• Joseph Cavallo (7/5): Cheap - Il prezzo, decisamente più basso dei dintorni. La colazione molto variegata. Stanza e acqua in bagno subito calde. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. L'accoglienza non è stata delle più cortesi.

• Massimo (6/5): - Proprietaria davvero gentile, e abbastanza spazio per parcheggiare. Camera pulita anche se andrebbe rinnovata. Colazione con quantità e varietà giusta. Il bagno andrebbe rinnovato , poco confortevole. Leggermente distante da trento circa 16 km con tratti di curve.

• Gianna (2/5): andati via e nuovo soggiorno a Moena hotel la Serenella questo può considerarsi un Hotel a 3 stelle. - non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla.Non credo che solo gentilezze dalla proprietaria possono colmare tutto. nel 2025 un bagno deve considerarsi tale non simile a quello che avevo nel 1979 a casa dei miei. poi se c'è qualcuno che si adatta poi non scriva stupendo fantastico . innanzitutto un hotel senza nessun standard si sicurezza sistemi antincendio inesistenti estintori mai visti nessun cartello con scritto uscita di sicurezza , di notte chiusi dentro a chiave .si poteva usare una porta di servizio ma la maniglia interna non era fissata. Hotel datato con recensioni da hotel da albergo a 5 stelle bagni da incubo .Con tappeto da cucina usato da tutti. Buttate via due notti ma sicuramente ne è valsa la pena. e credo che le precedenti recensioni siano farlocche o perlomeno da persone che non sanno distinguere un vero hotel da una stamberga ho letto la sua risposta sinceramente i suoi ospiti precedenti non sanno valutare nulla di come dovrebbe essere un Hotel a tre stelle . Comunque per precisare la recensione non a'ha fatta la signora Gianna ma io suo marito .

• Nicola (7/5): Good option in a very quiet area - Comfortable bed, basic and warm room; free wifi; free parking, close to the block; delicious breakfast, in particular the organic jams/preserves; high quality local food restaurant; located close to the ice-rink and a walking distance to the lake, it takes 10-min drive only to children's WinterParkPradis Bathroom to be refurbished; basically, business is mainly focused on restaurant than lodging

• Phillip (5/5): The accommodation was ok, but overpriced. We would stay somewhere else next time. - The Romanian staff member was very helpful and nice. The property has very old facilities, not worthy of a three star rating. Internet did not work in the room. We could overhear the owner talking rudely about customers. You could hear people from their rooms and the common areas in your room. It was overpriced for what it was.
