Guest Reviews
- L1315OXshirleyg (4/5): Not impressed - This is not Best Western quality. More like a motel 6. I was worried about my vehicle getting broke into.
- Vijay (5/5): - Good Good
- Mary (9/5): Comfortable place to stay - Friendly people work here and we see them every year when we stay here.
- Birgitte (7/5): -
- Rochelle (6/5): Place to sleep on a long trip. - Good location. Not a lot of food options but it is at a truck stop.
- LES (10/5): We always stay here when in Wells. - Always a good place to stay!
- Barbara (6/5): - Squeaky floors. Thin walls
- Moore (8/5): -
- Eleanor (4/5): - Pet fee was only 20.00.
Shower had good pressure. Beds were not comfortable and moved around. Carpet could be replaced with laminate floors, tv had terrible reception, not many options for breakfast.
- patricia (10/5): - Clean comfortable room. Lots of room to park my truck and trailer.
- Johnson (5/5): So so - The service was good, the hotel was dated. No beverage machine, snack machine was broken. The breakfast was basically cold cereal and day old muffins.
- Fern (8/5): - The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable
- CHARLOTTE (10/5): - Really friendly and caring reception woman. Delightful and helpful. Lovely clean and large room. Right across from good restaurant. Great experience. Liked everything.
- Rachel (10/5): Comfortable - Convenient clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo and towels
- Steve (10/5): - Left to early to enjoy the breakfast! But my dogs were welcomed here for a very small fee! Very easy access from hi-way. Very clean rooms and exceptional service very friendly staff! Would definitely stay there again! I have no complaints
- Bell (9/5): - Tub/shower
- Christine (9/5): - The front desk staff were excellent,
Friendly and welcoming and helpful.
- Tom (7/5): Not bad, could use some improvement - Easy to book, right off interstate and good pricing. Locals and passers-by sleeping in/near parking lot
- Janet (9/5): Close to freeway, perfect for travelers. - Friendly check in and helpful info about surrounding facilities. Nothing
- Ronald (6/5): We would stay there as it was priced right - It was clean but the breakfast was lame. We seemed to be the only guests so not much to offer. The greeting when checked was very pleasant. Breakfast
- John (2/5): Location, 11PM arrival, and room availability were the only reason for staying. Definitely not worth the price. - Location Older, worn. not cleanest atmosphere. repairs were obvious and not of good quality.
- Lahesh (8/5): - Rooms are tidy, receptionist also gave us a good discount. Continental Breakfast was good. Bathroom tub - Water wasn't outflowing fast enough resulting in pool creation.
- Kristy (1/5): I won’t stay there again - It was outdated old
- Tomoe (10/5): -
- Janet (9/5): -
- Ronald (8/5): - Nice , quiet , clean , folk’s were friendly , breakfast was enough
- Devan (6/5): One nighter on a road trip we take often. - We stay here repeatedly. I appreciate seeing the same staff. This time, we met Bri-who was awesome.
The property is older but always clean. We have a pet and we get rooms by the side door so we can walk the dogs quickly. Rates are appropriate for basic amenities including a mini fridge. Room 124 bathtub was pretty beat up. It needs to be recoated.
- james (9/5): - Attentive, polite staff Outside grounds need attention
- steve (9/5): Would come again - The clerk was fantastic the breakfast was excellent Liked it all
- Krismina Pamela (7/5): Great location. Walking distance to some food & coffee places - Comfy beds and sofa. Spacious. Bathtub sink floor is peeling.
- PAUL (5/5): - Close to casinos and fuel stations. A bit run down and needs a refurb.
- Andrzej (1/5): - The hotel has long been slated for demolition. It's still listed on booking.com. I don't know why.
- Andrzej (1/5): - The hotel has long been slated for demolition. It's still listed on booking.com. I don't know why.
- Thomas (2/5): - Property was closed and under construction and roped off. Why did you offer a room in a hotel that was closed. I better not be charged for a room in a hotel that was not even open for business.
- Darby (7/5): Good for one night - The staff was delightful! We only stayed one night while traveling. Wells is a very small town so there are not many options. Honestly everything what great in the room other than the floors. Are feet/socks turned black from the carpets. Probably not cleaned in a little while
- Alan (10/5): Excellent lodgings - We had a wonderful stay at the SureStay by Best Western in Wells, NV. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and accessible. The front desk staff were helpful, professional, and friendly. We travel annually through this area, and we will definitely plan to stay at this hotel again on our next trip.
- Nuno (6/5): -
- Trevor (10/5): - Property was old. I am fine staying there but if I had my family I would not have
- Steve (6/5): -
- SouthwestLady55 (8/5): Friendly Staff, Quiet Room, Decent Breakfast - Plus: Bri, the night manager, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a firm mattress delivered a good night’s sleep, and it was quiet. Breakfast was decent with waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit and beverages. The breakfast room was nice.
Minus: There were several badly cracked & broken tiles in the hall; one had a large hole right through to the subfloor. However, these could be avoided so for me not a huge problem. Since this is a small town, restaurant options are limited. A couple of them have bad reviews, and that leaves only three fast food joints. I would stay here again, but bring dinner in with me.
- Carla (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Old property in a need of minor repairs as well as a fresh coat of paint.
- Sheila (6/5): - For a Best western property, I expected better. It seemed very old and somewhat run down... It was clean... but super thin towels. Thin bedspread...just cheaply managed.
- Paige (10/5): - Was greeted at entrance. Property was clean, room was clean and quiet.
- Jason (8/5): - The place is definitely dated . There was no parking for a truck with a trailer . It was ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer .
- William (8/5): - Not bad. Room was good. Clean. Beds comfortable. Shower needs an upgrade but otherwise clean.
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kyle (2/5): - Couldnt check in. Front desk insisted i fidnt have a reservation. Was charged $158 to sleep in my car.
- William (4/5): - Would never choose to stay there again, flee bag hotel!
- KEVIN (4/5): - The breakfast was not good
- Noni (8/5): Very good -
- Parsons (9/5): Nice place to stay! - They only charged me $20 for my pet which was really cool! Big rooms, comfy bed.
- Fitzgerald (7/5): Good -
- Shep (8/5): - Overall was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping on point. Good bed. Breakfast attendant was rude, if hadn’t been for them would have given best rating. Front desk staff great.
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Very well organised hotel and extremely clean. Amazing staff and perfect location.
- Juliann (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and convenient from highway. "Sofa bed" did not pull out as a bed. Hotel didn't have any cribs or pack n play I could use. Service wasn't very friendly. No elevator.
- Matthew (7/5): Meh - It was fine, just that.
Great shower! Not allowed to park my 20’ truck in property
There was no elevator and I had a couple of heavy bags and lots of stuff.
- Joyce (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful lighting, great counter space. Good lighting with the mirror! Sidewalk could be a little wider.
- Nels (9/5): Nice place in the middle of nowhere where. - The place is a little old. The staff were excellent and the place was exceptionally clean. There is little near it as it is a remote motel in the middle of the northern Nevada desert.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Solid value, pet friendly, quiet Breakfast was average
- Linda (8/5): - Convenient location. Wells does not have a great selection of dining; there a diner across the street that seemed very busy. At this time, it is a good junction town for the I-80 freeway and highway 93.
- cathie (8/5): A comfortable place to stay. - This location seemed like a much older building but has had some room renovations. There were many room upgrades - lighted bathroom, mirror, very comfortable beds, small refrigerator & microwave. Other furnishings in the room and in the breakfast area have not been replaced.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Dale (5/5): no restaurants to choose from - Bed was comfortable very old and run down
- Erin (10/5): - Completely adequate for the price. Not the fanciest but it's clean and quiet, easy to get to and fine for a pit stop kind of stay.
- Cheryl (4/5): - Very run down, dirty. Bathroom was so small my husbands knees nearly hit the door while on the toilet
- Scott (8/5): - The staff was great. Loved having a hand held shower head, but the property is really showing its age, especially for the price.
- Sasikumar (8/5): Liked the stay, could be better on food - Location Breakfast could be better. Beat western usually has good food options.
- Margaret (7/5): Good - The Internet signal was so weak I couldn't access it. Come on, folks, it's 2025.
- Juanita (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and affordable - Very clean property and super nice staff.
- Mark (7/5): Good - Motel was clean and the staff was very friendly The mattresses was like sleeping in bowl. These need to be replaced.
- Loretta (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful
- Andy K (10/5): - A little old but well managed.
- Damon (10/5): - Staff was friendly, check in and check out was easy.
- Alice (8/5): Very good -
- Suzanne (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, and safe. Staff was very friendly.
- Cathy (8/5): - Convenient for a late check in and early out.
- Jazmin (7/5): Room did the trick for one night. - Staff was very friendly and smiley during check-in and check-out. This location was perfect for my roadtrip from Washington to New Mexico, beds were comfy, room was cool with the AC on, plus I had a coffee maker, a fridge, and a hair dryer. The tub water wasn’t draining, and I had to kill two spiders in my room. The tiny one by the LED mirror was no biggie, but the big one that almost hit my face in the bathroom as it was crawling down its web was where I got disgusted :( the fancy LED mirror only worked once too then didn’t turn on me for again.
- Glen (2/5): - Run down. Had stayed there several times in the couple of months.
This last visit we had NO hot water and they just blew it off, stating the whole building was out. They offered no compensation for our inconvenience!
- Teri (8/5): - Good location and value for our road trip. Friendly staff that checked us in.
- Barthelow (9/5): Great - After a long trip from Cheyenne, WY, through a dangerous patch of strong wind, rain, snow, and sleet at night your Hotel was a welcome sight.
The Lady at the front desk moved our room closer to the front desk as my wife is disabled.
- David (8/5): - I looks a little worn from the outside and the location behind a truck stop doesn't help the image. However the owners ar obviously upgrading and modernizing. Our room was quite large, large enough for 2 queens, a sofa AND a coffee table with room to spare. It was also clean with nice towels and memory-foam mattresses. The staff is friendly, helpful and pet friendly. What's not to like? The coffee is...well...motel coffee and would be an easy upgrade. The breakfast is pretty sparse, for those who like a hearty motel breakfast. Our beds did not have pet barriers around them, so leaving the room required some furniture disassembly to retrieve our 4-legged friend who didn't really want to spend another day in the car.
Would we stay there again? Absolutely!
- Susan (5/5): Passable - TV service did not work
- Denia (4/5): - The tv wasnt working. The toilet barely flushed and the bathtub didnt drain. I would not stay there again.
- Deborah (8/5): - Pleasant & friendly
- Barbara (10/5): - The property has been remodeled nicely. Very clean rooms
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): - Clean and well kept. Friendly staff.
- Claudette Louise (6/5): - The front desk guy was very nice.
- Joseph (2/5): Very poor - Morning employee was wonderful and fixed the hot water that the owners refused to call in a repairman for. Clean room, housekeepers were friendly, breakfast was simple but adequate. No hot water from the time we checked in till morning employee came in, toilet didn’t properly flush(had to flush at least 3 times to clear), no pull out couch like advertised(that we paid extra for and wasn’t refunded).
- Kolleen (10/5): - Freshly remodeled, comfy beds, fluffy pillows and nice towels. Wonderful amenities. Super clean and quiet snd the staff clearly cares! We will be back!
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stay08485946544 (4/5): No hot water - No hot water —- not just warm water, truly cold water at shower and sink. So no morning shower for us. The tub had some nasty peeling surface that was flaking off as I ran water trying to get hot water.
poor noise control, terrible window coverings that kept the room fully illuminated from the parking lot. The area is basically a trucker stop, so you’ll hear big rigs all night.
The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is the air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and had clean linens.
- Andrii (6/5): If there was hot water it would be great. - Good price there was no hot water to take a shower, hot water only appeared in the morning
- Landon (6/5): - Pretty decent hotel for a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and the staff were nice.
- Glen (4/5): - Could not take shower , no hot water in either room
- Julie (8/5): The power was out in the entire town. We were still able to get into our room. The only place to get food was at a food -
- Shannon (2/5): - Spider webs and spiders in room
- Wayne (8/5): Very good - They were great and they were on top of when we needed extra towels and blankets... The Beds were a little stiff, but i slept fine
- Diane (10/5): - Very happy with this place
- Candace (8/5): Efficient and decent value. Appreciated the little fridge and microwave. - Easy check in, friendly desk staff at night. Towels were pretty cheap and only one each. . . sometimes nice to have a couple.
Die NOT appreiate FOX channel of propaganda playing in the breakfast room
