El barrio es tranquilo y esta cerca de comercio, comida y buenas vías. El hotel es limpio y tiene los requerimientos básicos para una estancia corta de trabajo. Las instalaciones del hotel podrían estar mejor, las chapas de las puertas no funcionan bien, y los muebles se ven desgastados.
