The table area is very large and not crowded, and the food is located in a separate room, also much larger than most. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room condition was excellent. My wife's only complaint was the very high beds, which her bad knees made it difficult to get onto.

Free breakfast. Reasonable rate. The only thing we didn't like was the $25 early check in fee if you arrive before 3:00pm. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and every one has allowed early check in, without a fee, if your room is ready.

She said "I gave them to you in the order I would pick" - - - FYI - Cobblestone was the first on her list. So we called and made a reservation and it was a very pleasant experience. So was the train ride. Guess we were a little too early to see ALL the colors, but there was some. AND a side note, we were looking for a place to eat dinner that evening and we happened upon Saints Avenue Cafe. Food and service was great.

• ricksU2809YP (6/5): Not happy - This hotel advertises that they have breakfast, which I need to take my medicine. I went down to get breakfast so I could take my medicine. No breakfast, only bread and a select few muffins. No eggs or meat at all. When I asked about this, the front office person said “ it’s out there”. You call that breakfast? The other Coblestone motel we stayed at had a full breakfast.
• Robert (6/5): - The one real negative thing about the room was on the bed the bed was extremely high and underneath the sheet there was some kind of a felt pad or something that kept coming off the bed and get tangled up while you're trying to sleep very uncomfortable didn't sleep well that night I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were great, especially considering the price, and the free breakfast was terrific as it included bacon along with a terrific selection of other breakfast foods. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fit pit in the evening and enjoying a couple of drinks. We were very pleased with everything.

The room had only one chair and that one was in need of repair or replacement. When requesting another chair, staff said the room only has one chair. We have never had that experience with a hotel before with one chair for two guests. The bed was too high to comfortably sit on the edge of the bed. It would seem at the rate paid for a stay in this hotel, it should include two chairs in good repair. If you choose to stay in this hotel, we would recommend bringing along a couple of camp chairs.

I said I have never ran across this before and the lady said yes it’s management that will not let us let anyone check in early without a fee. Would not recommend if needing to check-in early. There were other motels/hotels in Boone that would let you check-in early if needed. Other than not getting to check in a little early the hotel was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Was kind of pricy for not pool or hot tub.

When I inquired about possibly checking in an hour early I was told that it would be an extra $25 per room. For what? There were no amenities we were using. Also was put on the second floor with no elevator. This was fixed to the great inconvenience to the staff.
• drholloway (4/5): If they can hold your reservation, you still won’t have service. - My reservation had been lost, after I booked two months in advance with a credit card. I called the week of, and they did not have my reservation, but did know I was coming from out of state and had a record of my email address, just no reservation. I was able to rebook, but a king bed was no longer available. I found out later my aunt and uncle’s reservation had been lost as well and they are the brides parents! Luckily someone in the wedding party switched rooms with them, otherwise they would have had to stay somewhere else on the wedding night, the person that switched did. The bed was the best thing about staying here. The staff was non existent. The ONLY time I saw someone was when I checked in, and there were a line of people trying to check in, and no one at the desk for 10 minutes. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10, but breakfast meats and coffee had run out at 8:30, once again with no one at the desk to let them know. And no one refilled anything, as I sat downstairs and had yogurt from the fridge and visited until 9:45. I stayed 2 nights, 3 days and did not see anyone staffing the desk my whole stay, and I walked thru the lobby several times, as I was coming and going. My room still had glitter on the sofa and on the bathroom floor from the previous person when I arrived. The bed was super comfortable. And because we were there with other people for a wedding we were unable to switch hotels, otherwise we would have. Customer service is not a thing for this hotel.

Seemed like the person in charge of continental breakfast also had desk duty so maybe stretched too thin to keep up. Overall a positive experience.

Maybe they were short handed but there was a wedding party and food ran out on Sat and not enough coffee for the amount of people. They finally did get more refilled but took awhile. Overall it was great. Clean and quiet!

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we were able to check-in early so that we could get ready for rehearsal dinner on time. The breakfast staff went above and beyond as well. • U5731YVdeborahp (10/5): I highly recommend the Cobblestone Inn and Suites. - We recently stayed 4 nights. The room cost for a double queen mini suite was very reasonable. Our room, including the bathroom, was incredibly clean and smelled fresh. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and had a very good night’s sleep. I never walk barefoot on hotel room carpets, no matter how exclusive the hotel may be. Here I had no qualms about walking barefoot. The hotel desk staff were responsive and we had great chats with most of them. As with most hotels, housekeeping services during a longer stay is by request. When I asked for a room refresh, it was quickly done.

The employees were all very pleasant. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Everything was marked out and easy to find.

• Tammy (7/5): I probably would not stay here again. WATCH YOUR BILL!!! - Nice variety of breakfast options available. Beds are comfortable. Staff was not friendly. She acted like it was a bother to wait on me. I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before she ever came out of the back room. I didn't like being charged for things I did not use or have. I had to ask for a receipt at check out. Good thing I did! I was charged for a pet that I did not have. Night manager said he saw a cat in my window, but that wasn't true and what is he doing looking in my window, that's creepy. I don't have a pet nor do I ever intend on getting one. Front desk girl went into hiding to call the manager. When she came out she didn't even say one word to me.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. A single woman placed at the furtherest end of the hall, I did not feel completely safe. You need to rethink the ice and vending machine locations, which is centrally located, makes it easier for all ages.

• C2615AJmarias (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - The beds are a little high, but very comfortable. The pillows are excellent. The place is very well maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly. I very much enjoyed the cookies in the front lobby. The breakfast choices were great. I love the waffles!
