• Valentine (8/5): - Rooms were quite large and very clean. Front desk and bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and moderately priced. My only issue was that there was obviously some space between the bottom of our hotel room's door and the floor that allowed a lot of "hallway noise", as in the am, we could clearly hear the housekeeping staff's conversation from outside a room that was 1 door down the hall.

The food was great & a great value. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to store our leftovers. Thankfully the temps dropped down enough to store our food out in our car.

Jeromy, the overnight front desk attendant, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Based on my experience, I believe Jeromy is a valuable asset to Riverbend Casino and Hotel and deserves recognition, whether through a raise or promotion. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of customer service.

• melissa (10/5): FUN TIME HAD BY ALL - This hotel/casino is a great find. We were only there for one night but would definitely come back again. Your rates for a weekend stay were very reasonable and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly upon check in and made it very simple.

Drunks ran through the halls having foot races and doing cart wheels. The party in the hall made it feel like I was staying at a holiday inn... I just expected better I suppose.

• Dennis (10/5): One of the Best - Some of the nicest people in the hotel and the restaurant and Casino....who ever is in charge of the overall operation is doing a great job. It really helps if the people who hire for a place like the River Bend Casino and Hotel hire good people to start with and then train them well. Kudos to all. I lost a little bit of money in the casino but had a good time anyway. We had some good food from the main restaurant and the desk people were efficient and helpful. We go to Vegas fairly often and River Bend was as good or better than most of the 5 star rated ones. Thank you and will try to make it back. Dennis and Linda Plummer
