• jarrod (10/5): Exceptional room! - Interior design of the room was stunning and I have never stayed in a cleaner room!!! Eva was really helpful and accommodating. Everything about the room was exceptional and a lovely balcony to enjoy our complementary coffee and snacks provided. Great location close to the train station and to explore the rest of Cinque Terra. We very really impressed.
• Paul (10/5): Lovely stay in La Spezia. - From the outset Eva was amazing. Her communication was excellent and she had the room ready before the normal check-in time. She was there on our arrival and explained everything in relation to the apartment and then proceeded to recommend things to do in the area. The apartment was serviced everyday and snacks/water replenished every day. the apartment was sptlessly clean and very convenient for accessing the station and the centre of La Spezia. we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Eva to anyone. Nobody could find fault with this aprtment or Eva - just superb.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): El mejor sitio donde alojarte si vas a visitar Cinque Terre - Uno de los mejores sitios en los que hemos estado. La atención de Eva es excepcional, pendiente de todo, ofreciendo su ayuda en todo momento con información sobre lugares a visitar, sitios para comer (incluso nos reservó en un restaurante). Además, todo un detalle la botella de vino que nos dejó la primera noche. En cuanto a la habitación en sí, muy cómoda, las camas grandes, el baño completamente renovado, bien insonorizada, mucho espacio, buen armario... La situación buenísima, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren desde donde se va a los pueblos de Conque Terre y muy cerquita también para ir paseando a la calle comercial peatonal o a la zona del puerto. La Spezia es ideal para hacer de base si vas a visitar Cinque Terre. Todo fue perfecto.

Eva was a wonderful host and gave me tips on restaurants, where to go and how to get there. She popped by every day to ensure the room was spotless and snacks replenished. Am solicitat early check in si am fost primiti cu mare drag cu 4 ore mai devreme. Locatia este foarte aproape de statia de tren si de centru, avand in zona absolut tot ce este necesar pentru a avea o vacanta frumoasa si relaxanta. Camera si baia sunt foarte curate, totul este modern si complet echipat, asternuturi si prosoape impecabile, precum si mici gustari pentru micul dejun, cafea si apa. Curatenia in camera s-a facut zilnic. Eva este o persoana deosebita, prompta si atenta la orice detaliu. Ne-a ajutat cu informatii utile despre locuri de vizitat si restaurante/cafenele pentru a servi masa sau micul dejun. Cu siguranta daca vom mai vizita La Spezia, vom alege din nou aceasta cazare! • pedrodel30 (9/5): Alojarse en Spezia para conocer Cinque Terre - la ubicación, a 500 m de la estación de trenes (llave para toda a actividad relacionada con Cinque Terre) y a 300 m de la zona peatonal que conecta con el Centro histórico. la recepción por la anfitriona y su apoyo en temas como decidir el parking, donde comprar y como moverse en Spezia y alrededores. detalle de calidez al preguntar al 2do día como habíamos estado. su disponibilidad inmediata para contestar mensajes. la propiedad tiene servicio DIARIO, incluyendo un café y dulces de cortesía. buen detalle! Por último: HAY QUE DARLE una oportunidad a Spezia y Port Venere, preciosos lugares un poco opacados por la fama de Cinque Terre NO depende de la propiedad, pero el tema del parking es complicado. sabiendo que no moveríamos el coche durante 3 días, dejamos el equipaje en la propiedad y directamente aparcamos en Darmi Park a 1500 m del dpto (pagar estadía AL INGRESAR de 10 EUR/día) hay una posibilidad de parking gratuito en Viale Amendola pero es casi imposible que consigas lugar

• Jennifer (9/5): Location is terrific, support top-notch - Location was fantastic - easy walk to a main pedestrianized street and to the train station and tourist harbor. recommend We had a great deal of difficulty getting the climate control to work - there was some issue with the unit in another room that impacted us. however, this did mean repeat communications with the host to have them into the apartment to get this resolved. sound proofing is also not great. you will hear sounds from the other rooms included in this EVA Affitacamere

• Marc (9/5): A well-priced, modern, and clean room with a helpful host and an amazing location to explore. - Eva was incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants in town and places to visit in the nearby Cinque Terre villages. The room was very clean and perfectly located near restaurants and the train station, which made it easy for us to explore Cinque Terre as well as travel to Florence and Pisa. Nothing i didn't like.

L'emplacement près du centre ville et non loin de la gare à pied. Les instructions et conseils de l'hôte pour le parking et les restos. Rien, tout était très bien.

Además muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos de la estación de tren para partir hacia el maravilloso parque Cinque Terre. Lo único malo es que solo pude estar 3 noches porque me tenía que volver a trabajar... Nada negativo!

The room itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed—bathroom amenities, a coffee machine, tea, some snacks, and we even received two bottles of water each day, which was such a thoughtful touch. Eva was also very flexible and accommodating. Although the official check-out time was 10:00 AM, she kindly allowed us to stay until 11:30 AM. The location was also perfect—less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Nothing!

The room was great for our short stay, we had complementary food and wine when we arrived, bed was so comfortable, bathroom was very clean, there was a little terrace, room was big and there was an elevator for us to go up, wish we could’ve stay a little longer. Also I have to mention that Eva is EXCELENT, very helpful and caring, she was very attentive and looking out for us, gave us good tips and recommendations for Cinque Terre and a Portovenere. I recommend her 100% without any doubt and when Income back wouldn’t think it twice and stay with her. Nothing bad to say

The train station was less than 10 minutes away by foot and there were enough choices to go around town for food. The port was 20 minutes away from the apartment, tough during the summer heat but still doable. Eva was really welcoming and helpful to all our questions (where to go and where to eat). She made our stay very relaxing. This is now my go to place when I visit La Spezia :)

• Yackov (10/5): Marvellous stay at Eva. - The room was very comfortable, clean and big. The Eva owner was very nice, cooperative and helpfull for our requests. The location very good close to the railway station. There was no parking close by. Nevertheless we found one a little bit more distant and ordered a taxi to hotel and back on return. Eva assisted us in that matter. It was good enough for us.

Ir is very clean and quiet. The host Eva is amazing, gave very great recommendation on Cinque Terre and etc None :)

• Carlos (10/5): Fantastic place! Location is superb, big and clean room. Everything you need and more! - Breakfast was not included in the price. However, every day we had delicious pastries, jam and toast, coffee, tea, etc..
• Indi (10/5): Warm hostess who is so helpful. - Eva is lovely, warm and very helpful. The room was so clean and bed was very comfortable. Fantastic location close to the station. The people in other apartments could be little noisy at times, but they would be quiet before bedtime. Not Eva's fault at all.

She went above and beyond to ensure that we had EVERYTHING we needed, even her husband going to find us an international phone charger when we arrived late in the night, and even a gift. • Jade (10/5): Exceptional - We had a double room and stayed for 3 nights so we could explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre. We walked from the train station with our suitcases and there is a lift! The room was spotless, clean and super allergy friendly. I am very sensitive to smells and dust and I had the best nights sleep every night. The room is beautiful and modern and featured a balcony (that i forgot about 😅). Our host, Eva was lovely and helpful, and daily we had more snacks including a lovely cake, some beautiful wine and wafers. This has been our best stay with the most helpful host in all of Italy.
