- Verified traveler (6/5): Смешанные чувства - В номере не грязно, но общая картина удручающая. Сломанный диван очень старый, телевизор показывает плохо, в комнате очень холодно, так как она угловая, и окна старые деревянные, а балконная дверь одна из двух положенных. Также в квартире есть неприятный запах. Хозяйка очень приятная женщина, идёт на контакт, помогает во всем, поэтому впечатления остались двоякие. Есть плитка, работающая, но очень старая, посуда, средства для мытья в душевой кабине. В первую ночь отключился холодильник и вода потекла на пол, оказалось, что вилка выпала из розетки, так как розетка старая. Во время дождя сильно текло из окон, пришлось затыкать их подручными средствами. Очень хороший район, по этому параметру и подбирали жильё. От метро Дубравная пару минут ходьбы. Есть свои плюсы и минусы, выбирайте сами. За такие деньги подобное жильё не найти. На фото совсем другая комната, в реалии все по другому: и диван, и шторы и т.д.
