Glenda (10/5): - I made this reservation from my cousin and his girlfriend and they loved it. They said it was tidy and clean and very nice.
Jay (2/5): - Would not recommend this place. I requested for a different room since the door handle were broken prior to checking in. Property owner and his wife were rude and unprofessional about fixing the door handle and wanted to charge me extra for this.
Joseph (8/5): Fair price tho for a 3-star spot - My only issue was waiting a while to check in even though it wasnt late, and no one there in the morning to vheck out with a sign saying "please dont ring bell to check out", which of course lags the return of the depost (took 6 days).

Dale (8/5): Clean and comfortable. served our needs. - Despite all the negative reviews, we found that the premises, although modest, were relatively attractive (touches of color, potted plants, etc.). The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with useful amenities - small 'fridge, coffee maker, wi-fi. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located to a Denny's within walking distance (for breakfast). Not too far from Huntington Beach, where we had family. Having to pay a deposit! That's a new thing, I guess because too many people don't behave themselves.

Lori (8/5): - This was a good place to stay for a simple nights stay based on value. The room was nice and clean. You could hear the nearby road but the air conditioner dulled the noise. There were only 2 outlets so we had to unplug the microwave to charge our phones. Overall, worth the stay and would stay here again.

Joel (10/5): - My stay was amazing. Blessed to have checked in here. Very afgordable. Short commute to Huntington Beach Pier and shops. Easily accessible, quiet, and clean. I definitely look forward to my next stay.
Aaron (6/5): - This place was dirty in every corner and crevice, front office smells terrible like it hasnt been cleaned in decades, very difficult to get to, check in was very slow and i was charged unexpected and unexplained fees, bed didnt have full size pillows, only mini pillows, i had to use my own batteries for the tv remote as none were provided, no lock on door, dirty bathroom, very few amenities, no do not disturb sign, paper thin walls and ceilings with very loud neighbors drinking all night, bad area of town felt very unsafe, would not recommend.

Firstly, we asked for an additional pillow and was told there must be another one in the room. There was not, and he proceeded to enter room and verify we were missing a pillow. Next morning, we checked out only to be told our cash deposit could not be returned until housekeeping arrived to verify condition of room. I explained police would be notified if my deposit wasn't returned immediately. Magically $100 was pushed through the open portion of the window. Crazy.

They never brought then wouldn't you give this arti've given us our deposit back because he's having a dog in the room which we never did we had to call the police on them. Just horrible customer service and not a very good value. For the money at all, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Anonymous (1/5): Literally Robbed and Discriminated against. - Nothing it was a horrible experience I called ahead to see if it was possible for an early check in. I was told 1:15. I showed up at 1:11. The lady practically yelled at me. Meanwhile my wife is telling me from the car there are a lot of bad reviews about this woman being mean. I asked the woman to please stop being rude to me and that her reviews warn of this... she then told me she is.refusing to let me stay.and that the money I paid was non refundable. 168$ so. She insults me. Steals money from me and gets away with this often it seems. I even called the police..they wouldn't even take a report explaining to me it was a civil matter . I needed something for my cc company to see they were being unreasonable and stealing from me. DO YOURSELF AN SOCIETY A FAVOR... PUT THIS HOTEL OUT OF BUSINESS. By the way BOOKING.COM Is not in the USA and there is no number for help . In my opinion they are just as bad..They have seen these compliments and obviously do nothing. Shame on you! People work hard in life and deserve to be treated with kindness.
Brandee (1/5): Very upset with Expedia! - The location was decent. Upon booking the picture of the room was not the actual picture, not even close. The room was non-refundable it was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelt of cigarettes big time. Needs to be remodeled big time, I was scared to get in the bed luckily we had my own sheets. We were there from 10ishpm and left at 2:30am couldn't take it any longer!

Lindsey (10/5): I would stay here again for the next craft show or if i wanted to go hang in huntington beach! - the location was great! we stayed for just one night to attend a craft show the next day and to go out near huntington beach the night of our stay. everything was really simple to access - beach/bars were less than 10 min drive and the craft show was also a quick 10-15 min w/ restaurants on the way. very clean and taken care of. there was an ironing board & iron, as well as hangers to hang stuff up. free parking - my car was right outside our room. it was fun there wasn't anything we didn't like. we felt safe, it was clean, and the staff was kind. plus everything was quickly accessible - there is an ice machine & a vending machine for cold water/soda. we were able to walk to get some alcohol also. maybe the pillows could have been bigger but honestly i slept fine!

Sonia (1/5): Horrible. - The location. There was a literal hole in the wall of my room, when we arrived (roughly an hour after the check-in time), we were told our room wasn’t ready yet. The nice lady cleaning our room told us to wait about half an hour, and then the room would be ready. She was the only person from facilities there besides the guy at the front desk. I asked the guy at the front desk if I could switch to a room that was ready because I was exhausted from my drive and wanted to lay down. He said none of the rooms were ready. Meaning, this poor woman had to clean every single room by herself. It ended up being a little under an hour until we could use our room. The hole in the wall was the first thing I noticed, I took a photo of it because I was worried I would be blamed and charged for it. The bathroom was gross, I felt uncomfortable using it. I also never got my deposit back despite not breaking any of the rules and checking out on time. I’ve contacted the property multiple times asking about it, and they haven’t responded. When I called, they hung up on me as soon as I brought up the deposit not coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The second photo I provided is what it looked like when we first walked in and were told it wasn’t ready.

The lighting is overhead and super harsh and caused a lot of shadows a desk lamp would have helped. The bath tub was missing stopper . The place did quiet down really well after 10 and I was able to sleep well .

Addison (7/5): A great value for the money, and well worth comming back to. - We have staied here 3 times now and just booked a 4 stay for tis comming weeked. The rooms are always very clean, All of the intr. is new so everything inside the room except the bathroom window is in very good condition. The outside if the building is in great need of a fafe lift, and the main windows don't block out the noise of Beach Blvd. so thats a bit disapointing.
