- Eva (7/5): Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, obwohl wir leicht enttäuscht waren, Pelletofen statt Kamin, Sauna nur Trockensauna, Whirlpool - Küche gut ausgestattet, auch Spülmittel, Spülmaschnentabs usw ist vorhanden Großes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer Kleiner eingezäunter Garten (ideal für Familien mit Kindern oder Haustieren) Toller Blick Dimmbare Beleuchtung in allen Räumen WLAN (da kein Handyempfang) Gute Lage für Ausflüge zum Skifahren oder ins Badeparadies in Titisee, Supermarkt in der Nähe Die Angaben in der Anzeige haben einen anderen Eindruck erweckt als die Realität. Es ist kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Ferienwohnung unter einer Doppelgarage. Statt eines Kamins ist ein deutlich weniger gemütlicher Pelletofen eingebaut (heizt in Intervallen, 20 min lautes Gebläse zum Nachlauf eines Heizintervalls, bei eingestellten 22 grad Raumtemperatur sinkt die Temperatur erst auf 18 grad und heizt anschließend wieder hoch) Sauna nur Trockensauna - Aufgüsse nicht möglich Wirlpool funktioniert nicht und ist nicht sauber (Schimmel in den Vertiefungen der Düsen sichtbar) WLAN fällt leider häufiger aus Kleinere bauliche Mängel (Duschtür schließt nicht Fußbodenplatte im Bad hebt sich an, Lache unter Toilettenschüssel, Schimmelbildung an Fenster im Schlafzimmer) Sauberkeit mäßig (Spinnenweben, Staub, Haare Vormieter auf Matratzenschoner, Müll in und unter der Couch)
