- Den (10/5): We had a perfect week in a perfect area with such a friendly host! - We liked everything about it! The owner Tania was so lovely and friendly, offering us ideas of places to go and walks to do. Our room was spotless and the kitchen / dining area for the tasty breakfasts was gorgeous! It was in a prefect location to explore the New Forest and they had lovely large shower towels and really nice free toiletries! Would definitely visit again! Nothing
- Hilary (10/5): Tania was very welcoming and friendly. We all felt very much at home. - Breakfast was excellent. A beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. No applicable
- Paul (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Amazing! - It was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming. Milo was the icing on the cake!
- Bill (10/5): Brilliant all round - The host was delightful, she went out of her way to ensure that we were happy with our stay. Lots of extras in the room, a delightful and intriguing home, wonderful food and a delightful garden to look out on.
- Hilary (10/5): An excellent place to stay and a good location to explore the New Forest. - We really enjoyed our stay at Wildwood. Tania was a fantastic host and the breakfasts were delicious! It was lovely to see the birds feeding in the garden while we listened to a selection of music from Tania's vintage collection and ate our breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much! Nothing to dislike, we would love to come back!
- Peter (10/5): A privilege to stay there. Would definitely return. - Wonderful host who was very thoughtful and helpful, meticulously ensuring we had everything we needed (& more) for our stay.
Delicious breakfast options.
Great location and we loved her beautiful dog Milo, along with the daily bird visitors in the garden. Nothing
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Sally (10/5): A wonderful place to stay - The location was ideal. The host was extremely helpful and made our stay as pleasant as she could - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with a good variation in the choice. Everywhere was clean and well presented.
- Kevin (10/5): Can't wait to go back - Breakfast was lovely, as was the breakfast room looking into the garden, seeing a host of birds feeding on the feeders, including a woodpecker, only a couple of metres away. Tania was a mine of information about the local area, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Daft Question ! - only thing we didn't like was the fact we only stayed for four days
- Caroline (10/5): Perfect break - Thoughtful detail - plenty of tea/coffee, homemade biscuits, fresh milk, chilled water. Immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast - choice and quality. Having to leave!
- Mahama (10/5): An immaculately presented hotel that offers a pleasant vacation. - The breakfast had variety from which to choose. The host also goes out of her way to provide for all personal preferences. The breakfast is served at two separate times in the morning, therefore providing flexibility for guests. The location is serene and provides for a quiet relaxation. The quilt for the single beds could be made a bit bigger.
- Keith (9/5): Excellent in every way - Breakfast was superb as was Tania, our host. Rooms were superb and location was near restaurant and shop and well placed for visiting local area. Nothing
- John (4/5): Because of the bed we gave an excuse to come home early to get some much needed sleep! - The breakfast was o.k. but nothing different from our usual meal at home. Location for the New Forest was good but the village itself was a bit underwhelming. the bed was very disappointing as the mattress was so hard .My Wife and I were unable to sleep. Both of us are suffering severe back problems but even if we hadn't it was as solid as a rock and very uncomfortable. We had to pad out the bed with car blankets to get a certain amount of comfort to enable us to get some rest. We were unable to request another room as the other room was taken
- Jürgen (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful atmosphere and really good music during the breakfast … we liked it very much
- Sally (10/5): Perfect stay in Sway - Beautifully furnished home, right in the heart of the New Forest. Room was very comfortable with everything you need. Host Tania was very welcoming and helped us plan our visit. Nothing.
- Wendy (10/5): We loved our stay, would highly recommend. - Location and breakfast and friendliness. More comfortable beds.
- Suzanne (10/5): Perfect stay in every way - Location was perfect. Three nice places to eat in walking distance. Lovely food, which was excellent quality. The host, Tania, was delightful and we enjoyed the little extra touches including the music at breakfast. Can’t fault it.
- Michael (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Owner nothing too much trouble. Excellent, spotless, good value for money
- Heather (10/5): A lovely place to stay. - We had a beautiful room and excellent breakfast. Tania is very friendly and inviting. We hope to go back sometime. We were made to feel very comfortable and at home. The location is ideal for visiting the New Forest. There are two good pubs in the village. One next door which was ideal. We can't find fault with anything.
- Shona (10/5): Fantastic host, property and location - Sway is often overlooked but is in a fantastic location itself for direct access to the forest on foot or further afield by car or train. Tania was a fantastic host and has thought of many little extra details. Her welcome and lovely home enhanced our stay. Nothing
- Matthew (10/5): The best B and B bar none that we have ever stayed in . Eleven out of ten ! - Stunning . A lovely sized bedroom and bathroom in a big house . Tania has a fantastic eye for detail and impeccable taste in everything she puts her hand to . Stunning! Absolutely nothing .
- Philip (9/5): Wildwood Sway - Welcoming friendly owner.
Milo the house dog was very cute. And well behaved.
Knowledgeable host.
The owner was discreet and only spoke if you approached her. Guests privacy was respected.
The pub next door was great. Lovely food at good prices.
Venue was a lovely, beautiful house. Breakfast finished a little earlier than other B&B's we have visited previously.
- Helen (10/5): Perfect for a relaxing time away - Lovely room - really well thought through with everything that you might need and more. Great breakfast. Very welcoming host. Good location - right by the train station and supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the forest. Nothing, it was all great.
- Mary (10/5): We would certainly stay again - Excellent in every respect. Everything was spotlessly clean and a nice varied breakfast. Nothing
- Joanne (10/5): Welcoming, friendly, comfortable stay - The owner was very friendly and knowledgable and made us feel very welcomed. The home was immaculate, very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed
The breakfast was very tasty and cooked freshly every morning.
There was a very friendly well behaved dog The pub next door could sometimes be a little loud, but not enough to put me off staying again
- Adele (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location. Two minutes walk from the forest and train station. The guest house is spotless and Tania is lovely- making us feel very welcome in her gorgeous home.

- Behlool (9/5): Superb -
- Desara (10/5): Exceptional -
- June (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, well equipped room, very comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and thoughtful host. Good location to walk into the New Forest and to walk to places to eat. Nothing
- Carey (10/5): Beautiful B&B with a great host - We had a lovely stay. Tania was a great host, really friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was superb, and the B&B was really nicely presented and immaculately clean. Good garden too! Excellent location for accessing the southern New Forest and the Solent coast.
- Sophie (10/5): Lovely little get away with attentive hosts! - The pre-communication was great and provided useful links for us. The room was lovely with everything you needed and the decor was cute. Free teas, coffees, hot choc, home made biscuits all there for you. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and good pressure on the shower. Breakfast was fab and very filling. A really enjoyable stay. Close to the train station so in the evening to save driving, we got the train into Brockenhurst but no noise from the train from the room which was a plus. Nothing, was great
- Vivienne (10/5): Excellent host made our break a positive experience - Room was spacious and very comfortable, bed linen was high quality and super soft.
Great breakfast and super host who made you feel welcome from start to finish.
Loved the decor and evident that a lot of love has gone into the place. Didn’t feel like you were intruding into somebody’s home, which can be an issue with some b&bs. Cannot think of anything
- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely excellent stay,Tania is a fantastic host and runs an exceptionally lovely guest house. 😀 Nothing at all
- Allan (10/5): Wonderful, the small details were special. - Lovely breakfast, spotless room, Tanya couldn't do enough for us, would return anytime. Nothing
- S (10/5): Our break in Sway. - Nice all round, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Nothing.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious and well lit and we slept great thanks to the bed and pillows. As the bedroom faces the street you are quite exposed when the blinds are open and so some light curtains or covers that let the light through but allow for privacy would have been nice. This is a small comment for improvement and not something that significantly affected our comfort
- Kay (10/5): Exceptional - Tanya's attention to detail and local knowledge made our stay extra special
- Pamela (10/5): Excellent stay!! - The breakfast dining room is super, facing the French doors open to the garden which is beautiful.
The breakfast facilities is also excellent with bone china cups & saucers. all kinds of condiments are all ready for your choices.
We can have choices of breakfast which all we need is to complete a form the night before. The breakfast are top qualities!! The owner has already put in her heart & thoughts in making customers feeling welcome & comfortable! Nothing to complain!!
- Phillip (10/5): Will definitely stay. - Cleanliness, decor, convenient to local amenities. Nice and quite. Only two rooms and not for families with small children. Otherwise great. Nothing.
- Celia (10/5): WONDERFUL STAY - Tania made us feel very welcome, we had a wonderful stay with a lovely breakfast and felt very spoilt for all five days. We miss Milo. Thank you Tania. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Tania was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. We had the best stay and the breakfast was amazing, room stunning. We loved watching the birds too!
- Robert (10/5): Perfect - Fantastic location for what we wanted to do, lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious. Perfect Nothing
- Martin (10/5): Lovely, welcoming hosts who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. - Fantastic, stylish house with fabulous art, and cool vinyl played during breakfast. Super-comfortable and clean room and bed, with great attention to detail such as a fridge with fresh milk and water, plus home-made biscuits. Delicious breakfast in a pretty room overlooking the garden with lots of birds and flowers. Nothing - all good!
- Peter (10/5): Warm welcome and fabulous B&B - Good, simple choices and I had the Full English both days. It was well-executed and beautifully presented. Delicious too! Can't think of anything!
- Carmel (9/5): Lovely tranquil B&b - Bed was so comfortable, very clean beautiful garden to look out when having breakfast. I have no dislikes
- Michael (10/5): Lovely place to stay - We enjoyed the entire stay, very clean, breakfast very tasty Liked everything. Lovely room, good breakfast. Within walking distance of forest.
- Emma (10/5): Warm welcome, comfortable beds, 10/10 cleanliness, quality linen & towels, hot shower, great food - Super accommodating for my Vegan friend. Not just buying pre made scrambled egg but using a recipe to make a more flavourful version. Managed to have tomatoes even though there's a tomatoe shortage currently! John Lewis towels, perfect cotton bed linen. Amazing art work & photography around the house and bird watching while dining! Milo well trained gorgeous dog. I have a small appetite so portions were fine for me but I worry if I had I bought my male friends (and their large appetites) they would've still been hungry - but I believe Tania would've accommodated extra portions if they were asked for. Breakfast could've been hotter (but that's being really picky as it was all wonderfully edible)
- Andy (10/5): Fantastic B&B - The best B&B we have ever stayed in. The rooms are immaculate and have everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice. The owner is also fantastic and very friendly, well worth a stay. Having to go home after a fantastic stay.
- Wes (10/5): Exceptional -

- Abigail (8/5): Very good -
- Jatibanger (10/5): Fabulous stay with a warm host - Tania was a super host being very welcoming and attentive. The room was cosy, comfortable and this was a great base to explore the beauty of the New Forest. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Lots of personal touches that showed the care that went into our stay, we will definitely be back. The homemade cookies were yummy.
- Bernard (9/5): Superb -
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ralph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Damon (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Tops - Breakfast great location great Nothing tops
- Roy (10/5): Exceptional - The host Tania was very friendly and attentive to my wishes. I had opted to have Muesli for breakfast and happened to have a banana I had brought with me which I chopped on top of the Muesli. Tania asked me if i would like fruit for my Muesli for my stay. I said no it didn't matter but the following morning she had a banana and chopped strawberries for me to put on my Muesli. That sort of desire to make your guests happy is priceless. I also liked the gentle Jazz played on vinyl records that accompanied breakfast. I can't think of anything I didn't like. I found locking the front door a bit confusing, but I think that's just me!
- Maxine (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (10/5): Excellent location, excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble ! - Excellent location for exploring the new forest and surrounding area.
