- Siew Ing (9/5): A well furnished and modern property to stay at Heathrow - The king rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The check-in staff, Sofia, was patient and understanding as we were tired after a long day drive. She sorted out all the requests and issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was also good that the hotel offered extended stay at a reasonable cost for guests who have night flights. The quality of the buffet breakfast could be improved further, even through there is a variety of food to choose from. Will be good if some dish cloth and sponge, handwashing soap and hand cloth were provided at the kitchen sink area.

The apartment was tastefully furnished and the kitchen facilities fine. Very good location for arriving or departing travellers. Parking is expensive. Check-in was rather time consuming.

- Funkie (10/5): Lovely place to stay individually or with family and friends - The room was big and well appointed. The kitchenette was well stocked with all one needs and the space was great. I love that it was easily accessible to Heathrow airport and the ambience was also great. It was quiet, and peaceful, even though the hotel was full you still had a sense of privacy. - Rick (9/5): Almost perfect - The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. My only complaint was the shower. The top shower head was incredible. Great water pressure and wide spray. We loved it. But the hand-held shower head had almost no water pressure. The half glass shower door looked very nice, but the design is flawed. Without a second sliding door to close off the shower completely, water sprays onto the floor, making it very slippery. And the step down from the shower pan to the floor is taller than I have ever seen. With the combination of the tall step down and the water on the floor, plus no grab bar to steady oneself, you're putting yourself at risk for lawsuits from injury. I would hate to see that happen.

A very nice downstairs communal area with coffee tea etc whenever you want, plently of nice seating etc My childs sofa bed was not made up - so had to walk back to reception, they said they would sort it right away.. then staff just dropped the bedding in to the room - but did not make up the extrememly confusing puzzle of a sofa bed! so we had to try do it (didn't fully succeed), at 9pm and tired... not the best welcome.

Also we reached the hotel around noon n the room was ready. Thanks. There was no restaurant or eateries nearby other than Holiday Inn next door n only Holiday Inn guests xan get the discount on foods n drinks. Foods were good but pretty expensive. Also location was great if you are going to airport Termibal only but if you have to go anywhere else busses are difficult to use n train station quite far. We ended up spending quite a lot on taxi for two days stay.

- Frank (9/5): - I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was spacious, with a good sized bathroom with a large walk-in shower, the kitchenette was stacked with lots of utensils for cooking. The all inclusive breakfast was delicious with friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty of space to hold a meeting, which I did. I slept well, even though I was right next to the runway, I will definitely come back!

- Lisa (10/5): - Sendra at breakfast and the other lady(so sorry forgot name 😬) were lovely. Really cleaned up mess quickly when people left and kept things fully topped up. Amazing breakfast, fresh fruit salad and big plus for us as well as coffee, huge selection of options. Room was amazing with kitchen, bathroom amazing with really nice toiletries. Really comfy bed and bedding. Nothing not to like.

- Sheridan (10/5): One of our best City breaks ever. Mostly down to the great hotel. - Every thing. This hotel was superb. The staff are a complete asset. From the friendly welcoming front desk to the lovely ladies looking after the breakfast buffet, they all really did go above and beyond. Nothing really. We went to visit the city and it was a bit of a journey but we knew that in advance. Even with that I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Recommend if you are in London for a night and just want some luxury and a comfortable big apartment to rest in after or before a long haul flight. Late checkout no issue. Lovely views across fields or planes taking off. Very quiet with no sound issues. Air conditioning very quiet too.

- amanda (9/5): - Great for a couple of nights prior to flying home from the UK. Very comfortable, particularly because the bedroom is separate from the little lounge/kitchen. For a hotel it offers great facilities in the suite with cooking equipment to microwave, stove top, toaster and electric kettle. The breakfast included in the rate is very good with several options for hot and cold. There is also a reasonable coffee machine available 24/7. This is a very reasonably priced hotel and is very close to terminal 2&3. Nothing

- Elizabeth (9/5): Excellent stay, highly recommend - Lovely, clean, large room with bright clean large bathroom. The rooms are so well equipped with the little kitchenette. The hotel is spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. Great to have the little lobby shop and restaurant next door. Have already recommended this hotel to others! Would be great if it were closer to the airport, but there is a privately run shuttle bus that comes every half hour to hotel and takes about 15 minutes to get to and from the airport.
- Marten Tilstra (10/5): Heerlijke suite direct naast Heathrow Airport - Net buiten Heathrow Airport, je bent er met de dubbeldekker bus in 10 minuutjes vanaf terminal 2/3. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel dat kinderen en mensen die slecht ter been zijn graag wat extra aandacht geeft en helpt waar het kan. De suites zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Handig voor als je op zakenreis bent, maar ook voor als je gewoon op vakantie bent. Absoluut aan te raden. De reisafstand naar het centrum van London is iets meer dan een uur. Als je daar moet zijn is het wel veel reizen, en de kaartjes zijn ook niet goedkoop. Het hotel ligt direct langs één van de startbanen van Heathrow. Leuk als je van vliegtuigen houdt, maar je hoort de vliegtuigen ondanks de goede geluidsisolatie wel een klein beetje. Dat begint om 6 uur en gaat door tot in de late avond.

- Jane (10/5): Great start before take off - Suite was excellent with lovely decor. We usually stay in Hilton garden inn at terminal 2 but this time chose Staybridge suites due to better price. We will definitely be staying at Staybridge suites again! So much better and also complimentary breakfast which was delicious with lots of choice. The only issue was we got on the no 111 bus as advised but it went the other way down Newport Road so had to walk about a mile to suites only to see that there was a bus stop right outside (think it was the A4 bus?

- Adriana (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay with my 3 kids. Easy to get to T3 with a bus and nice places to eat. Rooms were lovely - Loved how close by everything was. Booked a bus to take us to terminal 3 which picked us up right in front. We had snacks and hot drinks available to us and the rooms were lovely. Nothing!!
- Wendy (9/5): Great value, great location - Spacious, clean, loads of amenities. Staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. Loo roll was placed on the back wall very low down. Needed to be a contortionist to reach it. Didn’t like the wet room style shower - it was clear that the room flooded.
- Lundy (8/5): Lovely friendly hotel with brilliant location and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again, - Very easy to get to airport for our early morning flight. Room was very spacious and we had a great selection of cooking facilities. There was also a laundry on site.
