• Hannah (8/5): Excellent and would recommend for a short stay for price and location! - The reception team were excellent, so friendly and welcoming! The room was gorgeous with the brick ceiling. The location was fantastic, close walking distance to everything we needed and a great coffee shops and taxi rank on the doorstep. The shower was far too small. It’s a shame because this was our only issue with the property. It was incredibly hard to squeeze into and a tall person would really struggle with headroom.

Rooms were very clean and well equipped. The only thing that let the property down was the bed. Mattress very hard and pillows were not the best. You had one very hard and one extremely soft.

• René (9/5): Mooi boutique hotel, niet ver van Galleria Borghese - Prachtig gelegen hotel bij de noordelijke Aureliaanse muur. Uitermate vriendelijk verwelkomd en zeer goede communicatie. Schone, ruime en rustig gelegen kamers, die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Het hotel ligt op 12 minuten lopen van de Galleria Borghese, en op 25 minuten lopen van de Spaanse trappen. Verder veel buslijnen en een taxistandplaats dichtbij. 2 bushaltes verwijderd van Roma Termini. Gezellige en goedkope restaurants tegenover en naast het hotel. Rinascente om de hoek. Een aanrader.

Propre, chambre spacieux avec des rangements on s’y est senti très bien pour nos 4 nuits. Les hôtesses d’accueil très gentilles, accès au centre 25min à pied et sinon de nombreux bus à côté. She went above and beyond for us and even stayed a little extra for us to come collect our luggage before heading to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We struggled to find the entrance initially as it’s on level 1. Apart from this, there’s nothing I didn’t like!

Svakoga dana se cisti soba ako vi to zelite. Neke noci su bile bas hladne i zato moram reci da grejanje u smestaju nije bilo bas najbolje, to bi trebalo resiti. Topla voda i pritisak vode nikad gori od kako putujem i to ce biti moja najveca zamerka. Bilo je dana kada sam po pola sata cekao da naidje pritisak tople vode.

• Nicole (8/5): We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to any couples or single travelers. - The location was awesome; it was easy to get to everything quickly. Mary was incredible; she was very informative and shared some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Sometimes traveling abroad can be confusing and she made it easy to ask questions without fear of judgment. Mary also gave us a lot of flexibility with our checkout time, and encouraged us to leave our bags and explore for as long as we liked. The room was immaculate. There was nothing we didn't like! We really enjoyed our trip. We would recommend this location to friends or family.

Mary messaged me before our holiday and kept in touch on WhatsApp, which was great for checking in/out. We also celebrated a birthday and Mary kindly left us a lovely note and some prosecco 😊. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bathroom a good size and shower was great. We had a good view of the street too. Couldn't hear our neighbours at all, sometimes heard street traffic but otherwise very quiet neighbour. The main rome sights are a good 20/30min walk away so bare in mind, but we didn't mind walking into the more tourist part of Rome, it was quite a nice evening walk 'home'.

• Leon (7/5): Great location, easy to find , great staff, bed was rather uncomfortable and the AC made our sleep quite miserable. - The room is clean and the staff is welcoming, warm, friendly and very helpful. The property felt safe. They have us some wine celebrating our honeymoon, which was a nice surprise. The AC went off every night while we were sleeping with no way to turn it back on. It seems like the hotel has an auto shutdown system in place, which makes the room hot and wakes you up every night. The bed felt like an old mattress with springs it wasn’t too comfortable.

• Philip (9/5): Slept very well. - Very very well located in a good quiet neighbourhood that has nice restaurants, and a great gelato shop. Everything very walkable. There was no noise whatsoever overnight which afforded me the possibility of catching up on my sleep. Good USB outlets, lots of cozy pillows. Book this place! Wifi could definitely be improved. Shower water pressure a little lacking.

• Pinelopi (4/5): - The staff was polite. The location was good. We were allowed to check in earlier. The hot water had very low pressure, which made showering uncomfortable. In addition, the temperature control was not working properly. Although the person in charge said they would look into the issue, unfortunately it was never fixed during our stay. The bathroom was not as clean as expected. Also, during the daily cleaning, no extra shampoo was provided, which was disappointing. Considering the issues mentioned above, we feel that the accommodation was not worth the price paid.

• Nilay (1/5): Fotoğraflara ve puana aldanmayın, kötü bir sürpriz. - Tesisin beğenilecek hiçbir yanı bulunmuyor. Otel dediğimiz aslında bir Han (paylaşımlı bir bina). Bu Han’ın yeri, bulunduğu cadde güzel bir caddeydi. Odalar küçük değildi ancak o kadar beklentimizin altındaydı ki, iyi bir yanını göremedik. Tesisin Booking’deki fotoğraflarından, donanımlı güzel bir tesis olduğunu zannediyorsunuz. Alakası yok. Biz geceliğine tam 154 Euro verdik (bu arada oteli gördükten sonra kalamadık). Maksimum 50 Euroluk bir tesis. En büyük sürpriz, bir binanın üst katında olduğunu görmek oldu. Asansör çalışmıyordu, büyük valizlerimizi elimizde kendimiz çıkarttık. Tesiste 7/24 çalışan bir bulunmuyor. Buna çok şaşırdık. Ne olduğu belli olmayan bir binanın üst katında odayı kilitleyip orada kalamazdık, güvenlik hassasiyeti olan misafirler için hiç uygun bir tesis değil. Otelde bir sorumlu dahi bulunmuyor. İsterseniz self check in yapabilirmişsiniz. Otele check in yaptığımızda çok şaşırdık, odaları da görmek istedik, akabinde hemen iptal etme şansımız olup olmadığını sorduk (ne otel güven verdi, ne beklentimizi karşıladı, ne de beklediğimiz temizlikteydi). Bunun mümkün olmadığını, Booking ile görüşmemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Booking önce yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yaptı ancak Otelin iade yapmak istemediğini paylaştı. Booking’den akşama kadar net bir yanıt alamayınca, hiç kullanmadığımız odadan bavullarımızı aldık (yine kendimiz bavullarımızı elimizde indirdik) ve kendimize başka bir otel bulduk, gece başka bir otelde kaldık. Oteli 154 Euroya almamıza rağmen, o gün incelediğimizde otelin ücreti 103 Euroydu (ekran görüntüsü de aldım). Bu kadar büyük bir ücret farkı da kabul edilemez. Asla tercih edilmemesi gereken, misafirlerine misafir gibi yaklaşmayan, rezervasyonu iptal edemezsiniz Booking le görüşün dedikten sonra, bütün gün odayı kullanmasanız da meşgul ettiniz diye en ufak bir iyi niyet dahi göstermeyen bir tesis. Fotoğraflara ve puan&yorumlara aldanmayın. Bizim gibi bir şokla karşılaşmayın. Bundan sonra otel lobisi resmi görmeden, otel bir bina mı yoksa paylaşımlı binada bir tesis mi sormadan ve Otelde sürekli çalışan biri var mı diye sormadan asla rezervasyon yapmam. Zira, Hostel değil Otel’de kalma niyetimiz var.

Salle de bain très propre et bien équipée. Pas de petit dejeuner possible. Manque de quoi ranger les vêtements autrement que sur cintres.
