- Alexandre (10/5): Quarto amplo e confortável - O hotel fica um pouco longe da área central da cidade, mas está localizado próximo a estação de trem que vai e vem de Moscou e, também, é próximo de uma estação de Metrô, então tudo certo! O quarto é muito confortável e grande.

Hotel provides excellent and very friendly service, hotel is definitely a 4* Beds comfortable and housekeeping very good.We did enjoy the breakfast every morning and friendly service. Few things went wrong couple of days elevator was out off order and they have to fixed a conditioner in the room. Other then that we are really enjoyed our long stay in this hotel. Can’t thank them enough to make our stay so great!
- Miia (8/5): - The room was very good and clean. Beds were convient. AC was very effective. Girls in the reception were smily and helpful. BUT staircase was terrible :( It did not feel safe or comfortable. The location of the hotel was good. Only 5 minutes from metrostation. The breakfast was meaningless, but there are so many cafes in the neghborhood, it was no problem for us. The room was cheap and good, so it is good value for money.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is located on a too floor of the building. Otyer floors still occupied by people living there. The elevator up to the 5th floor was not working for 2 days. Breakfast is very marginal, continental. Shower is very small and uncomfortable. Floor is shiny marble and i fell first day as was notvable to see the spill of water. Subway is 15 min walk which is far. Also, staying 14 days they changed linen only once.

- Verified traveler (10/5): とても良かった おすすめします - サンクトペテルブルクの中心部から近く、バス停はホテルの前にあり、メトロと鉄道の駅も徒歩5分範囲と、大変便利なロケーションです。また、ホテルのスタッフさんが全員とても愛想がよく、感じのいい方々で気持ちよく滞在できました。客室の設備もよかったです。Wi-Fiは少し遅くなる時もありましたが、ロシアであれば平均点以上だと思います。ただし、建物はホテル専有ではなく、1階部分は別のお店がテナントのように入っており、ホテルの入口はドアひとつなので、わかりにくいです。ホテルは5階にあり、1階は怪しい雰囲気が漂っていますが大丈夫です。エレベーターで5階に上がると、きちんとしたフロントがあります。おすすめします。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous convenient hotel at top of old building. - Great reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. Big, plush, comfy new room. Shower, heated bathroom floor fabulous. Wish the rest of our stay in St Petersburg was here. Hotel is entire top (5th) floor of old apartment building. Seems 4th flr is also being fitted out. Old small lift just past equally old building janitor just inside front door takes you up to the hotel. Less than 5min walk from main HS train station to Moscow. Wifi 10/10. Breakfast simple and delicious choices.
- César (10/5): Hotel muito bom - O hotel encontra-se em um antigo edifício de uma das avenidas mais importantes da cidade. Pra quem chega pela primeira vez, demora um pouco para reconhecer a entrada do hotel, uma vez que ela é apenas uma porta da fachada do prédio. O hotel em si, que está no 5° andar do edifício, é muito bom e tudo que oferece lembra uma acomodação de luxo. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o café da manhã, já que todos os dias é o mesmo cardápio. Retornaria a acomodação se estiver em São Petersburgo outra vez.
- Zak (10/5): - A very nice hotel in a very good location. It is located in the city center and just few steps away from everywhere. The building is very old and so is the elevator. But once you get to the 5th floor, the rooms are all renovated and modern with very good amenities. The staff are very helpful and really kind. I loved the hotel and will consider it in my short list for next visits to Saint Petersburg.

- Jari (8/5): Siisti huone ja mukava palvelu - Olimme pari yötä Pietarissa ja hotelli ajoi hyvin asiansa. Hotelli sijaitsee asuintalon 5. kerroksessa, eikä siten ole ihan perinteinen ratkaisu. Sisääntuloaula/rappukäytävä oli todella karu, mutta itse hotellikerros puolestaan täysin remontoitu ja siisti. Aamupala ihan ok ja henkilökunta mukavaa. Itse huone kaikin puolin asiallinen ja siisti. Lyhyt kävelymatka metroasemalle ja lähellä paljon ruokapaikkoja.

- Juha (8/5): Hyvä hinta/laatu - Hyvä sijainti Moskovan aseman ja metron lähellä. 3,5 km kävelymatka Eremitaasin. Huone tilava ja hyvin kalustettu. Ainoa miinus tulee tyynystä, mikä aiheutti niskakipuja.
- Natalia (8/5): Отдых - Номера красивые твёрдая 4-ка , но на завтрак не иметь элементарных яиц -такого даже в двойке не встретить ;)) Очень очень скудные ..В целом расположение ,номера ,все идеально ,но я бы не советовала брать завтраки на которых дают только ; хлеб ,сыр,каша ( желает лучшего) ,хлопья и сок..Так что кто сидит на спортивной диете или белковой - вам точно завтраки не нужны!

Плохое освещение в номере, искажают зеркала, особенно сильно в ванной комнате. Для девушек невозможно сделать макияж при таком освещении и зеркалах. Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Есть зонты на случай дождя.

- Svetlana (10/5): Выходные в Питере. - Отдыхали в двое с мужем. Раньше останавливались в AKYAN на Востании. В Hotels узнали о новом филиале и решили купить. Гостиница оправдала наши ожидания.Номер de lux ничем не отличается он центральной гостиницы. Все новое и красивое. Единственный минус это подъезд и вход в гостишку...
- Katharina (10/5): Schönes, kleines aber feines Hotel - Die Zimmer des Hotels sind sehr chic im russischen Stil ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist neu. Unser Zimmer war absolut sauber. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist überschaubar. Von Vorteil für Langschläfer sind die langen Frühstückszeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache ist problemlos möglich. Das Hotel liegt in relativ zentraler Lage, eine U Bahn Haltestelle von der Station Nevskiy Prospekt entfernt. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

- Denise (8/5): Muito bom - Hotel com boa localização e suite confortável. Única dificuldade é que chegamos 22 hs com a reserva e nos atenderam por interfone e pediram para ir em outro hotel próximo fazer o checkin, e pegar as chaves. No mais ótimo custo beneficio.

- Julia (10/5): Schickes Zimmer und zentrale Lage - Sehr gute Lage und wunderschönes Zimmer mit Marmor- und Teppichboden im neu eröffnetem Hotel, das Bett war sehr bequem, alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbeteit. Das Hotel liegt im 5. Stock eines Wohngebäudes (Altbau). Der Hauseingang und der schmale Aufzug sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dafür kann das Hotel nichts und uns hat es auch nicht wirklich gestört. Das einzige Manko während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Bauarbeiten im 4. Stock (Hotel wird weiter ausgebaut). An 3 Tagen war es dadurch extrem laut, sodass man sich im Zimmer nicht mehr entspannten konnte. Die restlichen Tage waren wieder lärmfrei. Insgesamt eine super Unterkunft, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
