded Metro line (hence the name). It is clean and comfortable, and the host is very generous and amiable. He serves an excellent breakfast with freshly baked breads. He provided us will advice on sightseeing for first-timers in Milan. His English is very good, but not quite fluent. The hotel is in a less crowded neighborhood, about a block from the nearest Metro station, which connects to the city center, allowing travel there in 15 to 20 minutes. On foot, most points of interest in the city center can be reached in 1-2 hours. Two small points: Because the staff is only a few people, there will not necessarily be someone available at all hours of the day. Also, the elevator in the building is very small, only 2 people, or one person with large baggage can take it at once. Overall, I highly recommend this as an alternative to larger hotels for a stay in Milan.

Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of croissants and the coffee superb. The Udine Metro is 5 min walking and it takes around 20 mins to get to Milano Centro. Two big supermarkets are within a walking distance. Bars with good aperitivos around the corner.

The host made the visit even more enjoyable including a departing gift. The breakfast was excellent and we were sorry we could only stay for one night.
• LaGH91 (10/5): A cosy oasis in Milan - Stayed here alone for one night and was really pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, quiet and very nicely decorated - something I appreciated greatly. The bed was also comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. Additionally there were several nice "special touches" in the room that made it feel more homely - themed toiletries, reading material and candies left next to the bed. The owner, Daniele, was very friendly and more than happy to help me with any questions I had. Also, the breakfast was excellent! The croissants were some of the best I've had in Milan and Daniele really does make great coffees. I can definitely recommend a stay here.

The bed very comfortable and the hospitality impeccable. Daniele is a perfect and very attentive host and will go out of his way to please with his big smile and charming attitude. His coffees......and I tried a wide selection....are delicious. The continental Breakfast offers a variety of freshly made and organic pastries and biscuits in true Italian style. An experience I will definitely repeat and one that I warmly recommend.
• 759agnesv (10/5): Happily Green! - I often visit Milan for businnes and finally I was lucky to find this B e B . No more anonimous hotel rooms for me but a cosy place to come back after intense working days. Daniele and Franca are really welcoming and you feel at home instantly, really nice to talk with them about my beloved Milano and have good tips for restaurants and visiting. The B e B itself is immaculate and perfect in all details from the choise of an amazing pillow menu to comfortable beds with colored and smooth linen, from the design furniture to a super breakfast prepared by Daniele. I just loved to try different coffes and goodies and every morning it was really great to start the day in such a sweet way. The leit motiv is a green color that also contribute to start and conclude the day with a happier mood.....and green is also the colour of the metro stop that is just a few steps from the B e B, not bad!! What else...I will be always Happily Green in Milano!
• JSP_Travels (10/5): New and Fantastic place to stay in Milan - We stayed here from Oct 16-18, the location is about a 5 mins walk from the Metro, which was very convenient, one of the reasons we selected this B&B. The place is new, very well maintained and clean, Daniel and his mum are very nice owners, both speak fluent English, so communicating was easy. There is an elevator in the building which was great. I would definitely recommend this B&B.
• 989brigitteg (10/5): A wonderful stay in Milano - Thank you guys very much for Milano good times – I will come again! Linea Verde offered a wonderful and very warm stay in Milano. The apartment is completely new and very aesthetically furnished. The situation near the metro green line is very good and the city easily accessible. The best asset though are the people running the place. Daniele and his mother do everything to make the stay in Linea Verde unforgettable. They provided me with the best tips for restaurants in town to taste local specialities and sites to see and were very helpful in answering my many questions. A secret tip is the breakfast – wow!!
